K.: I recently purchased a used vehicle. Two days later when I went to fill it up with gas, it would keep clicking off. Obviously this is a safety feature. I went to another pump at the same gas station, same problem. Then I went to another gas station ,same problem. When I called to speak to the gentleman that Sold me the car he spoke to the service department which told him that I just needed to move it in and out to find a sweet spot and gas in that spot. My sales agent was fantastic and when I let him know I didn't feel comfortable with that he did tell me to bring it. Whoever gave the advice from the service department Should come up with something better than tell them to figure it out, in so many words.
Drew: Salespeople are great and this is nothing on them but I I came in for an interview today at 1, I was just 10 mins early, waited till 1:20 with absolutely no answer from the service dept, this is completely unprofessional, do better if you treat me like this on an interview you really think I wanna work for you, buyer and employee beware

I expressed my concerns over the GPS not working on this year old SUV, but I mentioned that I wasn't a priority, still they focus in this matter more, over doing the aligment and oil change. I could it have re-schedule for the GPS for another day.Still the new guys have potential.However, I feel that the service department went south since the new manager took on and letting the best rep, Mike go. A J: Terrible, terrible service things has been change this Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield. I use to live Lynn this dealership was one of the best. Now they should get rid of entire service department making look Herb Chambers Cadillac very poor. I took my car for a diagnosis on a misfire (check engine light). They told me they would charge me $179 for the diagnostic. I accepted after making appointment leaving my Chevy there Wednesday night for Schedule appointment on Thursday 11:40am.. The way I was spoken to by multiple people in the service department was extremely upsetting especially the Service Tech "Mario" VERY RUDE and Disrespectful. To make it worst I call the weekend front desk customer service lady told me your car is ready drove 1Hr come to find out they gave me the wrong car key and my car is not ready.

Michael Conley: My wife and I were interested in purchasing an Escalade ESV and Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield had the truck that we really wanted. I was hesitant to call because the last two experiences at the dealership left a bad taste in mouth. I actually swore to never go back. My wife ended up calling and talking to Ted in Sales. From “hello,” he was courteous, professional, and honest. There was no pressure put on us and he answered all of our questions in a way that immediately made us feel comfortable. We worked with the new GM and Idalmy as well, and they were both equally as helpful and kind. With mutual respect, we negotiated a very good price for our trade-in. They worked hard to get us the best interest rate for our loan and made the paperwork process easy. There was no extra pressure put on for “extended warranties” and other options, but these things were thoroughly explained. We met Ted to pick up the New vehicle and we went through all the features that we weren’t proficient on. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. It’s nice to know that we have a few great contacts at a dealership that is very close to home. In 2019/2020 if you asked me about my experiences at this dealership, you’d be reading a much different type of review. They’ve recently changed General Managers and seem to be much more focused on customer service. I’m very glad we decided to call and go through the process with Ted.

They are the service department and should be treating peoples customers a lot better. I will be staying away from the service department forever… Too many other options that are much better than this place… They wanting to all Cadillac owners… Find another dealership to bring your car for service.
Dr. Jonathan Sisskind: Went to look at a Cadillac they had advertised. We were ready to buy and had our own financing already arranged. We called in the morning to see if the vehicle was available and the woman we spoke to said yes it is absolutely still available and on the lot and she asked us to call when we thought we would be on our way because we were driving from Taunton to Lynnfield. We called back at about 2:15 and said we would be there by about 3:30 and the sales person we spoke to said great and gave us the name of the person to ask for when we got there. We arrived at 3:25 only to be told that the car was in the shop because they felt it was unsalable in its present condition. The person we were talking to then immediately tries to have us look at a different vehicle. We needed this specific Cadillac because we needed the extended version because my daughter uses a wheelchair and the short version it will not fit with the seats up. I do not understand why they could not have simply just said that it is not ready to show and then they could even have given us a call back when it was ready. To have us drive over an hour each way when they knew the The vehicle was unshowable is inexcusable.

Levi Roman: We were so excited to have our Cadillac Escalade delivered to us and not have to drive. I spoke with Tahom and he sold me on this car and helped with all my concerns. The day I needed paper work sent to our bank. Daryl was quick to jump right in and get everything done for us including having the vehicle delivered! We are so excited and can't thank you all enough!!
Drrooiid: This review is directly applicable to the service manager, Andrew Parker. This man has a major attitude problem. He's argumentative, rude, inflexible and unworthy of his position. On two occasions he has tried to push my buttons and cause an argument. He tries to blame me for a problem that his technician caused and denies responsibility for it as well. I have sent my concerns to the general manager, Scott Barry and I await his response. No dealership should have a service manager with Andrew's mentality. It's atrocious!EDIT: Scott Barry called me after this review was brought to his attention (30 mins). He just wanted to argue with me as well, about an unrelated repair! After he refused to believe that I couldn't have noticed this problem for six weeks (I have only driven the vehicle 4 times / less than 200 miles) he suggested I take an 80 mile round trip to their body shop (WHAT? NO!) said he'd email me the address, never did.I'm flabbergasted. What did I do to deserve such disrespect / disregard? I'm a paying customer! $1720 to replace a headlamp and I get my bumper alignment messed up in the process because it wasn't reassembled properly! Now they call me a liar and expect me to drive 80 miles to get it fixed. Screw Long Cadillac! I need them like a hole in the head!

