Peter Coxe: I cannot say enough good about my recent experience with the Shooters Box. I was tearing my hair out for a week scouring the Boston area to find someone to assist with an unusual situation involving my sixty-year old match rifle. My need had nothing to do with the Shooters Box's current line of gun products or practices. I was just thinking that someone in the business might be able to help. Rebuffed by at least ten businesses my request was greeted here with open arms: "Bring your rifle in and we will try to figure something out." I appeared the next day at their small shop. Regular work was interrupted and an hour later I was on my way with a creatively fabricated solution to my problem.

Boss Hogg: This company will be happy to take your money then leave you guessing, will I ever get my product, will I have to file a return will this tracking number actually ever turn into the product in my hand.... no the seller just canceled the order after asking if they could explain why the post office doesn’t have my product AFTER I spoke to guy on phone saying it’s the post offices fault. Basically DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON! This company sells faulty and incomplete orders as you can see from previous unhappy customers. How hard is it to just do business like a decent human! I’d give ZERO stars!

Thomas Figg: Beweare of this business, they tend to sell junk and incomplete firearms. When I ask if they could help me out because there was a firearm sold to me with no bolt they offered no help at all. Good luck if you do business with them, crooks in my book

We wanted to go somewhere they had a great selection and would also be willing to spend some real time with us because we wanted to handle a few things to see what felt good. We were able to book an appointment which is as great because we were coming from far away and made things so much easier.We were greeted by the three gentlemen very warmly and with what I felt was genuine excitement to help us purchase our first firearms. We told them right when we got there that we were prepared to spend a good amount of money as long as we got things that we’re going to work but really great for us. My boyfriend would like to leave his own review so I will just focus on my experience personally.I am terrible with names and want to start off by saying everyone that worked there was extremely helpful and kind. However it was the taller gentleman that was mainly helping me and I couldn’t thank him enough. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He really took the time to find the perfect carry piece for me and he was really honest, I didn’t feel like he was pressuring or up selling me at all.I ended up getting the Springfield Armory Hellcat and I absolutely love it.My experience was a 10 out of 10 and I absolutely will be returning.Thank you to all of you for your help and I can’t wait to tell you how I do at the range.

Gold: So I went in a while back looking at their inventory. I walked in, no one said hi, they all looked at me like I was bothering them. Very poor customer service . Took them 10 mins with 2 people in the store to ask me if I needed help with anything. They all have very bad social skills and make you feel very VERY unwelcomed as a customer you should never feel that. Do yourself a favor don't bother with these rude grumps because clearly they can't be bothered with you. Read reviews they all say the same thing. Go to four seasons.

William Smith: I am not one for leaving reviews but I like these guys and had a good experience with them so I feel like they should get a good review. I had been looking for a particular rifle for a while. I was also looking for a particular pistol. I had been to a dozen stores and was just making the rounds so to speak when I came across this place. They had the rifle I had been looking for so I bought it and they took my name for a waiting list on the pistol. I have been on a couple of "lists " for both of these firearms but never had a call back. And a lot of places won't take a list. Bill called me a week later and told me the pistols had come in and reserved one for me. So it worked out well for me, and I found their pricing to be good also. I know the pistol sells elsewhere for $50-$150 more. I would definitely go back in the future.

Noneya Business: I had read the reviews and decided to see for myself. I had just won $500 on a scratch ticket and wanted to buy a used 22 for practice. I saw they had one online so I stopped in. I immediately got the impression I was “ bothering “ them. Older gentleman couldn’t seem less interested. I ended up buying some air pistol stuff and went down to 4 seasons and bought a new Ruger mark 4.

George Magnani: I cannot count the number of guns, ammo, targets and accessories I have purchased at this gun shop over the past 30 plus years. I stood at the door like the sign said. After a while a rude condescending A-hole asked what I wanted. I said I was there to buy some stuff and look around. He told me I need gloves on. ( I was already wearing my mask) I went out to my truck and put on a pair of latex gloves. I picked out some items and was going to go cash out. I asked Mr. rude A-Hole why I was the only one in the store wearing gloves. He surlily said they aren't touching anything. I turned around and put everything I was about to buy back and left. I competitively shoot in two pistol leagues. I will make sure my teammates go to 4-Seasons in Woburn.

After ordering i received a call from riley who was just checking in to see if it was a legitimate order and to let me know it would ship out right away. I have never had anyone do that from an online order. my product was shipped out the next day and also came with a free note pad.great experience!
