Evelina Caraus: I had to wait 2 months for an appointment with the ophthalmologist, just to find out that my appointment was at an earlier hour then I was told. And of course, not a phone call l, anything from the hospital to find out why I did not show to the appointment. Wasted a whole day... really disappointing

elizabeth stevenson: This review is two stars because the actual care received is phenomenal. However, getting through to this office is nearly impossible. My father in law developed symptoms of a UTI on a Saturday afternoon and I waited on hold for TWO HOURS before I got through to the nurse on call, who initially directed me to take him to an urgent care or an emergency room. I explained that I am a physician, my husband is a physician (at Lahey, no less) and begged them to just ask the on-call physician to call my husband, as my father in law gets frequent UTIs and taking him to an urgent care is a pretty big deal given his frailty. The nurse I spoke to (Nola) was lovely and agreed to reach out to the on-call physician. Unfortunately, she then had to call my husband back and tell him the same answer: the on-call physician declined to speak with us. Go to urgent care. Two hours is a very, very long time to wait on-hold for that kind of care. I had been so impressed with the (daytime, operational) functionality of this medical group that I was considering transferring my own care here. No longer.

saurav pradhan: Doctors here never have appointments available. For a physical, only appointment they give is for 6 months out. They never respond to messages on time. A call to clinic is never answered, you almost always have to leave a message.

Christina Degouff: If I could give this place -0 stars I would. My poor uncle has been placed here and they do not take care of his hygiene we have to ask for him to be bathed, Clio his nails, he sits in a dirty diaper for hours on end. I don’t know if he eats, they do not do anything that stimulates the mind. And last but NOT least they are stealing from him, I ask for resident statements and on the statements are “dine out” charges. Well some of those charges my uncle was in the hospital and he is not able to order things. He can’t even speak!!! These people are discussing! And when trying to work with the director of nursing Jenny Driscoll she doesn’t return calls, nor does the social worker . Please condemn this god awful place! Nobody should be treated this way.

Deborah Bell: This place is the worst rehabilitation home I have ever seen. The case worker for my mother at BMC steered me wrong. I should have researched. DO NOT send your loved one here. The place is truly despicable. I am strongly considering a transfer.

Ally Murray: This place is a nightmare! My friends mother was here for a while & we got her out asap. They dropped a patient from a hoyer lift & she died. The place is old & dirty. The staff is awful. Patients neglected & treated like animals. Management tries to cover it up. I would never put my loved one here.

My grandmother was there during her last days just over 10 years ago and it was just as disgusting and terribly staffed then as the last woman that posted her bad review only 11 months ago. It was the most dreary, dreadful, cold, drafty, unpleasant, cockroach infested place I've ever been and it made the entire grieving process that much harder. I can't believe this place is actually still "up and running". I will never be able to look back on my grandmother without thinking of this God awful excuse of a nursing facility and that we had to endure her last days being stuck in this miserable hell hole! I have made sure to tell anyone going through such a thing to stay away from this place. TERRIBLE!!!!!

Victoria Guelfo: If you are looking for a place to put your loved one, please keep looking, for their sake and yours. The conditions are disgusting, the food is terrrible, and the staff is even WORSE. They do not treat patients well and I can't even begin to describe the blatant mistreatment I expierienced in front of my own eyes. I honestly am not sure how this place is still open. The people that work here are strictly here for a paycheck - not because they actually care or because they are good at what they do. Please, keep looking for a place for you or your loved one. Nobody deserves to be here.

I can not do stairs , I had to walk the full length of the building and back to get to the door. It did not smell very good .whom ever is running that Home should take a look around. J JLD: On recently investigating activities for seniors was disappointed that classes were limited, not in person as zoom is still being used. Other senior centers are currently offering in person classes, walks, and many other options. I echo comments from a previous reviewer and it would be wonderful for the center to resume in-house classes and activities: walks, table tennis, singing lessons, etc. The last two years in isolation have been very stressful especially for seniors.

Y Paris: It is awesome place for seniors to hang out, go to yoga class ,have lunch. They have parties they do chair exercises they dance they do other activities daily, they have a food pantry. If seniors need help they can go there and they will help you. I bring my mother there she has a wonderful time with her friends.
