Velosolutions Pump Track: what do users think?
Rich Desir: This place is awesome!
Ronda Dorson: I bring my son to the bike park but I think they need to add a bathroom there and some more shade and also I think they should add a second bike ramp or whatever you guys call it for the younger children I often see little ones wanting to go on and the parents have to tell them no that they're too young
Sandi Clement McKinley: Great pump track but crowded. The Harvard grad students and other parents with young kids don’t seem to understand skate park etiquette and let little kids play and dwaddle in the middle of the track making it dangerous for everybody and then they get angry if you ask them to move. Go early.
Kilamajaro: Cool pump track and skate spot. I may had had more fun and gave 5 stars but seemed really busy for 11 am on a Sunday and I was also in a rush so I couldn't enjoy all the amenities....
Cranmore: It's fun and free but there is no parking.
BRIAN STEVENS: Great place. Everyone has fun.
Park Report: Asphalt pump track is pretty fun. Some good features at the concrete skatepark connected to it as well. Go early.
Jereye Brooklyn: epic spot!
TB: Great pump track
Peter T. Phan: Great place to progress your bike skills. Wish it weren't so far from me
Max C.: Wasn't too crowded on a July Saturday, closeby 2hr street parking
jackthe Kid: Good
shaked vax: Aeesome. In good shape. Open and free
Korri Crowley: This place was awesome! It had a big pumptrack AND a skatepark! Also the birms are massive and it was not crowded!
Basic Bassing: Nice park
Meredith Thompson: Very nice skate park right by basketball courts and soccer fields in a newly renovated part of Allston. No shade - so be prepared - it gets hot! Very limited metered parking that's active all day every day. The garage is $10 per hour (yes!) but there's a Trader Joe's too - if street parking is non existent then go do some shopping at TJs as they validate parking for a certain length of time (not sure if it's 60 min or 90 min).

Lynch Family Skatepark: what do users think?
Thiago A Costa: The best in New England
Kilamajaro: Best outdoor skate park in Boston. Very spacious and great mixture of beginner, intermediate and expert obstacles.
Ryan Stark: One of the best skate parks on the east coast
Evan Murphy: Awesome!
Mitchelle Jones: If you don't fall at least once...
Dennis Molinari: Light weight low key, like the lowest key, so steez
Stephanie Joseph: this skatepark is so spacious and so much fun. there’s so many different ramps and areas to skate. the skaters are usually pretty friendly and give you space to do your thing. the scenery is so beautiful, especially when the sun starts to go down. you can see the moon and commuter rail rolling through. it’s tucked away in a area you wouldn’t expect it to be in. there’s also areas to take walks in and a playground for kids.
Cian O'Meara: amazing skatepark; well built, unique features and a lot of fun
Coco Poley: This is an absolutely fantastic and huge family friendly skatepark! It’s so beautiful and there’s even parking!!
Zach Smith: One of the best skate parks I have been to on the east coast. So much to skate, mostly for more advanced riders. There are a handful of smaller obstacles too which are great for learning. The highway overhead helps with shade so it doesn't get too hot in the middle of the day. I was able to skate here for 4 hours in the heat of the day without issue. Lack of restrooms nearby is a downside.
Ian Hussey: Always fun. Definitely different types of crowds between the day and the night. Daytime peeps are chill and in for the skating and riding. Night time is about the beer and weed and leaves the place an absolute mess. Parking still sucks.
valentina becchia: A little bit of everything can get crowded in the pm
sterling brown: For any extreme sport enthusiast; and as well practitioner of the gravity defying trade this place is mandatory.
Ian Sever: Great skate park and it’s nice and open and they even have 3 different sized bowls for different skill levels
Tommy Wrenn: Always good to skate with the fam.
Nanci Streit: busy skatepark..easy to find good people. waterand play park around the corner
Bryan GingerLo: Best skatepark of the Boston area!
jhonatan londono: Amazing place to spend time with family and friends. Friendly people all around, good skaters to keep anybody entertain. 10/10 would recommend this place
Ethan Samuel: I love going there. I've definitely improved a lot on my rollerblades there. Unfortunately, every time I'm there I get injured somehow (even with guards).
Jude: Awesome Park! Would be nice if they kept the lights on longer though.

Cambridge Bicycle: what do users think?
Firat Imir: At first , they told me 40$ total for adjusting both breaks, after they finished work they charged me 70$. Unbelievable.
Vinnicios “vinny” Ferreira: These guys are great. Highly knowledgeable staff. All I needed was some information and even though I didn't purchase anything I got all the assistance I needed to make a wise decision. I greatly recommend Cambridge bicycle.
Ignacio DR: I fixed a flat tire here. It went flat again the next day. There was no puncture so most likely there was a defect in the valve of the new tire. They still made me pay 15$ extra for labor. Also they did not screw the wheel back properly and had to return once again!
