K Dean: Super friendly staff, they give you a respectful amount of distance but are happy to help if you ask for assistance. They offer a large variety of toys, lots of clothing and matching sets, the store itself has a super fun decore. My only complaint is I wish they offered a larger variety of heels, they offer platform sandal pleasers and tall thigh high pleasers. I’d LOVE to see more closed toe ankle boots, or just a larger selection in general.

Sampson: The two lady employees working there behind the counter were both kind enough when it comes to questions/customer service. I even sparked up a quick conversation. This store has a pretty nice selection of sexy wear and toys indeed. They do carry a few pairs of Pleaser high heel footwear, although I was told that bigger shoe sizes (13 and above) are currently being worked on for inventory/being in stock. Would definitely recommend everyone to check this place out! You might just fall in love at first sight!

Kristi Cozza: Come support this wonderful little shop! Hubba Hubba has been around for decades, and is one of the last remaining adult toys/clothing/shops in New England. Hubba has always been female owned, and now is under new female ownership due to the previous owner passing away. Wonderful things are happening here, from New Years Eve events to monthly brunch parties. Everyone who has any interest needs to come and support this business to keep the scene alive. They have everything from toys to clothing, shoes, small little gifts, lube for your latex, everything! I highly recommend Hubba Hubba if you live here or are coming for the weekend.

Natomi Ota: The most recent negative reviews need an update. Me and some friends visited as a group of 5 in this small store aware of the negative reviews customers had of being rushed and treated like they have COVID, but all the employees treated us with utmost respect. There was a 20-minute wait but we were a bigger group, and it's understandable that everyone has to wait before going into a small store right now. Although they told us we had a 15-minute shopping window they never rushed us, even as we trickled over into the hour where they had to close either for lunch or to sanitize. Some of us were looking with something in mind, but no specific models, and all questions and concerns were answered as we browsed. They even let me take some pictures, and we finally left once all decisions and purchases were made. If anything, we were the ones rushing a bit so they didn't close too late. So, either the employees read the reviews here and adjusted accordingly, or the reviewers were already being rude without realizing. After leaving, we all praised the employees and completely disagreed with what was said a few months ago. This store lives up to its name and we recommend going if you're looking for sex toys!

Zuly Torija: First time here and last time. Do not recommend anyone who wants to take their time to see and read any of their products. They time your visit and want you out of their store within 15mins, despite of us coming in when there wasn’t any one else there. I understand we are in a middle of a pandemic and there has to be regulations in place but the employee with round glasses, short hair, was extremely treating us like we were disease when showing IDs she requested she stepped back and made it apparent that she is terrified of catching COVID. So word of advise please do not work if you are going to treat your customers like walking diseases.

I was very satisfied with my service and how well put together the store is. They offer a very cute punch card for returning customers too! Which i know any rewards program with adult stores is awesome for people who like high quality toys. 10/10 would recommend this store for anyone Boston/cambridge natives visiting atlanta :)

Pat O'Connor: I arrived at this location with my partner to make a purchase, and most of the time we were there, we were being stared at and followed around by an employee. When we entered the store, she was remarking to a coworker about her serotonin, and when we started browsing she stood behind us, glaring. I kept looking behind and seeing her staring at us in the corner of my eye, at which point my partner and I hastily decided on which product we wanted and hurried out the door. This experience made both of us extremely uncomfortable and I feel a need to let other people know that this happened to us at this store for their own potential safety.

The staff are so kind. The problem is that the CEO refuses to listen to them and left them in unsafe working conditions during the pandemic. I cannot in good conscience shop here again while the entirety of the staff is on strike, except for the manager who has chosen not to. I was happy to have a store where I felt safe and accepted as a trans person, but it turns out that was because of the staff, not the company. Support the workers and do not shop here until demands are met.

Casey Hogan: I’d had good experiences here with the staff helping me, but can’t shop there knowing how management has treated its employees through COVID and before. They’re asking for simple safety measures and HR support and management has ignored them and called the police when they’ve gone on strike peacefully outside. Until I hear of change, Hubba Hubba will be my new go-to (the people there are great!) but hope to be able to support the educators I talked to at Good Vibes in the future if things change.

Zadie Ross: I used to love shopping here, as the staff have been invariably well informed and welcoming. Unfortunately, its unlikely I will ever shop there again given the company's treatment of employees in recent months, as well as its response to their unionization attempts. The abysmal state of HR and safety practices on a corporate level is unacceptable from a company that bills itself as progressive. How a company can do so much education about disease risk mitigation only to act like this is beyond me. I stand with SECSE, and will not be returning until their demands are met.

kiara person: Great experience as soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed any help. They let you browse comfortably and encourage you to turn on the display products. I brought a product back because I thought it was defective. They took the time to show me how to turn it on properly. They also used gloves keeping everything sanitary.

Matt Cook: Things can be pretty pricey here, but overall there is a good selection and you can probably find what you are looking for. Store is divided into two rooms and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledge and inclusive of all sexualities and preferences. It's a great place to be/shop at without feeling judged or looked down on.

I have gone in and talked to many people, claiming to be managers. Saying that someone would call me. I've given up now 8 months later. I was robbed of legitimate money I earned. There is no contact info for anyone that's actually in charge. Too bad, it's not more. I'd love to haul these people into court.

We were having a good time looking around until he asked the woman (a tall woman with short black hair I did not get her name) for help. We didn’t know how a toy worked. He asked a question and then I elaborated on the question. This woman was aggressively rude to me. Not just a little rude she raised her voice and never elaborated just said what my boyfriend said was right. She was so rude and disrespectful to me my boyfriend put the $200 worth of merchandise down and left the store. What I did to this lady I don’t know, but she made the store loose money and loyal customers. We will never be going back there. I recommend you teach your employees not just customer service skills but basic human interaction skills. What a shame.
