Gina Cotroneo: I live in NH . I bought a 2019 jeep from Audi in Burlington. I sighed for a loan and a few days later someone from Audi meet me at the NH town hall to register the car.they brought the paperwork and the car was registered in my name and plates where put on the car . After driving the car for about a month I got a letter from the state of NH saying there was an issue with the odometer state . Questioning if the car was stolen. I then got a call from the Audi dealership saying the loan didn’t go through and I had to come back and resign a new loan . I went back to the dealership and resigned another loan . I showed them the DMV letter and they said not to story about it and they would take care of it . Fast forward to now(5 months later) I went to trade in the car that was fully paid for . I am unable to trade the car because there’s no title to the car and the odometer statement was never sighed .i had to call the original bank and get a letter saying there was 0 interest on the loan . The bank that I paid the car off had never received the title. The first bank is saying Audi has it and Audi is not helping saying they have no idea where the title is . The DMV can’t get it . I called the attorney general and was told that it’s criminal not to fill out an odometer statement and not to send the title to the lean holder . Now I am sitting in a police station filling reports and pressing crimson charges along with court proceedings. So the lesson is DO NOT BUY anything from this place!!!! Unless u want to pay of a car and not have a title and go through the heart ache I am dealing with!!!! STAY AWAY. They are not a good place to do business with . Very shady

Richi Gentile: I wanted to thank Dat in Audi Burlington parts for assisting me several times with finding the correct parts that I wanted to order and most recently ordering 4 new tires for my Q5. Dat was able to price match one of the biggest online Tire distributors saving me a couple hundred. The tires will be shipped directly to the dealer so I don’t have to drive around with 4 tires and go back and forth to the dealer. Audi service is handling the mounting, balancing and alignment so I know everything will be installed correctly One stop shop. No one does an alignment better than the dealership. It seems that management has the entire team on the same page providing the best customer experience across the board. Kelly in service was fantastic as well and she even ordered me a complimentary Lyft to bring me to work until my car is ready. Wjsnail: Just terrible customer service. Placed an order for an extra key for my car. Took multiple phone calls and 2 months until they finally told me it was in (after I had to call them even though they said they would contact me) made an appointment and my dad went in with the car to get the key coded, was told it wasn’t actually there despite them telling me on the phone it was there. After another 2 weeks it finally arrived. Went in, got it coded. They charged me an extra $30 for “hazardous waste disposal”. Asked why I was charged a waste disposal fee when I was just having a key programmed. They said it was a mistake and I was. told it would take 2-3 weeks for them to mail me a check to refund that. I got home and realized that their car wash had broken and bent my license plate mount. Called them back and they said I would get a phone call from either a service advisor or a manager. Never got one, so I waited Saturday and Sunday and am now calling on Monday. They told me a manager would give me a call in 10-15 minutes. Waited 2 hours and got no call. I call back, they tell me they can’t connect me to a manager, only a service advisor, so they connect me to one. I wait on hold for 5 minutes before the phone system ends the hold. So I call back just to be told that no one is able to contact the manager and they will yet again tell him to call me back. This is absolutely ridiculous that I’ve spoken to probably 5 people just over this license plate mount. Not to mention all the other trouble I’ve been through with trying to deal with the key. They just keep saying “I’m sorry you’ve had a bad experience” but seem to never be able to actually resolve the issue. Not trying to come across as a “Karen” or something, but I’m just fed up with not being helped.

And especially after being at Audi a week before and everything being green lighted, the issue my car was having honestly made no sense to me! I had called Audi expressing my concerns and I was told that they can try to do what they can with my vehicle which wasn’t really reassuring.BUT!!!! I had the greatest customer service experience with Carlos in the service department , this isn’t my first time working with him but every time I work with him I have probably the most stress free, comforting and reassuring time while at Audi and I knew I was in good hands!