Frank Altieri: Since I purchased my 2014 CTS, I have found the CM/PM service at Bill DeLuca Cadillac to be superb throughout the years.
John Malin: I brought my 2012 Chevy Silverado in for service, I could not be more happy with the treament I received. I had called two other dealerships and explained that my truck needed service as soon as possible. It was only DeLuca who said they would look at it right away. They repaired my truck, and even honored a warranty on service that another dealership had performed. I will never go to another dealer for service again. Do yourself a favor, try DeLuca and see what it feels like to be treated the way a customer should be treated.

They charged me $150 to tell me that my car was too old for them to work on! The repairs will exceed the vehicles value. I believe that I should be the one to assess my vehicles worth!I brought my vehicle to a well rated service shop. They fixed all my issues with OEM parts that Bill DeLuca Cadillac said were no longer available for $700. Bill DeLuca Cadillac claimed that I needed at least $3000 in parts that are no longer available. They did not comment on labor charges @ $149.50 as they deemed my vehicle not worthy to fix!Unfortunately there is no mechanisms for negative stars...

Sherie Parsons: Transmission problems since I bought the vehicle. Could not diagnose or fix the problem. Car would down shift from 3rd to 1st gear when coming to a stop. Transmission is gone and they will not fix it. Can’t get parts. Seems to be how they handle everything. BEWARE!!!Make sure the service advisor writes ticket correctly. This was not what transpired.Ordered a part for another issue in 2018, never came in. Was on back order over two years. Never fixed. Ticket was closed 2020 without notice. My car was under warranty.Topper was car was hit and run on their property. They said they did not know how it happened. Think they have cameras. Yes they fixed it but seriously I trusted them and it has been a nightmare.Only thing good about this place is the body shop.
QuintonHart: So I needed a new inspection sticker, and the sign outside the building says that the shop is open till 5. I rushed straight down there after work, and arrived at 4:05.. After talking to the receptionist, a service manager informed that it was too late in the day for an inspection. And, "The guys are already starting to break down and clean up for the day."At this point I said, "But your sign says you're open till 5." To which the service manager replied, "Well the inspection takes about 40 minutes, and it takes the workers 40 minutes to break down and clean up." I instantly called him out on the fact that a state inspection should never take 40 minutes, and that his workers shouldn't be closing up shop until after the hours of operation.To be honest, if it wasn't for the warranty on my vehicle, I wouldn't go back there. I do not appreciate someone trying to lie to my face, just so that they can have an easy day at work. Especially after I rushed down there immediately after working an 11hr shift... You're in the service industry, so there is no reasonable excuse for you to treat someone this way. If you can't provide services to people after 4pm, then maybe you should change your sign that states the hours of operation

Mr John Lynch the Sales Manager couldn,t have been nicer to deal with .The Service Director Mr David Brown was just as nice . Don Kanter: 2021 escalade was ordered in March , salesman quit and my calls were never returned to go over my contact before the vehicle was built. I was not fully informed of the operation .When I couldn't find the auto parking ,the sales manager blamed me for not ordering before researching my contact with a response..take it or leave it, then finding out the options were included. Never a apologizey for the mix up...Spending under $100.000 was like experiencing a 2nd rate used car process

Gina Cotroneo: I live in NH . I bought a 2019 jeep from Audi in Burlington. I sighed for a loan and a few days later someone from Audi meet me at the NH town hall to register the car.they brought the paperwork and the car was registered in my name and plates where put on the car . After driving the car for about a month I got a letter from the state of NH saying there was an issue with the odometer state . Questioning if the car was stolen. I then got a call from the Audi dealership saying the loan didn’t go through and I had to come back and resign a new loan . I went back to the dealership and resigned another loan . I showed them the DMV letter and they said not to story about it and they would take care of it . Fast forward to now(5 months later) I went to trade in the car that was fully paid for . I am unable to trade the car because there’s no title to the car and the odometer statement was never sighed .i had to call the original bank and get a letter saying there was 0 interest on the loan . The bank that I paid the car off had never received the title. The first bank is saying Audi has it and Audi is not helping saying they have no idea where the title is . The DMV can’t get it . I called the attorney general and was told that it’s criminal not to fill out an odometer statement and not to send the title to the lean holder . Now I am sitting in a police station filling reports and pressing crimson charges along with court proceedings. So the lesson is DO NOT BUY anything from this place!!!! Unless u want to pay of a car and not have a title and go through the heart ache I am dealing with!!!! STAY AWAY. They are not a good place to do business with . Very shady

Richi Gentile: I wanted to thank Dat in Audi Burlington parts for assisting me several times with finding the correct parts that I wanted to order and most recently ordering 4 new tires for my Q5. Dat was able to price match one of the biggest online Tire distributors saving me a couple hundred. The tires will be shipped directly to the dealer so I don’t have to drive around with 4 tires and go back and forth to the dealer. Audi service is handling the mounting, balancing and alignment so I know everything will be installed correctly One stop shop. No one does an alignment better than the dealership. It seems that management has the entire team on the same page providing the best customer experience across the board. Kelly in service was fantastic as well and she even ordered me a complimentary Lyft to bring me to work until my car is ready. There is no need for me to go anywhere else for service, parts or buying my next car. Thanks Audi Burlington-
