Susan Riese: I would give no stars if I could. I have tried to call the office during regular business hours and have entered the extension numbers of all the officers AND the operator. None are answering their phones! I wouldn't say that they are good representatives of the business community!
Amanda Morgan: I had been asked to locate a business at an address that did not come up on my gps, Map Quest, or Google Maps. I phoned the C of C. My call was answered by Henry who gave me a "best-guess" spelling of the street name. Soon after, he phoned back with a different option--the correct one. My daughter was able to connect with her son and all is well. Thank-you Henry for taking the time to follow up on my request.Amanda Marr

Lorraine French: I was scammed online by a site called EverythingButTheHouse. I was given the impression that the consumers council could help me. They gave me that impression by sending me forms to fill out, etc. I spent alot of money faxing them the papers as I was in a hurry to get my money back. Waste of time and money. They cannot do ANYTHING. wASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Don't bother - if you need help, go someplace else.