I was told my repair would take two days and it ended up taking over a week. I got a flat tire in my loaner car and they charged me for the tire. when I ended up going to pick up my car, they had lost my keys and it took four people to find my car on the lot as well as my keys to bring it up and it was an hour and a half of waiting. after I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up by the time I got there it’s still hadn’t even been washed yet and I had to wait for it to be done. I will not be taking my car back there. and I do not recommend them.

susan markin: I bought my new car this past fall. My wipers continually dragged over the windshield. When I addressed this with a service assistance he told me “I had to live with it”. I brought this comment to the attention of Jimmy Liberidis, who sold me the car. He was more than apologetic and took control of the situation by getting new wipers on my car immediately. Low and behold, the wipers do not drag any more. Jimmy is the best salesman I have ever encountered and would not hesitate for 1 minute to suggest him to a friend if they were looking for a new car.

Frank Nelson: Good overall. We had major problems with a BRAND NEW Audi Q-7 directly after purchasing it. MMS Computer System had massive failures and the brake pressure valve. They never resolved the MMS Issue. Brake pressure valve was replaced 3 times on a brand new vehicle with under 5k miles, and is STILL failing. Dealership was NOT very accommodating or sympathetic initially. Had to get Audi USA involved. Luckily the Sales Manager (Lou) finally got involved. Lou was absolutely TERRIFIC and worked out a deal to trade the 2022 vehicle in for a new 2023 model given all the problems we had. They ended up coming through for us in the end, but it was a long painful road to get there. They should have offered a much quicker resolution.

Both gentlemen worked hard to find me a used Audi A8L within my price range and they secured a way to deliver it to my home in Stuart, Florida. Charlie Silver: Spent my evening driving from Rhode Island to look at a Tesla Model 3. I had an appointment with Bobby who made me wait for 30 minutes. No big deal, we all run late sometimes. While I was in, a woman who had just purchased an Audi Q7 was there just a couple hours after picking up her car because her tire pressure sensor was going off. Although they fixed it, Bobby tried to blame it on her and said "you probably just ran over a nail after picking it up" to which she responded that she had driven it only once so far. Anyways, I was very interested in the Tesla I had found online as it was exactly what I was looking for, but after visiting the dealership, it was clear that this was not a place I would ever purchase a car from. Bobby was extremely unfriendly and seemed as though he had no interest in actually selling the car. He barely said hi to me and just led me over to the car, unlocked it, and then left and went to do something else. He did not ask if I have any questions and seemed angry at me for even being there. I have never felt so disrespected by a car salesman. I am young so that may be why he was not taking me seriously, but I showed up in a Range Rover and was actually looking to purchase a new car. I do not understand why Bobby was so disrespectful and unhelpful, as he very well may have had a customer if he hadn't treated me so badly. They seem to have a response back to all of the negative reviews justifying on their end and I am looking forward to seeing what their response to this is. Absolutely horrible experience. STEER CLEAR OF BOSTON FOREIGN MOTOR.

They allowed me to take my time without trying to convince me to purchase. Each test drive was enjoyable. They have a great car selection to choose from. It might even be difficult to choose. Im happy with my purchase and this will probably be my first stop for my next car.
Clas Linnman: Bough a car from these guys (Shaun) and the whole process was a pain. Car was more expensive that blue-book, and the seller had a ton of tricks to confuse me when negotiating the price.Car fax was not shown, then the registration took several weeks (I had to register the car in another state, but was told this would be a matter of days). While waiting for the car, they did not communicate what was going on, and when I finally got the car (about a month delayed) they lied about why they were so slow and blamed the DMV (records indicated that the DMV responded immediately, then papers sat on their desks for a week or more despite my repeated calls).I took the car to get serviced and inspected, only to find out that they had put cheap tires on that do not meet the inspection, so that is another 500 bucks!When I talked to the seller about these concerns, and told him I was not satisfied as he had madepromises he did not keep, he talked back to me and told me "you know you can´t always get what you want".Their business model is basically to buy lemons from California, only tell clients minimal information unless explicitly asked, and then add fees and fumble with papers as much as they can get away with.Stay away from these guys.Update: 7 years later. Car worked fine, but when I tried to sell it no dealer would take it as it has “Lemon law” on the title, so essentially no second hand value. Boston foreign motors did not explain this to me. Lesson learned.Regarding their comments below, my wife and I did buy a car from you in her name, and I am just not using my real name here as I am a professional and this is a review, not a formal complaint to your business model. The fact that you sold us a car with a lemon law title without explaining it to us (we were first time buyers and new to the US) just shows that you are not very serious about being a customer friendly business. Also, yes, tires on the car were approved, but as cheap as they come.
Michael Caffi: Milad Farahani was easy to work with and the cars were priced competitively. I opted for a newer model (Audi Q7) that had lower miles and still under warranty because it was the best price I had seen after looking for a couple of weeks in the greater Boston area. When I arrived for my appointment the car was ready to test drive and looked brand new inside and out. An hour later I had a deal, no games! Highly recommended if you’re in the market for a preowned luxury car.
Joshua Mclackle: The only 5 star these guys have is themselves making accounts. Look through all reviews throughly all these guys are is scammers. Be ware even stepping foot on these guys property before they start calling you names or making faces at you. Tried to negotiate the price on a branded title car that got sold to them for $15,000 is now listed for over $30,000 people check the car fax reports on the cars from these guys because they won’t tell you what’s wrong.

