Blubull: My air conditioner stopped working on Saturday and I called them First thing Monday morning and was told bring car in. Got there and they quickly found the problem but a part had to be ordered. Was surprised the following day when they called and said my car ready and went down and picked up my car that was also freshly detailed. This is great service and typical of the other times I brought car in.
M Kay: I'm inclined to agree with Steve R's review, it should be visible from a few months before I post this one. Check other sites for reviews on any establishment- especially this one. There are some padded good reviews from folks who were happy with their purchase (and ignored other factors) or window shoppers that were awed by the brand.In my opinion "3 strikes and you're out" is a understandable philosophy to employ...especially if you're a fan of a company. My favorite performance car brand has been Lamborghini for the longest time, with legends like the 1) Miura SV 2) Countach 25th Anniversary 3) Murcielago SV and many more. Giving the staff chances to behave right & them squandering it confirmed their discrimination. Just because myself or others are minorities or otherwise, doesn't mean staff have the right to be rude or anything. Perhaps being famous or dressing in a suit would help? Though my attire was never unkempt or offensive...Some time ago, with my first interaction with Lamborghini Boston, there was someone from the locations management staff talking to people. Excited about the prospect of purchasing an Aventador, me and my companion approached the man. Immediately his body language got hostile and indifferent. It made me shocked to see: if they treat a potential customer like this, how would a Lamborghini enthusiast, children, and others be treated? This brusque behavior made me irate and I started talking financing, ad personam, and other minutiae (which funnily enough, made him turn into the nicest person.) Ended up not closing on a deal.Second time, Lamborghini Boston had an Aventador on display and were letting everyone touch it, take pics, and sit in it. Waited for a right time to get my chance with the car and get hands on experience before plunking down money on such an expensive car. As soon as this long haired staff member saw me approach, he immediately went to shut off the car and close the door. They even went so far as to fabricate some issue regarding "the door's pump" which isn't an actual issue. Even if that was an issue with that model year Aventador, people shouldn't've been allowed to interact with a faulty car in any way. Third instance was at the New England Auto Show....can you believe as soon as they saw me near the booth they began to stare me down?? Using a nickname to post this review in fear of retaliation.Their inventory seems to be somewhat better as of late but usually it is mediocre. With these incidents it was disappointing, truly, to the point where I've directed friends and family to buy from rivals such as the Ferrari, McLaren, and other performance dealerships. I've closed in on a specific Lamborghini to purchase and will have to take it to one of the few shops with Lamborghini service experience or drive it out of state-will definitely not take it here.

At the very least, have ANY Herb Chambers vehicle checked out by a reputable mechanic. Their cars are known by many to have defects from the factory as new vehicles.In the past, My vehicles purchased from HC (NEVER will I EVER purchase from them again

Mason made the remote buying process very convenient (sent as many detailed videos and photos as I requested and responded within a few minutes to any questions I had). Very professional and responsive team. I wish other dealers would be so proactive and work at the same pace as these guys! I am truly impressed! The car arrived in perfect condition (exactly as described).

Ramon Villanueva: Made an appointment to see a used Camry. Great price and really nice sales people. I found out after I made my appointment they actually booked an appointment 30 min prior to mine. When I arrived the vehicle was not there to see AND they started negotiating the car while I waited, then sold it to the previous customer. I was there with my son and this was going to be his first car. We left disappointed and surprised that such a high end dealership would do practices like this. I get it's a Toyota and not a Bentley, but it's the general principle that is wrong.
