CRN Auctions Inc: what do users think?
James Lindley: I liked the dog, Zen. They kept our stuff for a while, and then decided they didn't want it. It would have been nice to have a rejection right up front, and then we wouldn't have wasted so much time trying to get it in the hands of the right people.
John Chaski: Most of the issues people seem to have had are things they would experience at ANY auction house. Carl has always been a class act as far as I'm concerned and I've always been treated fairly when buying or selling.
Malcolm Slimy: all the negative reviews for this auctioneer are confirmed. He has been hardened by many years of loving money above all other things including integrity. Whether buying or sell... Caveat emptor dealing with this guy.
Robert Barresi: I am a 45 year silver collector, specializing in China trade silver, Meijiand Indian colonial silver.CRN has offered fine examples of each, accurately listed including honest, accurate condition reporting. The staff is knowledgeable, prompt and friendly,I recommend working with CRN whether you are a novice or experienced collector, museum, or estate attorney.RB
Zoe DeStories: Great selection of antiques; nice people.
yao fei li: they CRN sell damaged item and describe in good condition, NO refund NO return poor customer service , 😥😥😥
Maggie Hunt: Excellent! CRN’s exceeded my expectations in sales and service. Thank you!
Michael Haskell: On May 20th of 2018, I purchased a pair of silver candlesticks from CRN listed as "Rare pair of Spanish Colonial Silver Candlesticks, 18th Century Mexico. When I received the candlesticks it was obvious they were modern copies done in the 18th century style out of sheet silver most likely in Cochabamba Bolivia. I immediately phoned the auction house to tell them I planned to return them as they were not real and obvious copies. They refused to refund my money and offered to re-offer them at a future auction and not charge me a commission. A totally inappropriate response. Were they going to re-offer them as 18th century or modern? This is really unfortunate because my son and I have bought things from them in the past that we really liked. An auction house that doesn't stand behind their own description is something is an auction house you need to approach with caution.
David E Erskine: CRN Auctions are just the best!
Lucy Grogan Edwards: Carl, Karin, and the staff at CRN are consistently knowledgeable and friendly. My family has both consigned and bought from CRN over many years and have always been pleased with the experience and impressed by the results. Highly recommend!

BiddingForGood, Inc.: what do users think?
ABB President: We signed up for this service for our non-profit organization 4 years ago. Every year the features/benefits are reduced and the service get worse and worse. After closing our latest auction we have been waiting 4 days for support that has gone unanswered. Terribly disappointed in the platform. It is full of bugs and issues. If you are an non-profit organization looking for something new I recommend you stay away from Bidding For Good. It was great the first year and has been getting worse ever since. So disappointed.
Katie: I've bidded on and won several bids thru this site- for charities that were for local and charities in other states and never had a problem. Won the bid for a hot air balloon ride in Arizona which was awesome. Also stayed at a hotel in MA and went to plymouth plantations...so far so good..and it's all for a good cause.

Central Mass Auctions: what do users think?
Sari Cohen: I started out emailing Wayne about the many family heirlooms that I was told over the years had value. Before speaking with him I was completely overwhelmed because I had no idea what I should save or let go. Wayne was incredibly patient with me (still is!), and helped me to figure out all of it. Even if it wasn’t something he auctioned, he helped me find out it’s worth. I am so grateful for the time he spent with me. I tried for years to get someone to sit with me and help the way he did but couldn’t find anyone I trusted the way I trust him. Thanks Wayne!
Patti Murphy: My mom recently passed away and I needed help determining the value of some items she had in her house. I shared pictures with Wayne and he was able to help me understand the current market value for the items. I found his honesty refreshing, and his knowledge about the items helpful. He helped to make a difficult task a little easier.
Anna Natapova: Super nice and responsive! Thanks you for advice
Alison Dinsmore: Wayne, who didn't know me from Adam, and who had no skin in the game, gave me pleasant and I suspect reliable advice about silverware. I only wish I had something for him to sell!
Eileen Cecelia: I can't say enough good things about Central Mass Auctions. I needed to dispose of a large estate collection of art and antiques. They were responsive and helpful, in stark contrast to several other auctioneers and dealers. The results were better than I could have hoped for, and they were very prompt in sending me the proceeds. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing such services.
