Stephanie Albino Schalebaum: At 7:25 this morning on broadway I was stopped at the red light waiting to take a left across from citizens bank. The light was red for both lanes and bus 403 came barreling through it. They had children on the bus. Bus 401 was behind it but stopped at the light and the driver was shaking their head at the previous bus. This is disgusting and parents should be afraid of putting kids in the hands of eastern bus.

Ian Woloschin: Driver on Bus 181 around 8:20am on March 19th, 2021 almost ran me over because he failed to stop at a stop sign. A block later I passed the bus again and saw the driver looking down at his cellphone. Tried calling Eastern Bus Co to let them know but they didn't pick up and their voicemail is full.Don't put your kids on an Eastern Bus Co bus, they apparently do not know how to operate safely. Raquel Webster: This afternoon, the bus driver of Bus No. 350, license plate 43105 was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional.He was blocking the exit and refused to move after I asked him nicely. I explained that I was running late and that all the other bus drivers pulled to the side. He replied (rudely) that he was not the other drivers and that he was moving. Since I did not want to miss my appointment, I went into the school to see whether the Principal could assist me. The rude bus driver then started to get in my face repeating that he was not moving. Adam Wolfberg: This bus #320 drove into the lane and twice hit the driver's mirror of my wife's car (I was the passenger) on Arlington St. today. I jumped out and banged on the bus to stop (it was at a red light) and it drove off. It stopped at a red a block further up and I was able to stop the bus by standing in front of it. The driver claimed to a) not notice he hit my wife's car and b) not notice when I banged on the side of his bus. Of course when I called Eastern Bus to complain, I was put on hold. Says it all.

rockthatt: I was horrified at how unprofessional the driver of bus 147 was on rt90. Playing chicken with a 18 wheeler and brake checking a construction vehicle several times all in a 2 mile stretch with children on board is NOT the kind of bus service I would want my kids on.
