Michelle Hibbert: Super friendly front desk staff! Accommodating housekeeping staff who checked in daily for any needs you might have. Close to BU for a weekend trip to see my daughter. Nice views of Charles River. Microwave access would be nice though.Walkability: A nice 1.5 mile stroll to BU west campus. Felt safe catching a bus to the red line.

Lt. Commander Data: So, this hotel is somewhat expensive for just staying 2 nights. Parking fir your vehicle is $45 a night and when you check in they ask you to put a card on hold for if anything happens to your room. We'll, no matter what they are gonna charge you another $100 because of "taxes" during your stay. This hotel needs a renovation. The showers are out of date, the air conditioning doesn't really work, and the room itself feels like it's made out of cardboard. Oh, by the way make sure to check your bed sheets before you sleep in them. Found 15 hairs in ours and then requested another room. They didn't even upgrade us for that. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest you book a different hotel because honestly if you're going on vacation you want to have a good time and trust me you won't be having a good time at this hotel. Staff were friendly however, so that's why it's getting 2 stars and not 1.

Christine P: Probably the most comfortable hotel bed in a long time. Hotel is conveniently located and the staff are courteous. Our “city view “ room was more of a Highway room, but it was still nice. Parking is insane at $45. Breakfast is also costly. You’re better off going to one of the many local restaurants.

Even though they had a more easy solution as it was making me to pay with my own credti card. An special metion to Brahim, Deyli and Daniel, the guys at the reception. They were exceptional. Demetrios Kanavaros: An affordable and decent stay in/around Boston. Everything we wanted to do was a quick Uber from this hotel. The building is clearly old and has some details that could use attention. The ceiling in the bathroom of room 1006 looks like it was repaired by Ray Charles. There's also some framed art in the bathroom that has a huge water stain on it that clearly has been there for a while. The shower is old. Tub is scratched from years of abuse and there's no flange around the water pipe to the shower head so you can just see the rough cut tiles and a hole. Very classy. The carpet in the room had some stains. The bed was comfortable and parking was convenient.

Erica C: We loved our stay at the Courtyard! This was a great place to stay to experience the Boston area. Uber is readily available and the closest T station is a 20-minute walk away.The staff was wonderful and friendly. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the front desk staff but they are the reason we will return in the future. Props to them for listening to my husband's silly jokes.The hotel rooms are large for the Boston area and extremely quiet. We stayed in Room 1404 with a spectacular view of the river. I recommend paying extra for the river view rooms. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable after a night out. The bathtub was an added plus! Our only complaint was that the cable was hit-or-miss with blackout periods when we were in the room.Thank you to everyone at this Marriott location. We will be back soon.

Jörg Borkowsky: Gutes Hotel in sehr schöner Lage. Großzügige, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Charles River und die dort ständig auf uns ab fahrenden Ruderboote; auch Downtown Boston und der Campus der Harvard University befinden sich im Blickfeld. Der Campus wird in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Das Restaurant bietet qualitätiv hochwertige Speisen, ist aber etwas zu teuer.

S u n s h i n e: Bad service and rude staff. Everything is horribly overpriced and they have luxury bath products as one of their listed amenities but they give you one tiny sample sized shampoo and conditioner so my hair feels gross. The soap also made my skin very itchy. I could hear ppl talking and kids screaming at like 6am I was also very uncomfortable and didnt sleep at all. Only upside was the rooms were clean and the view is amazing but its just not worth it.