CHERYL MULLEN: FROM DANIEL,WAYNE WAS GREAT AT DURGIN PARK ESTATE COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER GUY EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL GREAT !HES THE BEST!!!!
Michael Roman: Wayne of Central Mass Auctions came highly recommended to us (to help with an estate sale) and we came to understand why. He has a very pleasant personality and was easy to work with. On top of that he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. Not only did he see value in many items that we only saw as costly to dispose of, but he also brought all the items to the attention of buyers from around the region and beyond. Wayne able to bring in about twice the revenue than I was more or less expecting, but, better yet, he also found good homes for many items from days gone by that otherwise may have gone out for trash. I highly recommend Wayne and Central Mass Auctions and can't thank him enough for all of his help and guidance in helping my family clear out, and find value in, many of the items our loved ones collected over the years. It was a win-win scenario working with him.
Karen Manning: I'm really grateful for the experience I had with Central Mass Auctions. I had a large number of items that I knew had value, and I was at a loss as far as figuring out next steps. Wayne was great about answering my many questions and ensured the process of consigning my items was very smooth. Everything was fair and up front. This is definitely the way to go!
Lori Millett: We didn't have a lot of antique items, but we were not sure if anything was of value when cleaning out my Uncle's house. Wayne was able to look at the items and tell me what would be worthy to auction. The best part was I didn't have to spend my time on websites trying to sell it myself and it was well worth it to have Central Mass auction it off for me with unexpected money in our pockets! Thank you Wayne & Central Mass Auctions!
Karen Derby: Wayne Tuiskula of Central MA Auctions has been our 'go to guy' for selling various collectibles over the years. Having a far reaching auction audience as well as local presence/accessibility in the Worcester area helps both buyers and sellers. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Wayne not just because of his business model but due to his integrity, expertise and kindness.
Maurice Mcdonald: Had a very positive experience dealing with Central Mass Auctions from day one. They were very professional and easy too work with. I would highly recommend them.
Brenda MacGrath: Wayne made the entire process very easy. He is communicative, professional and honest. He has a vast knowledge base and extensive experience handling auctions and estate sales and it shows. I would recommend Wayne and his company to anyone in need of his services.
Wendy Nollman: Wayne is great! He kept our audience engaged a gave full descriptions of the items brought to the appraisal. We will definitely want to have him back!
James MacIntosh: I've used Central Mass Auctions on two occasions and was very satisfied with the results. They were able to auction off many older items which took up space in my garage, as well as a relatively large baseball card collection. The auctions are well publicized, which results in a good turnout. Wayne Tuiskula is a knowledgeable and efficient auctioneer.I highly recommend this company.
Christine Lee: My first online auction and I loved it! Central Mass didn't pull any of the nonsense some live auctioneers do - passing an item when the bids aren't high . Every item was fairly auctioned with no "secret" pricing. When I picked up my items - the woman handling the financial transactions was polite and professional. I bought some LARGE items and the gentlemen who helped us get them loaded were downright friendly. Lots of smiles and good advice. Top notch company- I can't wait to try another of their auctions!
audrey capuano: WayneTuiskula, president of Central Mass Auctions, as well as his employees, helped my family so much in 2005 when my parents had passed away and leaving quite a large estate in Sudbury. He made it so easy in appraising, moving and auctioneering off a vast amount of furniture and antiques (my Dad was an antique collector) during a sensitive time in my life. I've worked with him for the past 10 or 11 years consigning antiques and jewelry and have the highest regard and praise for his honesty and ability to obtain a fair price during the many transactions with him. I've dealt with other companies and by far he is the best.
Heidi Pribell: Wayne Tuiskula is the most dedicated, hard-working auctioneer I know.Central Mass Auctions painstakingly liquidated my 4800 square foot warehouse filled three tiers high with all range of furniture, fine art and decorative accessories. He did so in an organized, comprehensive manner. He fulfilled every promise he made to me.And as a kind, thoughtful and fair businessman, Wayne readily became my hero. I recommend him not only to anyone seeking the best value in auctioning a single item, but particularly to anyone facing a seemingly impossible task.

