Cambridge Antique Market: what do users think?
Sarah Hall: Some cool stuff, some of it kind of overpriced. The store is huge and sprawling so it takes time to see it all, but if you try to go during the week they close just after most people get out of work and even if you make it in time, they rush you out. Odd business model.
Caitlyn Powers: Such a wonderful antique market!! I had a lovely time shopping the many floors of antiques. There was no obnoxious music or pestering from staff, just silence and helpful employees. Lots of beautiful things to admire. A little on the expensive side though, but that’s to be expected. I found a beautiful pink Formica side table from the Atomic era.
Ryan Cosby: Full of amazing finds. I’m from the Midwest so our markets can contain some pretty mundane things. Every booth was stocked full and multiple floors of them.
Wilfredo f. Rivera y Ramos: Elevator four floors
Jackie Jamsheed: Over priced.
Dan M: Four floors of stuff. Very eclectic but lots of hidden gems. The staff and friendly and helpful. It’s also affordable sometimes. I got a shirt most recently. Prior to that I grabbed some tiki glasses.
ALICIA CROSS: Great deals. Nice people who work there and vend
Alex Zhu: This place is like a museum full of things you can take home. They’ve got everything from trinkets to kitchenware to furniture to vintage clothing to vinyl and much much more. Really fun place to check out.
Nam Kim: Fun place to visit if you are in Cambridge.
Gabrielle Montenegro: Lots to look and search through!
Justin Perro: The parking here is an absolute nightmare! The smallest worst parking lot I the world. There is nowhere to turn around. No parking for miles on the street. The absolute worst
Joseph Chow: Four floors of shopping! Public restrooms are inside. No merchandise allowed in restrooms. Perfect for waiting the 87 bus.
Kate Clark: Great spot.
Joel Grosz: What an incredible place! So many treasures and the friendliest staff! Thank you for a great first visit.
Cameron Rankin: Massive assortment of interesting collectibles. Tons of vintage clothing. Decent prices overall. The layout is largely disorganized.
Owen. S: The place was full of cool things but they need better customers service they where extremely rude
Adam Kiersnowski: If you enjoy antique/vintage/unusual stuff, It's a 'must go' place, when in Cambridge/Boston
מיקי שנהר: שווה ביקור לחובבי העתיקות, מצריך זמן וסבלנות.
Flavio Lerda: Very quaint antiques market over 5 floors, ranging from jewellery to furniture, from classic to kitsch. I love to stop here whenever I am in town for a chance to find a cool and unique gift or an addition to my own collection.
Kevin Stone: Decent selection. Some things are over priced.

European Country Antiques: what do users think?
Michael George: A great selection of antiques and custom-built furniture. Ed is a delight to work with too!
Barbara Currier: The best antique store in Boston!
WALTER FEY: Proprietor Ed has a large, excellent display of English and Irish antiques. I think I have purchased 4 over the years. More to come., I’m sure.
Leah Klein: Great little shop that is much bigger than it seems from the outside. They bring in beautiful antiques from Europe but also make some custom pieces or can modify pieces to fit your needs. Two full floors of antiques plus an outdoor area and shed. Worth a visit.
Chris Pardy: Best Antique and reclaimed furniture in the city.
Murad Ahmed: Nice apps

Fun Antiques: what do users think?
Robin Busiek: Stuff in the store is attractive. Repair of light fixtures is a joke. I brought a chandelier with ONE bulb in it to be re-wired. 3 and 1/2 months later it still wasn’t rewired. ‘It scratches my hand’ he said. I went and picked it up to get it repaired somewhere else. What a waste of time.
Catherine: Came expecting to leave with a claim ticket and a date to return- left with a rewired and functioning lamp! Jerry fixed up my converted oil lamp right there and then, and even let me watch and explained what he was doing. So fascinating to learn from someone clearly skilled and passionate about his work. More than reasonable prices and excellent service. I will be back the next time I have a lamp in need of some love. Thank you!
Linda Taber: Fun Antiques is fabulous! This app seems to have it erroneously listed as closed-it is OPEN!!
Kayleigh Bennett: Really great selection and affordable! I will definitely be back.
Alyssa Morein: I hired Jerry for a complicated rewiring job on a historic electric sign. He was a delight to work with, gave professional results, and generously refunded me for some lightbulbs he had ordered that I didn't end up needing. I look forward to working with him again!
Hannah Fletcher: Fun Antiques is great! Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and has a fantastic selection of vintage and antique furniture, collectibles, and of course, lighting! Purchased this Bradley & Hubbard "student lamp" there and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend checking out this shop.
