Cos S: The duck, lamb chops, and lamb curry were excellent. The staff was well trained and super friendly. One of our favorite places in Boston.
Hadrien GLAUDE: I recently dined at the Franco-Cambodian restaurant Elephant Walk and unfortunately, I must report that our experience was rather disappointing. To begin with, the service was somewhat condescending and inefficient, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. The Cambodian dishes we tried were bland and lacked the depth of flavor one would expect from such cuisine. In fact, I must say that the Cambodian restaurants in Lowell offer a far superior culinary experience. The chef at Elephant Walk would do well to pay them a visit to learn a thing or two.Additionally, it seemed as though the owners and servers had no real connection or affinity with Cambodian culture. For instance, there was no indication that this weekend was the Cambodian New Year, which was quite surprising for a restaurant of this nature. As a side note, my wife is from a Cambodian family and we are French ourselves. We had high hopes for this restaurant but were left sorely disappointed. I'm afraid I cannot recommend Elephant Walk and would instead suggest exploring other options for an authentic Franco-Cambodian dining experience.
Martha W: Yum yummy yum. More later. Doubts? Drop ‘em, just go. You will not be disappointed!
Caterina Strambio De Castillia: Loved it. Great food and drinks. Highly recommended

Olivia Romano: We went here during restaurant week for the fixed price menu. They were able to make changes for vegetarian/vegan options. Lots of fun drinks for non abv and alcoholic cocktails(which were expensive but strong!). Would recommend making a reservation in advance because it’s quite popular.
Ernie Labbe: The food was amazing and our server did a great job. The only reason for 4 stars is that the table for 5 was a bit too small. We will definitely eat here again and I've already recommended it to friends.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
M W: I would give ir a negative star if I could. My friends and have made 2 reservations for a party of 4 and a party of 2 for us to tey the restaurant week menus. We were unable to get a reservation for 6. When we arrived at 4:30pm, there was no customer in the restaurant. However, the make make usher first showed his frustration when we asked if we could be seated together. I did not understand the frustration when there was literally no one at the restaurant. He was rude and told us that he did not have any table and that it will be a tight squeeze . He gave us a 4 person table to fit 6 people. We asked to be seated to our original reservation of 4 and 2. He then sighed and told us that he alteady gave away our table. That was first a lie as my reservation was still in Opentable. He was just being difficult and trying to make us feel unwelcomed. I have been to this restaurant in Waltham many times. But the service with this branch is unacceptable.

Valentine Moroz: Some food was ok. Some was so so. Definitely not coming back. Not great w kids and in general underwhelmed
David Z: Several years ago this spot was fantastic. Perhaps it was just an off evening, but the meat was dry, the rice soggy, and the sauce overpowering. The pear in the duck was quite good.
Laura Maxi: It's restaurant week in Boston so let's try some food! The Elephant Walk was ok, the atmosphere was nice, no music in the background so you didn't need to strain yourself to hear want people were saying. Service was ok. The spring rolls were good but the mussels were my favorite even though they weren't that meaty. I felt the salmon was undercooked but the potatoes were delicious. The curry shrimp was the better dish of the two but was missing something. The chocolate cake was dense and good for a chocolate fix. Note....I was able to replace the salmon with another dish but haven't eaten it before post
James Zabik: I visited The Elephant Walk on a whim while walking near the South End. The Cambodian/French menu was intriguing and I had to give it a try!The ambiance was decent, nothing fancy really, and pretty casual. The Loc Lac beef tenderloin entree was incredible. Tender, flavorful, utterly delicious. Highly recommend it!!The Mee Siem noodles were also very good. They had a really rich flavor and the serving since was a good portion. Also got a side of fries that were pretty good, nothing too special, typical shoestring style fries you’d get from a fast casual French place, I’d say.Service was a bit slow, forgot to bring the cocktails we ordered for a while. But it wasn’t terrible.Overall, I’d definitely recommend checking out The Elephant Walk if you’re in the area. I’d say it’d be a good spot for a weeknight dinner.

Madeline Mindel: Cute place with great food. Our server was really helpful with the menu. The beef salad was super flavorful, and we absolutely loved the fish/pork dip with vegetables. I would return just to get these dishes again, but of course, there is so much more to try. Worth the drive to Revere to go here and to the little Cambodian market on the same block.

Andrés Ballesteros: Wow, amazing food and experience! While we’re familiar with Vietnamese and Thai food, we hadn’t had Cambodian before. Xavier was an amazing guide and the food was excellent across the board. The papaya salad, the crispy egg rolls, the angkor wings, the bai cha kroeung… Everything was delicious. Again, can’t say enough about the service and how knowledgeable Xavier was about the food and its history. Will be returning!
Michael Luu: Wish they served peanut sauce with the summer roll. The kuy-tiev soup was great. The ankor wings were tasty. Renée Renata Bergan: Delicious food! Similar yet different than Thai (which we love) so, was nice to have a different take. Portions are big, and flavorful, but really it was the staff who immediately made us feel at home which will be what remember. We hit it off with Xavier the owners son, from the get go, chatting it up throughout the night. He made great food suggestions and when the noodles for my dish had run out, made sure I got a nice alternative. And then later, when things slowed down, shared with us his favorite spots from his recent trip to Cambodia. A really lovely family owned and run restaurant. I'm not in Lowell much but when I am, I'll be going back. Worth it! Give them your business!

