The Row Hotel at Assembly Row, Autograph Collection: what do users think?
Mike Roz: Great all around. Decor, service , staff.Highly recommend for good price.Better than most RC I’ve stayed at this year.
Heather Doiron: We loved staying at The Row! Location was perfect - 2 minute walk to the Transit station Orange Line, which takes you to many of the popular areas like the TD Gardens and downtown. It's located in a popular shopping area with many wonderful restaurants. Couldn't have been easier access to and from the highway which made arrival and departure hassle free. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't move it until we left to come home. We walked, took the train or took a Lyft or Uber wherever we went. We will definitely stay here when we return to Boston! The rooms are beautiful, new, very clean and have lots of extras. The rain showerhead was beautiful, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, there was a fridge and coffee maker in the room.We loved having a little sitting area for the times we did spend in the room between our excursions out and about. There is a pantry on each floor with fresh fruit, coffee, treats, a water and ice machine and a microwave. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Enid at the front desk and the valets. We asked a lot of questions on things to do and the best way to get there and they couldn't have been more helpful!
Nadezda Musatova: Beautiful modern style hotel with restaurant Reflection, that was great for a breakfast.Avocado toast, French toast and croissant were tasty and cappuccino was excellent. Service 10/10. Clean and friendly atmosphere.Highly recommend in you are in an area.
Lin SC: Love this hotel so much!1. Great staff - They are lucky to have Ani as their front desk, as you can feel her passion, enthusiasm, energy, and kindness started from check in process. She would be more than happy to introduce you everything, including dinning options, hotel facilities, etc. Other associates are friendly as well.2. Fantastic location - it is located in a vibrant but quiet area, with a lot of options for you to shop, eat, and enjoy.3. Secutiry - During midnight, you can still see hotel staff walking on the hallway to make sure everything is going right.4. Parking options - you can either do valet parking or self-parking. Valet seems to be around $50 and have in-and-out privilege, while the self parking is very close to the hotel, within 90 seconds of walk.5. Clean - the room was clean.Highly recommend!Room was fantastic!Noteworthy details: Best hotel in Boston

Erika: Hotel maravilhoso, foi uma agradável experiência. Bem localizado, com varias lojas ao redor e perto do metrô. Atendimento excepcional, quartos lindos e limpos. Voltarei com certeza.Rooms: Quartos maravilhosos, confortáveis e muito limpos.Nearby activities: Há diversas lojas no complexo e muitas atividades.Safety: Muito seguro, caminhei a noite e não tive nenhum problema.Walkability: Ótimo, perto do metro e pontos de ônibus.Food & drinks: Café da manhã excelente, não é caro e atende muito bem.
Gissell Salas: Worst experience I’ve ever come across in any hotel, this coming from someone who travels often. Spending the entire stay trying to solve a problem caused by the hotel is not what you hope for when trying to enjoy your hotel stay. The staff was not helpful at all, an absolute and literal waste of money in addition to a terrible experience.

Crystal Sperduto: I stayed here for 24 hours. Beautiful hotel. We got a suite with the tub. Which was awesome. I would recommend that room. Service gets 3 stars because unfortunately they don't have bell service or room service. They offer to have the valet bring up your bags but typically you would have to wait. Also we called for pillows 3 x and they didn't show up.Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and food options near by
Marcus Gunn: Nice, modern, clean hotel. Area is great with a lot of shops. These rooms are much better than the W. Staff has been super friendly.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, High-tech …More
Shana Murphy: Took my middle child here for a little one on one time pre-covid. I mentioned it to Cassandra at the front desk and she made sure that he felt like a KING during his stay. He was so happy and felt so special when she sent a brownie sundae up to the room for him. Finally made it back again last weekend and asked about Cassandra. She has transferred but mentioned to the front desk why she made such an impression. Deepa (sp?) sent up a wonderful dessert for my son. He also loved swimming in the pool and bowling/arcade nearby. Great Hotel and great service!
Rae West: This is such a beautiful hotel. What’s even better is the customer service. My husband and I had just checked in to our hotel and an hour later we found out that our daughter had an emergency. We had to check out, we hadn’t even unpacked our bags. The front office manager Enid was just amazing, and was able to give a refund for the room. Excellent customer service! Give her a raise! I cannot wait to come back to actually stay at this hotel!
Ben Silver: I recently stayed at The Row Hotel in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA for approximately one month and overall had a very positive experience. I was upgraded to a corner room which was significantly larger than the standard king rooms, and found the rooms to be well appointed and clean. The daily housekeeping ensured that my room was always in top condition. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfort of the bed. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. This is a vital aspect of any hotel stay, and The Row Hotel exceeded my expectations in this area. Additionally, the hotel had numerous meeting and work spaces available, which were great for those who need to get some work done during their stay. The spaces were well-equipped and provided a comfortable and productive environment. The Row's housekeeping staff are some of the best I have ever encountered. Every time my room is taken care of, I am blown away at how CLEAN it is.The on-site gym and heated pool were incredible. The gym was well-equipped and provided a great way to stay active during my stay. The heated pool was also a great way to relax after a long day. The location of the hotel is also convenient, as it is a quick four minute walk to the MBTA Orange line. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable during my stay. The only downside of my experience was that Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador members do not get free breakfast, only a $10 credit daily under the Lounge Access Guarantee. Cheapest breakfast option during weekdays? $25 for the (delicious) buffet.Marriott's benefits guide states:"If lounge is closed or property does not have a lounge or approved alternative, property to offer daily continental breakfast in restaurant for Member +1 or Member can choose 750 Points per night of stay "Every other Autograph Collection hotel I have stayed at has offered breakfast credit that would cover the entire cost of a breakfast. In this case, a $25 daily credit would make sense.Overall, I would recommend The Row Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Assembly Row area. The comfortable bed, numerous meeting and work spaces, and the on-site gym and pool, make this hotel a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. While the lack of breakfast provided is disappointing, It does not detract from the service provided by staff, the ease of access and the overall enjoyment of this amazing hotel.