They all have attitudes and laughed when we walked out of the building calling me rude names because I didn’t feel comfortable buying a car from these guys. David Girioni: Excellent experience. The car I purchased was exactly as I'd hoped from the online description and pictures. I travelled from Rhode Island after making an appointment with Bobby who was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The no-haggling price online was very fair and made it easy to focus on the details of the transaction rather than worry about whether or not I was getting the best deal. Bobby was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with - I will be calling him when I'm ready for my next vehicle.
Michael Feltis: Terrible experience. My wife purchased the car after we were told it had been driven several times and how it was in "amazing shape". Well, after the purchase and on our way home, a drivers side cv shaft starting clicking about 15 minutes into the drive, and 3 lights came on. ABS, Traction control, and brake light. I pulled over, and they did come and get it, not with a wrecker or flatbed mind you, but drove it back that way. (I'm sure that was good for it) and then told me they would get right to work on it, and apologized. Things happen, I get it, bad luck on my part. But from that point on, communication was TERRIBLE. After a few days had passed, I would text, and sometimes the salesman would reply the same day, but other times not get a response until a day or two later, if at all. Well, After fixing the shaft, the garage they were at couldn't fix the lights that were on. They took it to a "specialist" at a different shop who said the transfer case was bad and would need to be replaced. We asked where the car was exactly, (I mean at this point we own it, we have a right to know I would think) and the salesman would not tell us, just what town it was in. My wife asked the salesman several times through text if it was a new, used, or rebuilt transfer case, and he avoided the question every time. Claiming he didn't know what they installed and would have to find out and let us know. First of all, how do you not know as the customer of the specialist what he's installing? They are fixing what could be a several thousand dollar issue if it's new, or a several hundred dollar part if you just put a used one in. There's no way that wouldn't have been communicated before installation. She also asked several times through text if we could get a copy of the invoice for our personal records, price did not have to be included, just a copy so we know what work was done. The salesman didn't tell us that either and there was no paperwork in the car. About three weeks into this, my wife called the dealership and wanted to speak to the owner. The person on the phone was very rude to her, insisting he had to know who she was, and what she wanted, and then ended up hanging up on her! Anyway, long story short, they had the car for over a month before we finally received it. (Purchased Dec 10th, received Jan 12th)Aside from poor communication, side stepping important questions, eating up 32 days of my 90 day warranty, and being rude on the phone to my wife when she tried calling the owner of the dealership just to figure out what was going on, We will not be purchasing ever again from Boston Foreign Motor. Also, those 3 lights that came on and the "specialist" fixed with an "I'm assuming" used transfer case. they've come back on 3 different times since we got it 2 weeks ago. But there's NO WAY I'll be bringing the car back down there!

We did a partial finance on the Porsche and Bobby was both patient and extremely helpful going through this process. We wired Bobby the additional cash we were putting down and sent the check for the loan FedEx next day. Bobby facilitated an automotive hauler to deliver the Porsche to our house 800 plus miles away.
