Dan Sulman: I chose Dr. Detail because it got high reviews online and I needed a really good interior cleaning after my girlfriend vomited in the car after she got food poisoning. They were more expensive than some other places but I absolutely needed this cleaned up, and I needed the smell out of my car. When I picked the car up, it was absolutely beautifully cleaned and the smell was gone, and I was very happy. However a couple hours later when I was driving I noticed the smell again. I called them up and told them about this, and they told me to come in and they would shampoo the carpets again for free, and clean the seats again for free. Needless to say I was very impressed. I cannot recommend this place more highly when you want a top shelf cleaning for your car.Service:Auto detailing

It was in need of some real TLC - lots of scuffs on the outside, interior was pretty dirty, etc. but I had them do the Deluxe Detail interior/ exterior treatment, and now it literally looks brand new. I was blown away! I will absolutely be returning here for more regular touch ups. Aside from the amazing job they did with my car, the service was super friendly and professional. Sachit: I had made an appointment for the complete car detail service, showed up and left them my car for said service. I was back again after about 5 hours to pick up my car, and visually it appeared like the car was detailed quite well. There were a few water spots, but nothing significant. When I attempted to start my vehicle at the shop, it hesitated slightly, but I though nothing of it and drove back home. However, the next day, the car wouldn't start. It appears to be a dead battery. I had to jump start the car, drove around for an hour to help the battery charge back up. But once again, the next day, the battery was dead. The car (and the battery) is two years old, with what used to be a perfectly healthy battery (inspection at a service 2 months ago confirmed that). I cannot begin to fathom what's been done during the detailing service, but I've now got a dead battery and possibly other electrical issues. Joneen Webster: I usually try not to let my car get too dirty but after being parked most of December and the recent snow storm it was BAD. I stopped by Dr Detail around 11am on 1/15/22 and seemed like I was the first one there. Manuel met me at my car and I ask for the A service and he let me know it would be about an hour and a half. After killing time in the mall I headed back a little after an hour. I could see that my car was finished and WOW it was perfectly spotless. I’ve taken my car to other places to be washed a lot less dirty and haven’t seen it cleaned so well. I could tell that Manuel took care and did an AMAZING job.I cannot recommend Manuel enough. This is the only place I will be taking my car from now on.Service:Auto detailing
Paul A. Tuminaro: The third time I guess is not such a charm. I went there today to have my car cleaned and all of a sudden they “can’t take anything but cash “. Luckily I was able to simply hop on their website and buy a gift certificate. Problem solved by me the customer rather than by the “manager “who didn’t seem to understand that they do indeed take PayPal.

David Grigorian: This is the best place to get a proper hand wash of your car. They also do a great job of cleaning the interior. Prices are good for the service that they provide. You need to call in advance, as they are always busy. One suggestion for the business, cover the price of parking for your guests.
Andy Tu: The service was good, but not great. I opted for the complete exterior detailing package. Totaling close to $200. My car never had a clay bar treatment since coming in from the dealer, so I figured it was worth getting it done at least once in a long while.Had to make appointment, then dropped off the car near noon. Firstly, they never called me when the car was done. I came back 4.5 hours later because I figured they had to have finished by then. The car was generally cleaned well, though there was overspray on my back windshield that wasn't washed off. Also running my fingers across the surface, I could still feel grit and contaminants that the clay bar was supposed to remove. Not sure if it's just not done with enough care, or maybe just not done at all.It was overall a good car wash, but with the amount of money I paid I kinda expected better. Donguk Kim: The truck exterior looked great, new and shiny but the truck interior was disappointing. I paid for the gold package but the job was not thorough. Several areas were not cleaned at all (driver side sun visor mirror, truck bed storage areas, access cab storage areas, fueling area, emergency brake and sidesteps). Some areas were not cleaned properly (driver seat, rearview mirror, side mirrors, inside windshield, and carpets).I also made smalltalk about car maintenance with one of the mechanics. He told me that fluids and oil should never be changed in the transmission, differentials and transfer case. I don't know if he truly believed that or if he was just lying to get more customers with damaged cars. Anyone who does work on cars will know that this is simply not true. Overall a pretty negative experience.
Kevin Hy: They did an excellent interior cleaning and while the outside of my Audi was "clean" there were a few spots with marring and holograms that i could plainly see in the sun.
Lucian Copeland: I had a squirrel make my car look (and smell) like a nest. Brian and co made it look like it just rolled out of the factory floor. Good stuff.
