I asked for new tires and a basic check it over, he not only installed new tires, he painted my rims, repacked the bearings, gave me a new pig tail, and repaired an inoperative taillight. He also painted my spare wheel. On top of that he gave me spare parts for my girlfriend's Wells Cargo trailer. I've got to say the people he has were very helpful and freindly. The cost was surprisingly less than I thought it would be. This place has everything trailer, new, used, horse, landscape, parts, they have it all.

Answered every question we had with no hesitation. On pick-up Day, the service department gave us an entire walkthrough of the boat going through every detail. This gave us so much confidence especially being our first brand new boat. We will be using Monahan’s for future service. Oh, and check out the store!!! So many boat toys and fishing gear!

M Park: Bought a roll-up inflatable and yamaha outboard here, called around, got some snobby responses from marina's that said they don't do that kind of thing. Tried Monahan's, explained this was my first venture into anything beyond a kayak, Eddy and Mike were super helpful on the phone. On pickup day, Mike was super friendly, answered all my kids' questions and even asked them a few, and helped me carry the boat to the car. Phil (I think) in the garage walked me through every little step of getting acquainted with the outboard, from hooking it up, starting it up, running it a few minutes in their indoor tank, all the way to clearing the gas line out and putting it on its side. And all the paperwork and warranty registrations were handled promptly without me even asking. Highly recommend this place.

Matt Nags: Do not buy a tidewater boat. If you are going to buy one definitely don’t buy it here. The service manager is terrible. Needed a part for warranty work didn’t hear anything for two weeks. I finally call and he eventually tells me “Oh it is in the mail next day.” Obviously either he forgot or the distributer did. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I didn’t call, my boat would just never work. Also I sent an email to the service manager with Other issues, still no response. My boat is 2 years old and has had a bunch of issues.