Shannon Malloy: Have been a customer for 2+ years. The staff recognize me by name every time I come in and are very transparent with pricing and repairs. I bought my first new bike from them and the process was wonderful. They let me test ride for as long as I wanted and were patient while I tested different versions. They have made minor quick repairs for me for free because they know I’m a repeat customer. Great friendly staff that put on group rides periodically and fun inventory!
Marcela Silveira: I stood there for 5 minutes not one employee greeted me. But the guy made sure to stop everything to talk when his friends showed up at store!?!? Bad customer service. That's why girl's don't like it there.
Sneha Sabu: The left brake of my bike was not working and I went to Cambridge Bicycle after seeing their reviews. I walked up to the guy at the reception and showed my problem. This guy just looked at the brake from over the counter and fixes it in a minute (without even moving from the counter). I was really impressed. Will definitely go there for bike repairs
Electryo Argyris: Hit or miss. You can see some people get charged $5 for 20 min. I got charged $20 for a bolt and 5 min of labor. I called ahead but it didn't help. I'm sure they're busy, and they're generally nice.
Michael Chunko: Prices are a bit high but they offer test rides and are very knowledgeable. Eddy was a great help.
Christopher Dedecko: I had both good and bad experiences. The staff is usually helpful, however the pricing is a bit expensive.
Jacob Lissoos: Don't be thrown off by the fact that their inventory is mostly city bikes, they can repair everything including the most high end road bikes. Very professional, they will always call you if the work runs over budget or calls for extra parts. As a bike DIY repair person, they are always happy to explain/teach repairs to me and provide free advice when I drop in, which I really appreciate. Very friendly too!
Mary Ladesic: Incredible customer service! Shoutout to Adam who spent over a half hour walking me through different options and recommendations for accessories and gear as a new bike commuter. Adam was so patient and helpful. My go to place for all things bike related!
Michael Luu: It's nice that they have free air and pumps supplied outside the store. However, when I came in to buy a single item the other day the front staff were not staffing the register at all. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and a staff member finally arrived. Before they even help me check in they had another customer cut in front of me. Instead of just being treated like that I decided to just leave. Pretty disappointing customer service experience.
Thomas Gschwendtner: Found what I needed for a reasonable price, a saddle. They also lent me an allen wrench to mount right here.
Michelle Han: I experienced really terrible customer service at Cambridge Bicycle. I was told by someone in the shop that they could build up a bike for me that I had requested and that they would call me as soon as it was built. 4 days later, I didn't receive a call, so I call myself to inquire and they told me the bike had SOLD and no one had even called me to tell me they finished building the bike?! To top it off, the staff were very unempathetic and rude and told me "well what do you want me to do". DO NOT go here if you want to be treated well and respected as a customer.
Kira Clingen: I came in with a flat tire that blew out in 20 seconds. I was told, repeatedly, that there was nothing wrong with my tire, it had to be a slow leak, and that I was wasting my time and money replacing it. Finally, the person repairing the tire asked if I wanted to take the tire and tube home, since there was "nothing wrong with it." I felt like an idiot explaining that the tire did not deflate slowly, it blew out, over and over again to different people at the shop. Sure enough, when the person went to put the tube into the bag, it deflated immediately. There was a huge piece of glass in it. Rough and borderline rude experience but the new tire and replacement was decent, if somewhat slow. Compared to REI, it's expensive, but the location is convenient.
Faisal Alnasser: Limited bike options. One of the employees was rude.
Aaron Throness: Visited the store today - the customer service staff were friendly, the store was in good order, and an impressive suite altogether. However, their pricing points are almost exclusively $1,000+, which far exceeded my range of affordability as a doctoral student looking for an affordable bicycle.
Raj Vinjamuri: Adam in sales and the folks in the shop do a great job of taking care of your needs.
Rhys Probyn: Extremely competent mechanics who are straightforward and honest; good inventory of parts, tools, tires, tubes, fenders, saddles, apparel etc.Spent some time in the shop awaiting repairs and observed them diagnosing multiple bikes. I agree with everything I heard and saw and felt like the mechanic was honest and each price quoted was fair. I know it stinks to spend $100-150 repairing a commuter bike that you bought for $300 - 500 but over time you're def saving money vs commuting by car or the T and probably saving lots of time. You can trust this crew to get the repair done right and from what I've seen give you a fair price. Don't forget they have to cover rent, salaries for competent mechanics and staff, tools/equipment, hold inventory, insurance etc. Its a tough business and it seems they manage it well in order to treat customers fairly. 100% would recommend
Stefan Unterhauser (dogi): There is this passive aggressive employee which always speaks down to me ..."Come back in 3 weeks"Not the language of service or solutionsSpecially since my relationship with store is already 8 years it hurts a lot
Sangwoon Kim: avoid this place. I went to repair a flat tire and the tire went flat the next morning even though I did not ride the bike after the repair. So I went to the shop again to do another repair, and they charged me the full price again, although it happened less than 24 hours since I got the previous repair. The staff was also very rude and unfriendly throughout the process. Irresponsible.