Kjkjkj jm: A very high taste well put together store, love the accessories, lamps, and other home’s goods here. Met Jerry the owner he is extremely welcoming and cool! He do customize lamps as well 👏🏼
Edie Reimink: Beautifully curated antiques! My partner and I dropped by the store this weekend and found these beautiful French stemware glasses. We originally only bought four out of the eight-glass set, but our cocktails looked so divine in these glasses that we just had to go back for the rest! They were very reasonably priced and the owner was super friendly. I can't recommend this place enough!
Stacey Watson: Jerry is a talented, experienced, fair, and all around wonderful man. He fixed an old lamp (others had considered unfixable) and made it beautiful again. In addition to repairs, Fun Antiques has a broad collection of items to choose from, a convenient location, and easy parking. Stop by!
Vineel Kondiboyina: Very friendly. Helpful. Fair price.I had an antique pull switch lamp and the pull chain stopped working. He replaced the socket but used my old chain to preserve the antiquity. He also noticed safety issue with the old plug and offered to change that too. All for $25 which was perfectly reasonable for the job. Did everything within 10 minsI would highly recommend this place.
Lise Webbe: Was not very fun at all, actually ): Tiny selection with creepy staff
jill kramer: Although the shop has cute antiques, don't waste your time having any lights repaired there. I brought in an old chandelier to be repaired and rewired. The cost was high but I was willing to pay it. The light was brought in in April and I was told by the owner (Jerry) that it wouldn't be ready until May. I was willing to wait. After months of being put off because it wasn't done, I finally picked up the chandelier today. I did not expect the work to take five months. I would not take anything else there. If you're trusting someone to stick to a time frame, they should honor the agreement. I suspect that the chandelier sat there for over four months, and he finally bothered to fix it two weeks ago. Not worth it!!
alex r: Piling on the 5 star reviews here. My sister introduced me to her beloved "lamp guy" Jerry, and I'm glad she did. Jerry is so warm and welcoming and his store is full of gems. I bought this shade and fixture from him - the fixture had been painted and rusty and he removed the paint and buffed it to a beautiful copper color. I am no expert in antiques but the prices, while not cheap, seem fair. It's a great shop! Go!
Victoria Mucciarone: I highly recommend Fun Antiques. I purchased two antique floor lamaps from Jerry and he gave me a great deal on both. After a few month, one of the lamps brass bridge arm broke and I called Jerry who asked me to bring it back for him to look at. He was incredibly helpful and was invested in our satisfaction and happiness with either fixing it or getting us a new one. Ultimately we opted for a new one, which he wired and buffed for us in 20 minutes. We could not be happier with his customer service and his beautiful collection of antique lighting. I would recommend Fun Antiques to anyone looking for a great little antique store with great customer service.
Andrew Gifford: One of the best places in the Boston area to have an antique or vintage lamp repaired. Jerry does great electrical work for reasonable prices and always tries to give me the best deal possible. He also has a cool collection of late 1800s-early 1900s bridge lamps, light fixtures, and glass shades for sale! I regularly bring him Craigslist finds to rewire so i know they won’t burn my house down, and I am often able to find a matching shade from his collection. Depending on your interests, you may also enjoy his southwestern turquoise jewelry and stash of vintage microphones.
Alyssa ShenFilerman: I just found this wonderful shop two weeks ago and can't stop going back! There is a beautifully selected collection of pieces, my favorite being glassware from the 60s. I was greeted with such kindness when I entered the space and can't wait to see what I find there next.
Micah Lott: Great shop! Very glad to have this place in our neighborhood. The owner is very friendly and fun to talk with — and not pushy or aggressive to make a sale. Nice selection of items at good prices. We bought two 1960s lamps here and are very happy with them. Will definitely be back.
Deborah Bowman: Fun Antiques is the perfect moniker for this amazing shop! Proprietor, Jerry warmly welcomes me each time I go in the shop. Jerry is a treasure trove , and is always willing and happy to give me the VIP treatment.I feel like I got the golden ticket, and the Willy Wonka tour. If you go into this shop , take your time. Look at EVERYTHING! There are so many things that will catch your eye. I’ll spot a glass and i hold it while Jerry enthusiastically explains where the glass was made and by whom.Jerry’s knowledge is boundless. He knows everything about every item , and he clearly loves what he does. His passion is contagious, and I have learned so much about furniture designers, artists, visual arts , music and design from Jerry and have come to love it. Each piece has a unique story. You won’t find anything ordinary in Fun Antiques; quite the contrary. Leaving with an object I love, that won’t depreciate, and a newly acquired lowdown IS fun! Fun Antiques - you rock !
