Ken Morrisino: If you want to deal with a 3 month headache of being charged 2 separate bills for the same phone numbers, speak with Nelson. Not only that, you get to spend 2 hours in store on 2 separate occasions, have them screw up your ability to get a brand new phone, then spend 2 more hours on the phone to get your wife’s phone activated. Other than that, no other complaints!

They were positive and patient and spent two hours working me to finally resolve the issue. I can’t say enough about what a great experience this was; I was very stressed to have these problems, but they got them fixed! Kudos to Kenny and Inphynity.

Priscilla Fuenmayor: I walked into the store to upgrade my IPhone. While I was waiting, the Sales Associate started talking to me about the cable plan AT&T has. I told him that I would talk with my family about it, and that if I was interested, I would come back to the store. My initial intention was to upgrade two IPhones. However, after waiting for around an hour, the Sales Associate told me that no phones were in stock, but that there was a new box with inventory that could be opened just for me only if I bought the cable plan. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager told me he would check the box for me with no problem. He came back around 10 minutes later and told me there were no phones availble. The SA then told him that he missed a box, and came back 10 minutes later with a brand new Iphone.The SA told me that the Iphone was reserved, and that a customer was going to pick it up today, but that he would cancel that request and give me the phone if I bought the cable plan. Not only did I waste 2 hours of my day, but I also felt disrespected and harassed. I have been using AT&T for YEARS, and I have never had a problem like this when I wanted to upgrade my phone

It turns out that the plan was only for new accounts with new numbers so I couldn't use the sim card they sold me.

Pineforest: They scam you. We paid $40 for 2 SIM cards when your supposed to get them for free. They told us that they’d give us 2 chargers for free. But what they actually did was charge us $20 per charger, and gave us the free SIM.

We have had our whole family at Verizon for about 15 years and they wouldn't let us in their store without an appointment. This store welcomed us and took care of all our needs. They even stayed late to help us get all of our phones transferred over. Ten star review!!! Get this store a pizza party!!!

Qamar Ayaz: Very bad customer service , I bought two products and spent around $2000 on products after a few uses , S9+ stopped working on floor abs only works on carpet. Jet M6 is not connecting to internet . We tried contacting I Robot customer service they asked for a video of S9+ after sending them we never heard back.Product is good but customer service runs a company , and no body cares in customer service.

Primal Atapattu: Brava jet M6 is really a bad product. It would not clean the dark hardwood floors/surfaces. Once It's sensors detect dark surfaces, it says "drop off detected move to another area" and stop working, I contacted the customer service and they confirmed that there is no fix for this. It is too hard to believe that they could not develop a sensor that works regardless the color of the floor? Funny thing is that they only can come up an offer to cover their inability with a $75.00 refund. I had bearly use this just over three month. (I paid $599+tax to buy this). Apparently, they refuse to stand behind their products. (I have another product that has no issues mopping dark surfaces). irobot has a lot to catch up on research and development.....At least if they can be fair to customers so that we can be with them? but unfortunately no such thing either.I wish they could develop better product to compete with compatitors....otherwise soon this will be another product in history books.
Sujit Brahma: I purchased the i3 from this website on Feb 27 in Canada. Since then I have run it three times in my small 700sq. ft. condo but I am extremely disappointed & frustrated with its performance for the following reasons - 1. First time i asked it to map my home, it kept going round & round in the same room & never finished up the whole home. 2. The next two times I commanded 'Clean Everywhere" & both times, this is what I have observed. It keeps going over & over in the same area, keeps getting into a corner & banging its head against it over & over again without moving over to nearby areas that it has not yet passed over. Furthermore, it keeps moving back to rooms it has already completed but still leaves areas uncovered. All of this just takes forever & depletes the battery without even finishing cleaning up such a small condo inone go. Then I got frustrated & commanded it to go back home. Even then it kept turning left & right in the same small area & did not travel back home. Finally, i picked it up manually & placed it close to its base & then it docked. After this, I used & my manual vacuum & finished the job in ten minutes. If this is how a robot is supposed to work, I am a truly disappointed customer. Canadian &1000.00 down the drain, in my opinion.

They admitted it is a common fault due to their poor manufacturing quality but failed to send me a replacement motor because they don't ship to my location (according to iRobot support).Fine. I didn't want to waste my time and bought the replacement module myself from iRobot's own amazon store for 29.49 EUR + amazon standard shipping fee to my location, which is around 5 EUR.End of story? No. I gave up on iRobot support but they didn't give up on me.Since then I received dozens of chaotic emails from different iRobot staff, some saying they are looking into my case, some saying they will not ship to my location, all despite the fact I never replied and never asked for any further support. And today I received another one saying they can send me a new module (finally, more than 3 months after!) but only if I pay them... 102.85 EUR + VAT (!!!) — Whaaaaat?!I don't know where this 102.85 EUR + VAT even came from. At this very moment that same side brush module is available from the iRobot's very own amazon store for 29.49 EUR. And it can be perfectly shipped to my location at any time for 5 EUR or so.To be honest, I've never seen such a mess of a company.So, if you decide to buy any iRobot tech, be prepared that:1. it will fail;2. you'll be on your own, no actual support;3. it will be your responsibility to fix it.

Jesse Wang: I did on line order for a charging dock on Aug.2021.The company couldn't make delivery due to the product back order.They canceled my order on Oct,2021.It's end of Nov,2021. I couldn't see any of my refound.I contacted by phone 3 times, e-mail 3 times.Nobody ever bother to call me back even customer service mentioned someone would make a contact.I start to think this company is a big scam.

Bruce: First the Roomba i8 broke, then customer service failed me. I had continuous "Error 26" messages on an i8 that I have used about a dozen times since May. Reached out to customer service, and after some diagnostics they claimed they would send a replacement cleaning head module. That was on 10/12. On 10/14 I emailed back because I never received an order number, but no response. On 10/17 I called again, this time they gave me an order number and claimed the part would be received in two business days. I learned yesterday that it wasn't even shipped until the evening of 10/21. I would have been better off returning the whole thing to Costco.
Victoria Williams: Terrible customer service. On hold 2 different times for 45 minutes each because I can't log in and not receiving a verification code. My case has to be "elevated" and I will get a call in 5-7 days. What?!? Why did I pay this amount to not be able to use the product. It's a simple verification code. Very frustrating.

I got in touch with customer support and wasted hours and hours troubleshooting it and didn't get any help. I was told they are going to replace the robot and since then another night mare started It has already passed the time line they provided to receive the replacement and when I call in for followup they tell me another lie on my face that some person named "Jamie" warehouse manage is responsible for this and they can not get hold of them. It has gone back and forth like 50+ times and I still don't have a confirmation that when they will even send a replacement. Terrible terrible experience stay away from this company and their product they are not their to help and you will end up wasting your time and effort for no reason.
ZUBAIR MUMTAZ: Bought one of these iRobot's for close to C$500 used it maximum 40 times in the last 18 months and it died. They sent a new battery, which didn't work either. Now they want me to send them the vacuum and C$110 for repairs - unbelievable. I could have hired a maid service once a month for 15 months and she would have done the washrooms too. Products are absolute junk for this price point.