Hampton Inn Boston/Cambridge: what do users think?
Barry Kneeland: I was pleased to see how new and clean the hotel looked. I asked how old the hotel was and I was surprised to hear something like 20 years. I was told there had been recent renovations. They did an excellent job with everything! Probably the nicest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at! Staff, rooms and location were great. Less than a mile from TD Garden!
Louise Schultz: It's the worst room ever. As a member of HH, we have stayed in their hotels in many states and have never experienced anything like this. They issued many excuses why they could not relocate us to another room. Would never stay there again.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Andrew Cosgrove: 4 stays in 4 years and I will be returning this week. Great location in case you are going to an event/game at TD Garden.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Janay Moss: Good hotel for the price and location in relation to public transportation to downtown. I highly recommend.
Joyce Jang: If I could give this place ZERO stars that would be the most accurate. It started with the reception staff being absolutely rude and unbelievably unprofessional. I booked 2 nights with points and the night before my husband got very I’ll so we traveled the next day to see his uncle who was recovering from a stroke. This was already a very stressful day of driving 5+ hours through stormy weather. Because I had not called the day before mind you because my husband was ill they not only cancelled my reservation even through I “checked in” online. I went to the front desk and they LITERALLY refused to honor my reservation then the desk person called the on-site manager and she also was completely unwilling to help. They made me call the 800 number and go through the Hilton honors hotline- which hung up on me after making me wait close to 20 mins to sort my reservation then when I called again the customer service person assured me they would honor my reservation and had me on hold for another 30 mins. After over 1 hour of talking to the useless reception and on-site manger they finally gave me and my sick husband a room. The nightmare then continues because then they CHARGE me for the room and tack on 4 other charges FRAUDULENTLY. In all my years of traveling I have never dealt with this level of rudeness from hotel staff and frankly deceitful behavior. I’m reporting them to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Do not stay!!!
Isaac Costa Queiroz: They make you feel like you are a celebrity from the moment you walk in. Very warm and welcoming. Love the modern design and awesome atmosphere they created here. Must check it out!
Joe Bauza: I had what I call the Blue Brothers room. Right against the train tracks. The trains start at 6am and run every 5 or so minutes. You hear dogs barking and drunk young people, and you hear the elevator door opening and closing. There is really nothing the staff can do. There are not enough parking spaces, and you are told that when you check in. So if you find a spot, don't move your car you may not find a spot when you return. Free breakfast area, which is good. I can't think of anything else good to say about my Very Expensive stay. If you to book here ask for a street side room. The backside of the building is against the train tracks. And as my daughter said, " You can hand someone on the train a bagel and a cup of coffee as they go by"
Patrick Quinn: Nice hotel. Very close to dt and no complaints.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Gray Bush: Have a twisted ankle, can't hardly walk, no where to get food or drink without walking 3 or 4 blocks.Food & drinks: None available.
Jake Schroeder: This place is right next to the Lechmere station on the green line. Room was very nice. Free breakfast was average/above average for the price of the stay. Only complaint, the window let in a decent amount of street noise.Walkability: Literally next to the Lechmere station on the green line.
Hieu Nguyen: The room was very clean and quiet. I stayed on a high floor. The carpet was in a very good condition. I had a good rest after a long day. The staff was very helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jeff Covington: Great location. Very helpful staff. Visiting family in the area and this was very convenient.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christie Boots: This hotel was conveniently located, comfortable, and friendly.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Michael L: Very friendly service especially the breakfast buffet which was clean and always proactively refreshed without being asked. Highly recommend
F Y: We stayed here for two nights and are very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is older but completely remodeled. Extra attention was given to making the rooms quieter. You can tell by the amount of insulation around doors and the cleverly soft closing doors. The elevators need attention but that did not detract from the excellent value you get here. As a bonus, they have a limited number of free parking spots in a garage below the building.Front desk staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. All this for under $200/night in Boston is a great value.