Janet Kinasewich: This is one of my favorite establishments in Cambridge. They repair lamps. The owner is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and efficient. It is the "real deal".
Alexandra Klotz: I walked into Fun Antiques for the first time and immediately zeroed in on a bright red Verner Panton flowerpot pendant that I had been oggling on Pinterest boards for the last month. I immediately picked up the light only to discover that it was missing any sort of wiring. No worries! It turns out Jerry -- not only character and excellent person to chat with about midcentury design -- is a wizkid with lighting repair. He offered to add a wire, plug, and switch included in the price (after a quick bit of haggling). Now my little red pendant hangs over my new work from home setup.
Mark H: Jerry is warm, friendly, and a dab hand at lamp repair. We brought in an older lamp that we had bought secondhand and couldn’t get to turn on no matter what we tried, and within ten minutes he had identified and solved the problem. His prices are very fair, and the store has a wealth of retro furniture, guitars, and lamps. Hands down, the best appliance repair experience I’ve had. Thanks, Jerry!

WardMaps LLC: what do users think?
Danny Cohen: This is one of my favorite stores in Cambridge. I love antique maps and postcards, and Ward Maps is one of the few places in the area where I can get my fix. They have a particularly large selection of Boston-area maps, along with some awesome transportation memorabilia.
Joel Bader: Fantastic experience
Daritos: I love this place so much! The customer service is amazing, and it's really cool to just look through all the stuff they have in there. I'd really, really recommend this place and I'm definitely coming back.
Alex C: I'm a total nerd for subways, and I love the T, so this place was a must-visit. I picked up some cool MBTA gifts and prints, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.A must-visit for fans of Boston and the MBTA.
Ethan Long: Trains maps old ephemera and Jim Croce on the radio. Best way to cope with seasonal depression.
Christian Hurley: I worked with the owner to custom print an oversized map and custom cut it to fit several frames to create a custom installation in my home that showed a historical map of the area. Steven worked with me to find the most appropriate solution to the slightly different aspect ratio working to address where the cut lines were and to fill in the gap space. He also custom scanned the map at a higher resolution which preserved all the detail at the blown up scale. I’m delighted that he was able to translate my vision to reality and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The website was easy to use to find exactly the map I wanted and he and his staff were a delight to work with. If you have any ideas like this that you’d need to partner with someone to bring to life this is the place to go!
Devin Matté: This is my favorite little spot to stop in for Gifts and Trinkets related to the T and transit. Just such a lovely store
Selbie Jason: I had the best experience with Ward Maps. I had received three maps as gifts years ago from their store all from the same year, but I didn't know the year because it wasn't on the front of the maps. Steven went out of his way to help me identify what year the maps were from so that I could purchase maps from the same year of different cities with special meaning to us. He could not have been more helpful or made things any easier. Amazing store and customer service! Thank you so much!
Wendy Adam: Large collection of framed and unframed maps with knowledgeable staff and lots of fun MBTA branded items for all ages and price-ranges.
Pale Fire: Lots of cool maps and the owner is very friendly
Matthew J Shochat: Great selection of maps and MBTA related items. If you're interested in historical maps or local transit, it's a place to go.
Matthew Sadler: Super friendly people with a phenomenal selection of maps, not just of Boston but pretty much anywhere around the world. Nice collection of railroad ephemera too. Very well organized so it’s easy to find exactly what you’re searching for.
Alexander Lopez: Awesome spot to pick up great old school mbta signs & antique maps. Also great wooden mbta trains
Karen Wells: Best source for old maps. I have ordered many and been beyond pleased.
David Kelly: I ran across WardMaps when looking for an 1890s map of my town for a local history project that I was working on. I found a suitable map on WardMap's website and was quite surprised and pleased to see that several sizes were available at reasonable prices (I do realize that these are reproductions). I ordered and in less than a week the map was delivered. Wow. The quality of the map was fantastic. Beautifully printed on sturdy card, totally ready for framing. I was also impressed by the sturdy envelope it was shipped in. Nearly unbendable, it ensured my map arrived in excellent condition. I really do feel that what I received was a great value and I do look forward to doing business with these folks again. Super job!!!
Anupreksha: Love a local small business! Got all my Christmas presents here this year. Bunch of MBTA themed items, as well as vintage maps and related artifacts.
Lorrimer Mann: Awesome little store
Jade Rouse: I don't live anywhere near WardMaps, but the folks there were able to help me via email to find an old map of Providence RI that I had been digging around for in order to give as a gift to my fiancé. They were so patient and helpful, and the map made for such a meaningful and personal gift. The folks at WardMaps are knowledgeable and kind and I highly recommend them!
