Everything ran so smoothly and they went above an beyond to make sure the job was done in my time frame. Xavier was the most patient in answering all my questions when he gave me the quote and throughout the entire process. He guided me through contacting the right people to get a permit waiver. I can’t say enough great things about their service because it was truly amazing. They had to remove 5 layers of linoleum, and the most disgusting old carpet. The house looked so much better without it and in perfect condition for new floors. They also remove asbestos pipe covers in the basement and left it way cleaner then they found it. Overall they are just genuine kind people and I am so grateful to have worked with them.

(Carlos) I knew he would be the best fit for the job. He follows procedure and safety protocols which was very important to me. He and his team also showed up for his initial consult on time and every time after that exactly when he said he would (which seems to be a big ask these days with other contractors). Carlos was VERY responsive to all my calls and emails and responded promptly each time (even during off hours!). He communicated with me each step of the way. I wish I took before and after pictures of the job as the work done looks great and exactly as expected and discussed. He left my basement even cleaner than it was. I would 100% recommend Denzel Environmental Services as well as rehire Carlos and his team again should I have any further needs in the future. 100% satisfied and a pleasure to work with them.

Tim Horgan: Contracted with them to remove asbestos in our old home. Had to ask them to return as they didn’t do a crawl space, but they wanted $800 more as they said it wasn’t in the initial estimate. Ok, initial price was good, we paid it.Had other contractor come soon after to cover pipes and they reported that the crawl space was a mess, with chunks of asbestos on the ground and still on some pipes, and lots of asbestos covered rags left on the ground. They refused to work there until it was safe.Asked Emerald to come back and finish clean up. They ignored my calls and email, so eventually we had to pay someone else $1500 to clean up what they had left.Did a good, but incomplete job, which cost us.