Maxsold Downsizing and Estate Sales: what do users think?
Robin O'Farrell: Find great items for great prices, it's fun browsing all the sales, and it's an environmentally responsible way to buy
Susan Magalas: As an interior designer I often work with people who are downsizing or preparing their homes to put on the market. As a result I find myself recommending Max Sold as a safe and efficient way to sell items and empty a home in a quick and easy manner. I have also suggested Max Sold as a place to purchase items for staging homes or to redecorate.
Tryna Bokor: I love being able to reuse something - so when your customers are selling items for whatever we bid and win it for, it is another thing that is saved and reused. Most times there is adequate descriptions and I have only been disappointed once with a multi-item posting so all thumbs up from my viewpoint!
Jenna W: First time buying and picking up and it was great! Great deals and even better people! Both people I bought from were super nice. Also thought the listing details were sufficient, as I normally do auctions in person.
Rob Wood: Process was smooth. The woman coordinating pick-up on Saturday was good humoured and we had some fun joking back and forth. A pleasant experience overall. (And I got what I wanted for a good price too!)
Kelly Rudolph: Well aside from a fact that it's a great place to find unique items every time I've ever gone to pick anything up the customer service team has been exceptional super friendly super helpful never anyone negative everyone's always in a great mood it's just always been all around great experience
Sirius: Maxsold is a great company, in my opinion. They are improving all the time with their tech and communications. The people who work the auctions locally in Denver are awesome! My only suggestion would be to try to consolidate auctions in the Denver area so they occur on either Sat or Sun, instead of both days. Denver is very tough to drive around, and with the cost of gas and traffic on weekends, a consolidated day would likely be better for most people.
Susan Allen: I use several online auction vendors, but MaxSold is by far my favorite. They give much better descriptions and pictures of items. The site is very easy to navigate and pickup is always easy.
Barbara Anderson: I have purchased several items from MaxSold auctions and the entire process is flawless from bidding to pickup.
Shannon Curry: This was a very smooth process, and easy to understand for my first time bidding! Also the people at the house were very nice and friendly who gave me my purchase. I will def do this again and recommend maxsold to my friends and family.
steve cherrix: it just couldnt be any easier to bid on something, win and set a time to pick it up. the people that are there are way more than happy to assist you in finding your win and showing you the easiest way to get it out. friendly, personable and knowledgeble makes a good team
MEB: The people that were there to help us find our lots were amazing, friendly and we arrived a bit earlier and they let us take our material. The experience was great I really like the meeting with the maxsold’s people and I asked many question and they were making sure to answer all of them. The descriptions that were written on the web site… were what I saw and got! Thanks again! I couldn’t stop talking about you to everyone:)
Gretta Vosper: Seamless pick-ups at both sites yesterday with further info provided about one item by the seller. Great interaction.
Pam Hamilton: The staff had all the items grouped by customer and were so friendly and helpful. I have seen Christie at several pick ups - and she is terrific!
Rose Sherry: Everything that I have bought from MaxSold has been described perfectly and the pickups run very smoothly.
Michelle Podhy: The process is extremely easy and I have always found all those I have met to be very helpful and pleasant. We have been able to make some very good purchases through Maxsold. I love looking through the auctions for great finds!
Lanny Rose: I really enjoy your auction site. The format is easy to use and the staff handling the pickup are great as well.
Michael Strobel: Maxsold is the easiest way to bid online and pickup. The photo's are great as well as the descriptions. The folks that assist during pickup are equally great. They are always friendly, helpful and smile all the time.
Melanie N: Seller was organized and friendly. I love my item and I believe I got a rare find for a very good price.
Pat Spayd: I liked the bidding process as Maxsold ads two minutes to each last second bid to give the original bidder time to raise their bid. No more swooping in the last 3-4 seconds to scoop up the item. A fair methodology with the two minute delay.
Marion Holloway: The experience as a buyer was great. It was organized, I was able to load my lots in a convenient and efficient way. The people were friendly, especially Mattie. Everything that was pictured was there when I picked it up. I am happy with the value I received.