John T: What a great little gem. Was able to find several great, old maps that we were looking for and had fun spending several hours just looking at many other of the older maps from not just the Boston area but around the world.
Kevin O'Brien: A huge range of maps in all price ranges, plus a great collection of T memorabilia. Prices are more than fair
Kevin T: Awesome store, really interesting items for sale.

JMW Gallery: what do users think?
Mike Sheehan: Great transaction. I live in Cincinnati and bought a Rookwood vase.Sent a check and had my vase within a week.Came professionally packed and quickly. Glad I found them online. Thanks A+
Liam Crossen: Great seller & buyer! Of everyone I know in the pottery business, Jim is by far the most knowledgeable. Not only that, he's kind and willing to take the time to explain each piece.
Michael Lehr: The best place in the United States to buy American Art Pottery. We bought our first piece from Jim and Mike 30 years ago and our last piece just today. You can’t beat their eye for quality.
Marla Booth: A regular customer, I would highly recommend business with this seller. Service is consistently outstanding. Transactions are smooth and purchases arrive promptly (expertly packed). They provide a wealth of information, photos and full disclosure. It is apparent, they value their customers.

DONALD CRONIN: Lot's to see. I always seem to find a treasure on my visits!!
Jerry B: A must stop if u like antiques, old furniture & quality. Awesome building. Do all 4 floors.
Lillie Anne: I visited hoping to buy some Antiques and was very surprised when I was met by an ambivalent proprietor. Many other antique shops to discover. Such a shame, though.
Keith Rose: Lots of rehab going on...place doesn't know if its retail or office space. NOT handicap friendly. Need sign help. Signs say businesses on 4th floor when they've moved to 2nd. Elevator is thru the building in back, very strange layout but if you have time to find who you want you'll find them. Would recommend calling ahead to verify hours and exact location inside building or you'll roam empty halls.
Kelcie Kruljac: Fun place to scope out furniture and other things.
lisa gomes: Great place to spend an afternoon - vintage and antique treasures, food & beer.
Lisa Ciampa-Cahill: Lots of great finds.Pizza joint on 1st floor was Delicious!!
meljean 19: Wonderful finds in these many shops!
david hayes: Try it, but lots of stairs...
Eric Aldrich: This place is great! Over 30,000 sq ft of eclectic pieces at fair prices. The people working were very helpful, honest and had a great story to tell about each piece. Can't wait to go back!
Deborah Douty: The website needs updating. Hours aren't as listed. The building is under construction. One or two vendors at the location but hours are not as stated on website. Pictures made it very appealing. Traveled hour and half to find everything closed. My advice would be to call ahead.
Anthony Vallante: Cool place with many different vendors. Found some nice treasures!!!
Eric Snyder: Awesome place for antiques...several gigantic floors of them.Go there.Commander
Stephen Sweeney: Great setting with arcade games, foosball, and other fun stuff, great beer!

Antique Classics: what do users think?
david kess: five out of the five... best of the best.. !!PEABODY PRIDE is in this place .!
Eric Allain: Great antique mall. The individual stalls are given enough space that you don't feel crowded, but the place is so large that there's still so much to look at. Bring cash.
Jerry B: Go here. See the whole building! Worth a stop.
B Dast DirtyBakersDynasty: Love this place
Kathy Renfro: Terrible service. Rude employees. Waiting 45 .invites in the back of the building to pick up a pice I bought a week ago. Nobody answers the phone and help is pathetic. Dont shop here. Go to the 2nd floor antiques. Don't waste your time here
Jeffrey Wiltshire: Good stuff
chris witt: Always fun to poke around. Nicest lady at the back where you pay. I would advise anyone that's interested in antique malls which have become scarce since the internet go take a visit.
R L H: Great place. Confusing entrance. Go through door marked pizza then to the right to get up to these 4-5 antiques booths with a great selection and reasonable pricing. Lots of mid century finds.
Christina Murray: The photo just sent to you was from Victor Greco.
Odessa ONeil: I brought my 1850’s sofa to be upholstered, and they did an amazing job! They are knowledgeable and skilled highly recommend.
Lexy Hexx: I furnished my home with this place, the quality and pricing is unbeatable!
Theodore Cowan: Large selection. Alot of it furniture. Everything is priced to sell. This is the type of place that dealers and collectors shop.
CK LEE: Just antique. No furniture. No 2nd hands

As Tyme Goes By Antiques: what do users think?
