We found an issue in our attic with flying squirrels who had entered in our attic and decided to make residency rent free there. We called CCGB and the following day Howard showed up and within 30 minutes identified the specific type of animal in our attic, climbed up on the roof to see where they were coming in from, presented us with a game plan on how to forever rid our home of all rodents and pests, and gave us a very reasonable quote with a 2 year warranty of service. A day or so later Howard and his team showed up on time to plug up and seal every possible place any critter could enter and set down traps in the attic. He returned a few days later and boom all the creatures were caught. He even stopped by again a few days later to recheck more traps to ensure everything was gone which ended up being the case. Stephen Farrell: For too long I have wanted to share my experience w CCGB. We had a visitor in our attic. CCGB came and resolved the issue. Then the roof leaked. CCGB returned and, when not seeing anything, recommended we call a roofer. We did, and they thought the roof was fine. It rained again, and Dan himself came immediately. He had his team fix the leak within an hour - though we're still not certain that it was caused by CCGB. My only complaint is that CCGB doesn't do plumbing, carpentry, electrical or painting. Err Tay: From our first phone call to an inspection by Adam, we found Critter Control to be a professional, courteous organization. Adam showed up at the arranged time and performed a thorough inspection of our home. We had critters in over our bedroom ceiling last winter and Adam was able to discern that it was squirrels. Erica Normandeau: Baystate Wildlife is an incredible company, and I am so appreciative to them for helping us with some issues we were having with birds nesting in our vents. Last year a Technician came and covered up a few vents with custom chicken wire cages so that birds would stop nesting. He was able to remove a lot of nesting material from the vent. This was a great solution for our vents. Recently, they came back free of charge to re-do the dryer vent and install a proper dryer cover, so lint could better escape. The owner of the company was so helpful and generous to send his team out the day after I reached out to reinstall it. I'm really impressed with their service, both customer service and the technicians that have come onsite. They are so great at their jobs, and we will 100% be using them again in the future (but really hoping we don't need to now that we have all our vents covered ;)).

Whitney Martin: Having one bat in your house is horrible enough until you realize it might have friends around as well. Then the situation gets much worse and you need it taken care of ASAP. I called Dale last year and his crew came out within a couple of days to install one way doors so the bats can exit but not get back in. I asked him to come back to check on everything and his crew came the same day. They were incredibly polite and professional. They answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company for fast and professional service.

Julie Hagigeorges: For bird removal this service states they will come out, put a one way door for birds to leave and return another day to remove nest debris and sanitize vents. They didn't do any of that. They came for 30 minutes and left. That was it! They fabricate the complexity of the service they provide when in fact a handyman could have done the same. What they charge is beyond outrageous . Don't make the mistake I did

Pamela W: Baystate wildlife did a great job with some pesky little animals (little squirrels?) coming in through some tiny openings such as at the edge of our roof vent. They inspected our house very thoroughly and sealed up all the possible entry points, installing a wire "one-way door" so animals could leave but not enter. They let me know that I should call if all noises did not stop within a week, and when I did, they returned very promptly to do some additional sealing work, all included in the initial quote. Now we are animal-free and very happy! They charged less than quoted and mailed us a written two-year warranty. They were extremely nice and responsive, and I highly recommend them.
