NO FATIGUE FITNESS: Really great shopping experience with one of the employees there until what I assume is the manager Kinda thick but not in a good way blonde girl with glasses came over and was basically scolding her employee who was helping me because I took her away from the front of the store to get shown what they had. Other than that one good employee there the vibe in there from the mangers especially was dark , no smile no good customer service especially at the cash register. If zumiez was to take some good advice get a new manager and remove the rude super controlling girl with blonde hair and glasses the place would be a lot better for it

vincent: If you are planning to buy any skateboard/snowboard, your are best off buying from your local skate/snowboard shop :/staff had no idea about skateboards, and kept referring me to the online store. Which got frustrating because I CAME IN PERSON for a skateboard. If I wanted to go to their online store, I would've kept my *** home bruh

Jazmyn Grissett: My black and brown sisters and brothers DO NOT SHOP HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I was shopping with my mom and sister looking for a Tshirt and bucket hat. I decided not to get the Tshirt and put it down. After making my purchase I was asked by not one but two different employees to produce the shirt that I did not buy. Once I said I put it down somewhere one of the girls went to look for the shirt while the other called mall security and Braintree police. Obviously They found the “missing” shirt. I decided to return my bucket hat since I was accused of stealing.. I never got an apology and they gave me a hard time returning the hat as well asking to produce identification for a purchase I made seconds ago. I will never give this store or chain of stores my business... worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced... especially being that I worked in retail for 5 years myself in that same mall.... unacceptable to say the least.

Steve O'Brien: Went over the weekend to get a skateboard for my 7-year-old son. Christa, Zumiez employee, helped us out and she was amazing! I know nothing about skateboarding so she did a great job describing the different skateboards and what was best for my son. My son really wanted to put the skateboard together and Christa was so patient with him. She let him pick out the wheels and all the hardware and let him help put it all together. He was so happy. Thanks Christa!

Todd Brugman: They knew nothing! I'm so glad that I decided to leave and go check out Maximum Hesh. I payed so much less there and got the best service. I will be taking all my kids to Somerville and will never go back to Zumies; there is too much wrong to even begin. If you are looking for clothing, then it might work, but I think this place in Somerville will be better, maybe a matter of opinion, but for actual skateboards, go anywhere else! I choose maximum Hesh, but do research on the shops and go from there, just avoid chains, trust me!

Wayne Cox / Actor: I have never bought any skate stuff at Zumiez before but I will for now on, the prices were great, and the manager Conner was the only person working and treated everyone in the store so good even though it was busy! He helped me pick out a whole entire complete skateboard piece by piece until I had exactly what I wanted and even put it together so I could drive right to the skatepark and start riding!

Dominique Haskins: I was racially profiled by this girl. I made a return with a receipt that I paid cash for. When is came time for the exchange the cashier started asking me questions like my first and last name and email. I asked for what I have a receipt . She then asked for a ID and I confused because the whit rowdy before made a return with a receipt and wasn’t asked for her first and last name etc nor a ID. The cashier told me she doesn’t feel comfortable and doesn’t want to loose her job so she rather asked me for mines compared to the white lady. Called cooperate shortly as free I left and turns out she was NEVER suppose to ask me for an ID in the first place because I had an receipt. Minorities stay away from this place. My first time doing a return here too.

Because of one of the best sales person that I have ever seen, a young lady, unfortunately, I do not remember her name, guilty of that, I'm very bad with names, but this young lady, helped me to purchase two very special skateboardos, with their gear too. She made the experience here beyond expectations. I'll definitely recommend this store, in Natick mall. I believe she was the only female staff member that night, but she was THE BIG BOSS there. I wish the owners or the managers really appreciate the super profesional behavior of this young lady. As you can see, the review is more about her than the skateboards, why? You might ask, and this is because, we all know that a Santa Cruz skateboards are good quality, but to find an amazing person, that is not easy.

Milena Mahoney: I went to Zumiez to purchase a skateboard I trusted them considering they had the same selection as many other skate shops. The problem was not with boards but with the staff, they were not trained properly on how to assemble a skateboard. They misassembled my board and I had to go to Eastern Boarder to have my board assembled properly. Considering the large amount of money I paid for my skateboard I expected more.
