Mary Zuber: Does NOT take 5 1/2 hours to unload a trailer!!! They have a serious lazy ppl problem!!!!! When we come in at 8am we expect to be uploaded and then loaded with empties within 2 hours!!!!!! Do not have enough ppl then hire some ppl that will get the jobs done!!!!

When you reach Customer Service they are never able to communicate with the Office that actually delivers. A Feola: Eric B. has been our water guy from Crystal Rock to the transition of Primo Water . He has gone above & beyond for us a few times. He has created a trouble free environment for us & we have had 0 problems since he was sent to our route 2 years ago. I cannot say enough about him.
Dan Olick: Been a customer for years but things have changed. Delivery guys are always great but for the 3rd month in a row they delayed my automatic delivery. Not a huge deal. I was warned by delivery guys this was gonna happen because new company was making movesMy BIG ISSUE … they have not credited me for returned bottles over the months and they have me at 9 bottles. I have 3 !!!! Called twice (lady said the discrepancy was too large and she would contact local manager and they would call me 24 hours….that was a month ago. I left 3 emails and no response. They are $5 each so it’s not all about the money but I bet nobody is being underchargedI will give this 1 shot and then cancel (most places are cheaper but the drivers are really great)Please don’t respond with more steps. Corso Roberto: The delivery driver brought waters and later when I was unpacking them, half of the bottles were broken and had been leaked out from wherever they came from, I was too busy working to notice until unpacking, I called the region manager and he said that he couldn't do anything about it and I need proof.
Stephen Young: We used this service for years but it took a bad turn after the company was purchased about a year ago. There is absolutely NO SERVICE any longer and no one there to help you. We have been getting charged for things we aren't using and have called multiple times to get it corrected. We call, we leave messages and no one ever calls us back. We used to have an account manager to assist but they eliminated that position. You'd have better service buying cases of water from Costco and lugging them in yourself.

Skips Wastewater: Great company to use for your water needs. Drivers are always pleasant, delivery options are great. If we run out early we can add an extra delivery, skip one if we don't need it. Lots of options and the website is very easy to maneuver.

Therese Marandi: Crystal rock is a great water outlet! They have many good products and their prices are great. They can add deliveries or skip deliveries on the down season. They offer a rental of a Kool Beans coffee machine and Cool Beans coffee (Kenya). It is the best coffee and I have gotten many compliments on the flavor (specifically the Kenya pods)

stephan brown: I've been a customer for years. The service is excellent, the "pricing" has been spotty. Having the ability to negotiate with them, is great. Fortunately we "come to terms," and they make me happy. There delivery personal are great, and very friendly. If you have a problem, THEY LISTEN and actually fix it. They try very hard to please, a feature found in few water delivery companies.

Jonathan White: Usually very crowded with long lines. It shouldn’t be hard to add more self-checkout registers… This is simply disrespectful to your customers. If you get anything from the hot bar, it gets plain cold by the time you check out. Moreover, the cashiers are the slowest ones I have seen at a whole foods.

Elias D: Honestly I drive the 10 minutes to this one instead of the Brighton one within waking distance on weekends because I have the privilege of having a car. The reasons being: there is always ample parking, it is never as crowded, there is always more selection of food, they sell wine & beer, and they have a deli worker who really knows how to slice prosciutto well.Prices are typical of whole foods. The store is very clean and the staff always friendly & patient with folks. There are only about 3 self checkout machines here but the wait is never too long.

Nicole Verde: A local family owned and run spot. Great greenhouse with a wide selection of plants, knowledgeable staff, and lots of garden accessories. Slightly pricey but great quality.

Kathleen Byrne: They lost me today. I went in to buy rice krispies for a snow day activity for my kids. A family size box was $9.99. The same box at target is $4.79. I know shopping local will be more expensive, but that mark-up is more than what I am willing to pay.
V.S.: My go-to place for wide variety of healthy foods and spirits. Nice selection of meats, cheeses, and wine. Friendly and kind staff. They make the best ham & cheese croissants in their bakery section. Produce could be fresher, but no complains otherwise!
Alejandra Rodriguez: today (3/12/23) my partner and I went to get some groceries. We both has face masks on. We got two bottles of wine and got carded by the cashier. The cashier barely glanced at mine, but took my partner’s ID and put it in a machine. The cashier kept staring daggers at my partner. My partner was wearing makeup. On their ID my partner has a beard and says they’re male. The cashier kept staring and wouldn’t complete our transaction and called a manager. I askedthe cashier if my ID needed to be scanned as well. The cashier just said no. The manager asked my partner to pull down their mask and gave a thumbs up. This was humiliating. The manager did not apologize. The cashier barely whispered a “sorry about that.” I don’t think we’ll ever shop at Pemberton again

Tina Lieu: Since Pemberton enlarged and renovated it's grocery, I no longer go to Whole Foods. The produce is good quality and variety with lots of interesting canned/jar speciality foods from different cuisines, a wine shop, cheese section and all the usual grocery needs, but also unusual offerings like preserved lemons and other Middle Eastern items. The shelves are packed like a NYC bodega!
