The staff were so unhelpful and snappy, they had a long line for the dressing rooms downstairs and didn’t let me use the dressing rooms upstairs (closed), they wouldn’t grab different sizes while I was trying on, and did I mention they were just plain rude? Based off their average rating, seems like management just doesn’t care.

Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!
Robert Barnard: Ridiculous long lines staffed by only 1 or 2 employees (despite multiple tills available)- you get the privilege of queuing for 20/30 minutes downstairs before being sent upstairs to queue for 20/30 minutes in the actual returns queue (there is no clear sign postage that returns are upstairs and purchases downstairs )- if you like excessive queues then this is the place for you

Patrick McKenna: This is the first time I have been to this Zara. Normally I go the one downtown in Boston as it is closer. That being said while the selection seemed to be decent, the line was the whole way to the door to checkout. Not to mention when I asked to try something on, the employee rudely stated that they were closed and you will need to make an educated guess. There were people just trying stuff on all over the store!!!!I’ve realized it’s pretty normal for the line to checkout at Zara to be super long and slow, I never expected the dressing room of a clothing store to be closed!! I was shocked and speechless. I won’t be coming back as I’ll stick with the one downtown.The only plus is that it’s in the mall on the second floor near Nordstrom. It was really easy to park under Nordstrom and take the elevator up.

Side note; Natick might be one of the best malls in New England!The Zara store has a great selection of men's clothing. Customer service always outstanding!

Ash C.: As everyone else has already stated, shopping at this store is a dreadful experience. VERY long lines, pretty much every time you come here. Doesn't matter if it's day, night, week day, or weekend. There's typically only one cashier, and if it's the younger man, he's awful and rude. Last time I was here to make a return, I waited for 45 minutes, and the cashier put out his hand and shouted at me "hold on, wait! Please be patient!" Even though I hadn't done or said anything. I was just standing there with my return bag. This store needs a new manager, ASAP. And they need to hire more employees and TRAIN them to work with customers. I've worked in retail for over a year. This store is really a disgrace on all levels. They recently installed "self check out" machines, but it still doesn't solve the problem of one cashier, no open fitting rooms, and VERY LONG return lines. Shopping here is extremely frustrating and exhausting. It's not worth it anymore.As much as I love the clothing, I have decided not to shop here anymore due to my last few terrible experiences. Not to mention, the store is always a mess, clothes all over the floor, and the fitting room is still CLOSED for no reason. Please, save yourself the headache and either shop online only, or go to other stores.
Anabelle Skalleberg: The worst customer service. I drove in fromboston to buy a coat that was only available in that store. I knew what I wanted, easy customer. Could not find anyone that spoke English or willing to help me find the coat that the app was showing as “in the stock room”. Corporate, if you read this, you need to look into the poor management of this location. I’ve never experienced this at a Zara before.

Lorelei Meuse: Bishman Blanchard is a talented, kind, and knowledgeable help. The first salesperson we spoke with encouraged us to leave, hence the missing star, however Bishman was able to turn this appointment back around and into the experience I originally dreamed of and deserved when looking for a suit. He helped me find a material that was perfect for my style and event and ensured I was comfortable during the entire experience. We wish they were all like Bishman!!
Eoin Kenny: I feel the place is super snobby and they look down on you if it's not obvious you're super wealthy.

Drew Erskine: Back in August 2022 I want to This Boston location for a suit for my wedding. The process started well be ended horribly. We I received my suit, the packaging was damaged and essentially crushed. when I went to try on my suit for the first time I couldn't even put the jacket on it was too tight. I reached out to the tailor and ended up driving 2hrs to Boston to get it tailored. upon arrival there was no tailor in the show room (even when I scheduled an appointment to meet with one.). I ended up dropping off my suit hoping that it would be fixed fully knowing nothing could be fixed if it was too small.That's exactly what happened. They sent me back my suit with no alterations done and told me it was fixed. I used the customer service online to try and get a refund but to no avail. Instead I received an instore credit which was no help at all. All I want is to be refunded my $500 since you messed up my order TWICE. The customer service is atrocious and I have no confidence in their work. Nor do I recommend going to Indochino, spend a few more dollars and go to a local shop. Better yet go to suit supply down the road.
Edward Kong: I've had mixed experiences with this place. My first made-to-measure suit was done at this location years ago, and it's served me well for a number of years. But the last time I got a re-measurement and 3 shirts done, the shirts came back with *very* short sleeves (the rest of the fit was too tight as well). Typically shirt sleeves are supposed to show a bit past the jacket, but these were a good 1" too short. The 10-day alterations window is really impossible for most, and short sleeves are not alterable anyway.My advice to anyone reading this: call Indochino ASAP to work something out. They may be able to re-make garments that are un-alterable. Apparently, they've recently changed their management and the current (unspoken) policy is 30 days. I really wish I had known this sooner... That said, I do see why their advertised policy of 10 days -- this likely saves them a lot of money on alteration costs...Personally, I will be going elsewhere from now on, but hopefully this helps someone. I think there's still value in this place and I hope measurements & customer service have improved under current management.

I’ve bought suits from a variety of places but nothing beats my experience at Indochino. They do good business, offer high quality products and give you a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Daianne Höfig: I’ve just left this place. The arrogance is unbelievable! My fiancé and I were shopping for suits and we couldn’t find amore contemptuous salesman. He begrudgingly pointed at fabrics hanging in a wall when we’re asking about different fabric styles. He was unwilling to show any suit at all after we express we wanted to buy one. So, are we supposed to buy it without even knowing if a fit or regular style is more flattering, for example? Absolutely disappointing experience.

Wes Bernier: I had a positive experience at Indochino Boston. As a walk-in they were able to squeeze me in for a fitting right away. I got fitted for a suite by Dengi who was very knowledgeable about the fabrics and style choices. He was fast and accurate with the measurements and did an excellent job of guiding me through the process.Edit: I received my suit in the mail earlier than expected. It was almost perfect so I scheduled a final look and got one more alteration done.

He truly turned our experience around and quickly. he explained the how the store was set up and even educated us on a lot of wines. he also recommended a lot of wines (I purchased one) He even got me signed up to receive weekly newsletters from the store. I also spoke with Emily and she informed me about the special Tuesdays, let’s just say I can not wait to come back. I’m excited to be apart of The Urban Grape Community.My favorite part of this visit was the staff weekly pick. How amazing is that! The owners value their employees opinions. It’s also the perfect pitstop in the store for when you just don’t know what to try next!
