Michael Haskell: On May 20th of 2018, I purchased a pair of silver candlesticks from CRN listed as "Rare pair of Spanish Colonial Silver Candlesticks, 18th Century Mexico. When I received the candlesticks it was obvious they were modern copies done in the 18th century style out of sheet silver most likely in Cochabamba Bolivia. I immediately phoned the auction house to tell them I planned to return them as they were not real and obvious copies. They refused to refund my money and offered to re-offer them at a future auction and not charge me a commission. A totally inappropriate response. Were they going to re-offer them as 18th century or modern? This is really unfortunate because my son and I have bought things from them in the past that we really liked. An auction house that doesn't stand behind their own description is something is an auction house you need to approach with caution.

Kostya Kharzis: This is the worst dealer auction in New England region period . i have been their customer for over 15 years and i have had it . They buyers and sellers fees are the highest than any other auction. bought an $900 car and the fee was $260 and at Adesa Boston it’s only $125 for cars under $1000 and Adesa customer service is amazing . Zero customer service at Quincy auto Auction.The manager and most of the workers there are so rude and threat you like garbage . I won a 2008 Ford F-150 with announcements, No title ever and they sold the car in the system to me. I get a call an hour later that they are voiding the sale because it’s not legal for them to sell cars without title , I said you guys been selling hundreds of cars over the years with bill of sale only . I have a car that I bought from you without a title , take it back then . The manager Said no And thats the end of that conversation. So many different auctions in this area that bag you to come do business with them and will give you discounts on fees , help out if you got stuck with a bad vehicle But at Quincy Auto Auction you will get a big fat To Bad . Better luck next time . Do your self a favor and stay away and give your business who actually appreciate it . Most of they cars are trash with wrong description.

A-1 AUTO: The absolute most poorly ran auction i have ever been to. Got here at 7:30 am today, 2 hours before the sale starts to checkout cars. NO KEYS IN CARS!! I thought hmm maybe its just a few... nope... all cars no keys. So I ask around and call the office and ask whats going on. They said this is how they are doing it now. Danielle the GM didn't seem to care much. I said it would be nice if they told dealers this before coming. You can give a stock# to one car at a time and wait for the guy to drive back to garage get keys and drive them back to you while you stand next to the car and wait. Absolute Joke

Carver Ricci: A good place with a lot of cars. They need to become more organized/better at dealing with customer though. No one has a clue where the vehicle you need is; and you'll walk around aimlessly for a bit. But once we found the vehicles, they were very nice.

Ocean State Auto Sales: I’ve purchased way too many cars with issues that I feel should have been arbitrated and I’ve been told that I’m stuck with them way too many times that this one really bothered me by the way Tim handled it. I purchased a BMW X.3 online site unseen so based on this I fully rely on the vehicles condition report. I thoroughly checked the condition report Prior to bidding and bid accordingly based on the condition report. When I pick the vehicle up the windshield was cracked I mentioned it to Tim in Arbitration and his response was.... So wha that could have happened during the snowstorm. I then said to him how is that my problem I purchased and bid on this vehicle based on what the condition report says which does not mention anything about a cracked windshield he told me tough luck it is what it is maybe somebody broke it on purpose because they don’t like me and that it’s my problem not his. More than the value of the cost to replace the windshield I’m more upset in the principle of how Tim handled this and his attitude towards this. All in all they have absolute horrible customer service