Larry Bedrosian: Nice store, great people and a fun place to stop by once a week for hidden treasures....give it a shot when you are in the area.
Doug Koval: After going to many estate sales over the years, I can honestly say that As Tyme Goes By is an outstanding estate sale company; Annette Hannon (as well as Paula Giallongo and all their staff) are fair, knowledgeable and kind to their clients and customers alike, and that’s what makes estate sales fun and successful for all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Frank Healy: Great shop and she runs great estate sales.
Patrick Kilcoyne: Best run estate sales in New England hands down. Never know what you will find and the prices are extremely fair. The staff is first rate and always will to helping. A+++
Ed Cohen: Wow…what a fantastic experience. Paula and her team ran our successful estate sale . They were true professionals and so easy to work with. Our only job was to decide what was going on sale. Once we did that Paula and her team took over. What an effortless way of getting rid of items you no longer need or want.
Karolline Zilli: If you are looking to run an estate sale, shop around and look for elsewhere. They don’t have your best interest in mind.
Thomas Everett: Great items and very reasonably priced. Ann and her coworkers were super friendly and helpful with our selections.
Virginia Gaudiel: I went to her estate sale for the first time. She is very nice and friendly. She has the best prices for all the items. The display is very organized.
Susan D: As one who goes to many estate sales all over New England, As Tyme Goes By is one of my favorites. The sales usually have nice merchandise which is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and easy to workwith. If you see anything in the ads that you like, I would recommend going early. The times I have shown up late most things have been sold.
Amy Bedrosian: This is my favorite go-to shop to visit. Prices are very reasonable and the store items change often —due to great pricing. The owner, Annette is an honest, experienced and knowledgeable dealer. I have purchased many unique items from As Tyme Goes By Antiques👍👍👍👍❤️
Erin D: I've worked with Annette many times, she always receives TOP DOLLAR for my client's precious belongings. There is no one I trust more. Her kind heart and expert knowledge make her perfect for the job! No job is too large or too small for her. Thank you Annette!
Lisa Marie: Just discovered this great shop! The owner was lovely and shared a wealth of helpful information on the articles I am interested in. Looking forward to stopping by again soon.
Wendy Hickey: Went to the sale and found the people running it to be very professional and helpful. Annette and Paula are very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. Would definitely hire As Tyme Goes By to run an estate sale!!
Lynda Gilson: What a great shop and the owner is a joy! 💯
patrick mullaney: I have attended many Estate Sales and have also been a regular customer at the shop. I have always been pleased with the response, respect and treasures that Annette and her staff have for sale. Her knowledge and experience make me always feel I am purchasing the right items to enhance my collection. Thank you for always continued service and professionalism.
Take Care: Instead of taking accountability for poor untrustworthy behavior Annette Hannon had friends and family members leave fake positive reviews to minimize true concerns and accurate criticisms of her lack of professionalism. Do not trust this individual.
Heidi Haska: Great shop and service! From their estate sales to merchandise is the store. Quality goods and service.
Nate Matcheson: Great little shop. Wonderful to look around. The owner is great. Endless treasures to see.
CB: It is quite obvious that “K”, an above reviewer, has recruited her friends to jump on her vindictive bandwagon. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a slew of negative reviews follow hers. Very odd. I have been a very happy customer at this shop for years and the owner, Annette, whom you disparaged above (and I have reported you for slandering her by the way) is one of the warmest, kindest and fair human beings I have come across. Not to mention she has exquisite taste. Wonderful items here; the best selection around. Anyone can easily have this confirmed by visiting this lovely gem of a shop!
Joan Paras: Annette and how she runs this company is exceptional! Always organized and extremely fair, I would highly recommend As Tyme Goes By to all....if you are in the area stop by and see for yourself the professionalism. Looking forward to my next purchase.
Emma Giallongo: I don't ever post google reviews and I always read them with a hint of skepticism. I find them to be arbitrary and untrustworthy since so many people can get on and write negative comments just out of spite. This is in fact what is happening to a well established business that I have been frequenting for years. I can no longer remain silent and watch internet trolls attempt to destroy a business just because they did not get what they want. Older Ghosts Vintage and all your friends, you need to check yourselves. Annette has been in business for over 34 years. She is honest, trustworthy extremely knowledgeable and an amazing business owner. You obviously have no idea how much time and effort is takes to put a sale together. Then once the sale is being run you have to deal with customers who come into someones home and treat it with disrespect. Annette works for the homeowner and is responsible for all the home owners items as well as their property. Its a big job and people don't understand that! It's an interesting world we are all living in right now. Respect goes both ways and for you to call Annette names is unconscionable and immature.