Sharmin Sultana (Anu): We had a fantastic dining experience at Simply Khemer for lunch today. The vegetable spring rolls and crispy quail wings made for delicious starters, and the lemongrass chicken and loc lac were excellent entrees. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Additionally, the staff and environment were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. I would love to recommend Simply Khemer to anyone looking for authentic Cambodian cuisine 😍❤️
Sally Som: Best workers.
Megan Jordan: They were fantastic. My sister has a seafood allergy & the chef came out to go over what he could alter for her to ensure she would like it & feel safe eating it. They were kind, patient & took their time to go over everything. All the food came out fantastic! Service was the best I've encountered in years, I think the last time I had service this good was at a Michelin place in Paris.

Jame Nolza: Great place for khmer cuisine
Masa Kol: New owner the chief is from thr old Semenorom Restaurant.Parking: Parking in front of the building as well as in the rear.
Sam Muth: Good food and good service
Judy T: I love the mekathung and beef skewers here. The flavor is so authentic! Great service and quiet atmosphere. I will be coming back!
Dominik Lay: Parking: Plenty of free parking.
Valerie Viengngeune: Not sure why but the vibe here is so clam as if you were to go to Cambodian this would be the type of atmosphere you would feel and be in. We came for both dry yellow noodles and yellow duck noodles. The duck noodle my partner orders often and loves it here. I actually do not have a favorite dish but I would say veggies with three layer pork on white rice. The servers are pleasant and it gets pretty busy during mid afternoon.
PAUL RATHA YEM: This is a great place for authentic Cambodian food especially noodle soup Kuyteav Phnom Penh
Nancy Thach: Foods are good but a little over priced
Michelle Noun: The best restaurant to get roasted duck and meekathung you can ask for.
andrew AtsV: First time at Lowell restaurant. Had the seafood Pho, with a side of Chinese donuts. Probably the best seafood Pho I've had in Lowell. Broth was nice and hearty. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back.
Matthew Girard: Went here for dinner and ordered the Chicken and Mixed Vegetables with Rice. Food and service were great
Kk L: Tried to charge me 2x the regular price for ordering food near their closing time. They could have simply chosen not to take my order, but no these are dishonest people who do not charge by their own menu and will take advantage of any situation to upcharge however they feel. Their food is not even special. I walked straight out the door to another restaurant down the street. There are tons of Cambodian restaurants in Lowell that don’t engage in dishonest practices like this restaurant does. Never coming back again.
Karen O'Shaughnessy: Amazing and authentic Khmer cuisine. I had dinner here with my daughter in law’s family and friends who are Cambodian Americans. I enjoyed the lemongrass chicken, salads, and of course the crispy roasted duck (their signature dish). The fried tofu was so delicious that I just kept eating it. I didn’t try the chicken feet salad but everyone else said it was delicious. There were other tasty items that I couldn’t name, but everyone loved it all. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, even though we were there a couple of hours. None of us live near here, but for us it’s not a very long drive if we want to see sights around Boston.
UtKy123: 3 stars for the tasty food but it’s quite overpriced. On average, most main entrees are at least 15-17 dollars. I ordered a vegetable dish with no meat and wax almost 18. And 6 dollars for a bowl of white rice. But the taste was good so made it a little worth it.
Ben R: All authentic and delicious Khmer cuisine. The staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Peter Sward: The menu said: "Spicy Chicken Wings /drumpstick" ($13). I read this as you can either order wings or drumsticks. Turn out you get exactly what's written on the menu. Chicken wings and a drumstick! Look at that almost caramelized outside, and they were perfectly cooked. I wouldn't call them SPICY, but they were pleasantly spicy. The wings were fine, but the drumstick was reheated and dried out.
Bonnie Chen: This is my go-to Cambodian restaurant ever! My boyfriend and I make it a point to stop by here whenever we are in North Andover. We only ever order the same two things here - beef stew noodles and the shaken beef! The shaken beef comes with a delicious pork broth soup that is so good. Unfortunately it does not come with the order if you order take out - only dine in I believe. The shaken beef is nice and tender with great flavor. The beef stew noodle soup has a flavor that I never had before and it's quite addicting. It's hard for me to finish a bowl of noodles, but I'm always finishing this one! The staff is always so friendly. I love coming here!
Hannah Elliott: Excellent little find! The cuisine is tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced. We appreciated the meat-filled fried chow foon and the beef noodle soup. The fried calamari and durian shake were exceptional. We will return!

Peephuptmei Restaurant: what do users think?
Laura Fermin: I’m in town once a month and without fail, I stop by and eat Loc Lac. My family and I love eating here and ordering food from Peephuptmei. I always order multiple Loc Lacs with both white rice and fried rice. We’re obsessed with the taste of the beef and the special oil vinegar sauce you can pour on top. I’ve had multiple items from the menu and enjoyed each one. Personally, I enjoy authentic experiences and this family owned restaurant is worth it.

