vicente brandao: I'm a long time customer, and it's always been a good service regardless who's at the counter.
Derek Furman: It's actually a fairly shabby place that smells like any garage. The inventory on the shelves was sparse but it was the end of the day on a Friday the employees were cool but sort of cool like you know your buddies. They were very Frank and at first they were annoyed because I needed a part looked up but they quickly changed their tune as people do with me because I am affable. They didn't have what I wanted so it was another waste of time but I think if you want some spark plugs in oil that's a place to go I mean it doesn't have to be Tiffany's to sell you spark plugs and oil. +1 Star responded to review thank you.
Jonathan Kamens: 1. Didn't have the bulb I needed in stock.2. Sold me an LED version of the bulb instead, for like 5x the price, and claimed it would work fine with my car.3. When I got home I saw that the package said "for off-road use only", so they should not have sold it to me and claimed I could use it in my car!4. I tried it anyway and it didn't work in my car.5. I went back to the store, had to tell the story to two different people, the second of whom made me stand there for five minutes while he typed on his computer before even listening to the story.6. After telling the story to that person he said I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund because only the manager could authorize it and he wasn't there.Garbage service in every way start to finish.

hello there: For car stuff, they're fine. But I have been in there over the past week and their staff is not wearing masks, and if you ask them to put on a mask, they do it grudgingly or not at all. Anthony the manager seems like a nice guy but Anthony-- it's a law in Boston, so please supervise your staff to wear a mask. It's not just the law but it's also caring about the people who walk in the door. Thanks.

Zhenhua Zhang: I used this location twice for oil changes. The first time I took my husband's CRV which was only a few years old at the time and they told me the brakes were failing and I had to get them changed out because it was a safety concern. I went ahead and had them do the work. I went back a few weeks later in my car for an oil change (I drive by this location every day so it was convenient) and I got the exact same message. My rear brakes were failing and were a safety hazard. I better get them replaced or I was going to get into an accident. So given I had heard the exact same thing now twice for two vehicles that I had just come in for routine oil change I declined to do the work. My car has been absolutely fine and passed inspection 3 years each time since I was told my brakes would fail imminently. My husband's crv brakes on the other hand that I spent much money on to fix at this shop have utterly failed in just a few years. The terrible scraping noises it made did not give us confidence they worked nor that the car will pass inspection that is due. We just had them switched out at another shop. Despite driving by this store almost daily I will never be using their services for anything again. I have seen other posts now warning about the brakes here. Pete Shinn: TLDR: Never, ever use this business. They apparently enjoy preying on young women there.The details: I encouraged my niece to use this business because of its positive Google reviews. What a mistake. She went for a vehicle inspection and was told by Dennis Cassidy she couldn’t legally drive the car without getting a front break job, complete with new rotors and calipers— calipers which are available at any auto parts store for $75 or less, and for which she was charged nearly $500 each, before labor! That might be OK, except when she left after paying a grossly inflated price for the coerced break job, Dennis warned her to bring it right back if the vehicle made any funny noises. When it predictably did start making grinding and screeching noises every time she touched the brakes within hours after paying and leaving, my niece, as instructed, brought it back right away. Although Dennis had the car for two full days after my niece returned it, they never looked at it, and eventually my niece had to go demand her vehicle back from them, unrepaired. This is a business that preys on the unwary. They will definitely up charge you well beyond what’s reasonable, and you may or may not get your car fixed in the end, even after paying an inflated price.Service:Vehicle safety inspection

guy josif: W porched a brake pads for my at this location even they told me that it is a life time warranty, and they sold me a defaced brake pads. I returned it to them the brake pads but the manager refused to take it back. This the second time they are doing this to me. The manager who is wearing glasses I think his name is Mike I’m not totally sure. For the second time I bought an AC refrigerating and I asked them before I bought. After I paid them and the refrigerating wasn’t the correct one for my car, they refused to take it back. This place has unprofessional service if you really like your car, please please do not take it at this place please. Please go to Autozone instead they have the best and professional service. I got upset after I bought the refrigerating and they refused to take back I end up leaving my $50 because they didn’t refund me.

But it took them 2 MONTHS to finally replace. They are incompetent. Also they UPCHARGE TWICE. The first time they asked me to pick up the car, said they had to buy an extra bracket, $250 additional. The third time they couldn’t name the thing they replace. $65 additional. They said it’s something external but they just didn’t include in the original quote. Unprofessional. They upcharge cuz they can.We called them 5+ times to followip, waiting in the shop for 30 min each time they call us to pick up. We dropped off the car 3 times.I had gotten my car detailed at this place. They didnt clean the car throughly the first time and I had to go back the next day to ask them to finish. Thought it was an accident but seems like they consistently avoid to finish the job they are paid for.

Hannah Hurst: Took my vehicle to CSA to be repaired after an accident. Upon picking up my car (which was in the shop for two weeks) the auto shop presented the bill to me instead of my insurance company. I paid the bill since I was told by the auto shop that it had been pre approved by my insurance. Only now do I realize that the receipts they provide are not valid as they do not show individual part numbers and prices. Without knowing, I paid a surplus of $500 to auto shop upon picking up my car. When asked for a invoice by my insurance, the auto shop denied. After waiting a month for my insurance to obtain an invoice, I called the auto shop to get one my self. They said that the insurance did not ask for an invoice. So I gave them my email and requested that the invoice be sent to me. Over a month later, after two emails and three calls to the shop, I still have not been able to obtain an proper invoice for the charges made on my vehicle, different and conflicting responses given by the auto shop every time I called. I asked for the owners contact information and was refused. The manager, Brian, presents as friendly and upfront but after this experience of not being able to obtain something so basic as an invoice, I can only conclude that this shop is dishonest, deceiving, and engaging in pricing/parts fraud. A complaint was filed with Better Business Bureau.

Every time I call, they say "oh, it's coming tomorrow. Oh, it's coming next week". Why isn't it here, then? Now I'm out $200 for a promise they were too lazy to keep.
