Albeit I called them in advance to make sure the binding is ready by the due date, they could not finish the binding by the promised date. Furthermore, when the product was finally ready, there was a major error in the binding. (They had the decency to offer me a partial refund.) I found them unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Manny, not sure of his title, but his customer service skills are first rate. I was in need of book binding for an important project I was working on involving the association I was secretary for. Of course, the time frame was down to the wire but Acme came thru with the books and the special people who received them were close to tears.The classy look of the binding and hard cover took my progect of over a year in the making to the highest level.
