Christian TQ: SERVPRO was quick to come out and start the cleanup, which is why they are getting more than one star. They never finalized the job though by providing an invoice, which is critical to completing the insurance processing.I strongly recommend against using them for any job that involves insurance claims. Despite reaching out multiple times, 1.5 months after the actual job they still have not provided an invoice to either us or the insurance, holding up the claim processing.Update 6 months later to 1 star:When the insurance pressured over multiple months, ServPro suddenly cooked up an invoice without any details for a ridiculous amount, multiple times the amount the professional insurance adjuster had estimated.If you want to save yourself troubles with your insurance, stay away from ServPro BelmontUpdate: Respond to Owner Response:We have been exchanging multiple emails and phone calls, so I am not sure why you are not able to tie this back to any record. I finally did receive an itemized invoice in beginning of May 2022 for the first time, 9 months after the service was provided. How many customers with the name Christian have this problem with you not sending invoices for more than half a year? Had all the damaged and wet collapsing ceilings and walls removed in no time. They worked until 6 pm on Christmas Eve. Thats how dedicated they are. Shan Lou: We have 3 generations living under the same roof in the mid of COVID. Water damage in the toilet could be the worst thing that ever happens during this time. We identified water leak, called Servpro and got an inspection the second day, on site cleanup and mold removal in the following week. They are one of the most responsive and efficient water damage companies out there, which is exactly what we need. N Trivedi: I thought we had mold in the basement. Raffi at ServPro and his crew came by to inspect and provide a quote for remediation. After a thorough analysis and review, they determined that it was not in fact mold anywhere but just cement that had splashed on floorboards and rafters during construction and renovation. As such, we didn't need to spend money on any sort of remediation. Even though it meant no business for Raffi, I am very grateful for his integrity and thoroughness, and for really thinking critically about the problem. (A couple other companies came by and spent 5 min just quickly looking and quoting thousands of dollars of work, which would have been a complete waste). After the problem was fixed, Raffi and his ServPRo of Cambridge/Belmont team cleaned up the mess and dried us out quickly and efficiently. A pleasure to work with; no surprised; couldn’t be more satisfied.
Peter Laipson: Water damage to your home is its own special hell, but Servpro made the remediation process as painless as possible. After leakage following a botched repair, I called them on a Wednesday night, and Raffi had a team at my house early Thursday morning to estimate the job -- and as soon as we got in touch with our insurer and authorized the work, Servpro was ready to go. They ended up finding mold in the walls and doing more extensive work than planned (ripping down two staircase walls and a high ceiling), but they were punctual, communicative, extremely efficient, and meticulously clean. They also were able to recommend a contractor who specializes in restoration after water damage, so we'll be able to get back into our house in days rather than weeks or worse. I hope I never have need of their services again, but if I do, I know whom to call.
Michele Hughes: Great experience from start to finish. Raffi had a crew at my house within an hour of my panicked phone call when my washer flooded my condo. The first thing Melvin said when he arrived was “Don’t worry we will take care of everything”. And they did. They were professional, thorough, and kept me updated on progress since I was not on the premises. They moved furniture, dried everything out, and then were very strategic in their demolition minimizing impact while still removing the wet Sheetrock and insulation. My insurance adjuster was impressed as well. I would highly recommend this particular ServPro office.

When we had to reschedule the service at the last minute, they were also incredibly accommodating. The team was very efficient and professional when they arrived for the AC duct and coil cleaning, did an excellent job with the AC, and also cleaned up after themselves. Each staff member I met made me very happy, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone! I'm really satisfied overall because they were the most affordable option I found for this service.

I called and spoke to Suzy and explained the rodent issue that I was having for the last couple of years. In addition, I had an issue with a loose hose from the dryer to the outside. They were able to fix the repair at no additional cost. However, I just learned that my dryer had been venting directly inside the wall for the last 5+ years -- the previous owner didn't put any duct work connecting dryer to outside. When this company "cleaned" the vent 1.5 years ago, they either didn't bother looking 1 foot inside the opening they cleaned or they didn't think the lack of duct work was useful information to pass along to me.Response to owner: Correct, this service happened in Dec 2020. Turns out, we had a lot more than cat dander in our air ducts…old construction debris, remnants of fiberglass insulation, mold, in addition to the general accumulation of dirt and dust. To say they were thorough and have high standards would be an understatement. Also their costs are very reasonable.Healthy ducts wanted to avoid putting a hole in one section of ductwork to have better access to a problem area. So they actually dismantled and removed one entire section, cleaned it thoroughly and replaced it. My ductwork now looks as clean as when it was new.A few days later different problem I thought was in my AC started in my home. Let me say emphatically that the new problem had nothing to do with Healthy Duct's work. But I needing help identifying the cause, so I called Healthy Ducts for information.John insisted on coming out to check out the problem himself and did so immediately. He found a potentially serious problem in my home, not in my AC at all, I did not even know existed. He spent 90 minutes here and would not even take compensation when I offered to pay him for his time. When I offered, he said he didn't want any money because I was his customer. JIm Campbell: Superior Vent and Duct cleaning showed up this morning on time. They are very professional, cordial, and considerate. I had booked them about a month ago, to clean my air ducts for my heat and AC. The booking process was flawless. After arriving, they began to inspect my system. After 10 - 15 minutes of working, they advised me that my ducts did NOT need cleaning! They took a picture which showed no dirt or dust in the places they said it usually accumulates. They then told me that it wouldn't be worth the predetermined price ( which I thought was reasonable) to go further with the cleaning. I asked what I owed them for setting up and inspection......they said NOTHING!!! I highly recommend their company for any duct cleaning you may have.