The portion sizes are also generous! I enjoy that I can take home any leftovers. Additionally, the prices are low. This is a great spot to bring the family when you don't feel like cooking.

Faith Chhan: Best Restaurant. Hands Down.Recently moved out of state but this was the first restaurant my man took me to try Cambodian food many years ago. We're still together to this day and have a kid together. No other restaurant compares to here. The quality is out of this world. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. This is a place I wouldn't mind spending any amount of money for. The only place I could see myself tipping far beyond 30% simply for the quality and workers there, the environment is so comforting family owned and you feel like you're apart of the family. Absolutely amazing. I hope this place never gets shut down that will be the day I stop eating food.

Kerry Gleeson: One of my favorite Khmer joints in Lowell. Maybe even second only to my mother-in-law’s kitchen.
Robert Laferriere: Been here twice. The first time I enjoyed lunch with one of my sons of an extended family. I had the Ox Tail Soup. And on 7-30-22 I was invited to his Wedding Reception to which was a fantastic time. I had never been to a Cambodian Wedding festivities before. They couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming to me and my party of 3Thank you for catering to a great family and their friends. And the food was delicious, well prepared, well served, and well done. Everything was great.
Katie Applebee: Ordered the Chicken with Ginger. Good food
Venu Vinod: Fresh of the fresh food. Ordered some...shrimp rolls, ginger chicken, chicken wings..spicy.chicken..and crispy noodles .good.quantity with great price
Aparajita Mukherjee: Good food but pricey.
Honest Reviews: Update: this is usually my favorite khmer restaurant but the last time I went here, it seems like the restaurant has gotten more filthy. They gave me tea cups with a scallion in it, so wasn’t washed thoroughly. The table they sat me at also had dirty napkins underneath the table. The soup that came with my loc lac also had a little piece of hair in it. Bathrooms were filthy as well. Prices have gone up since the new ownership. I’m really sad that my favorite restaurant has went down in terms of cleanliness.—————————————————————-I went here for the first time with a friend a few weeks ago, and I must say this is definitely the best if not the best khmer restaurant I’ve ever had here in New England. Not only is the food great and the price is right, but customer service is fantastic too. They are very careful with consumer allergies, unlike other Khmer restaurants I’ve tried in the past. So I give them a ton of points for that. Food is delicious, authentic and right for the price. I am definitely now a regular customer!
Daniel Demers: The food was absolutely delicious. However, through no fault of their own, it was busy and they were short staffed. The food was good e ought to overlook that.

Angel Vazquez: My favorite Cambodian food restaurant i bin going there for 18yr love it
Zoey Tran: The food was alright. We ordered dry noodles with pork and shrimp. Was expecting to pay extra for shrimp but $3 for 2 tiny shrimp?? If you’re ordering dry noodle be prepared to pay for $1 extra. Which was so stupid because dry noodles does not require any extra ingredients! Oh and guess what if you’re paying with credit card they won’t bother to tell you they will charge $3 extra for card fees… service was also trash. Never coming back nor recommend to anyone. Please go to Heng Lay restaurant near by if you wanted the same food with better service.
Vanna Guo: Best kuyteav / pho 🤤
Ilya-Will Housworth: Felt like home, a very lovely feeling. Delicious food Khmer food (better to share!), relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely return when I have a chance! I recommend Tuk kreung and the fish!
Leidy Medina: Love the special soup. However, the server was very unprofessional. Never came by the table to check if I needed anything. Asked for a ginger ale and she gave the a can and a straw. She got upset about it. The servers are always too busy talking with each other instead of paying attention to the customers.I came only for the soup. But the service overall was bad.
Soraya Safa: Great service!!! Great food!!!
Bruck USMC12: Delicious! I love hot and spicy foods, great restaurant.
Caroline Gakuya: Visited the place by myself and was seated by the window which was extremely dirty and dusty and the flowers by the window seal were dried up with bugs flying around. I know there's covid ppl but that's no reason to let the restaurant be such a mess. My order was taken later than I would have liked and the service was horrible. My server was neither attentive, efficient nor present. All she did was take my order, had someone else bring me the food and did not pass by my table for the rest of my time there. I ordered the beef loc lak which smelled terrible when served but tasted amazing once I decided to try it. I literally had to call for my check 3x before someone approached me, and the restaurant wasn't busy. My server was too busy chatting up her acquaintances. Left disgruntled with their service only to fall sick when I got home. Must have been the fishy smell I got from the beef. May never go back here after that experience
Sade Munoz: Would never go again, was excited for some pho and instead I got a bowl of noodles and a FLY to go with it. Will never be going again
Brandon Chan: Amazing Cambodian Food hands down. I love this place. Good food, good staff, and people from the whole community comes here to grab there meals.I love their Pork Fry Rice with Eg and little soup and their Salad Machu Sike Co. Noice*
