Cynthia Keefe: Berj and his team were outstanding! We had a small but involved project to complete. In our home office the carpet had to be removed and the floor refinished and stained. We had a large desk, which would have required the removal of a door moulding to remove from the room, so we asked to have the project completed while leaving the desk in the room. This required Berj to work on half the room, return later in the day to work on the other half, and repeat this process for each step of sanding and staining over multiple days.In our half bathroom, there was damage from a prior carpet removal process, and it now looks brand new.The process was virtually dust free, and we appreciated their environmentally friendly approach which allowed us to stay in the house during the staining and curing process so we weren't exposed to the harmful fumes. The team was clean and professional at all times, always wearing masks because of Covid protocol.We had a condensed time frame to complete the project and Berj even worked on Saturday to ensure we met the deadline. The most recent project was sanding and refinishing two sets of stairs, a landing and a hallway. My house is about 150 years old so there were many aspects of the project that were not straightforward. All the challenges were met with a determination to get the best finish possible. When I asked for some rough edges to be redone it was taken care of without hesitation. There was some carpentry required that called for skill and finesse. Again, that was readily accomplished. It was a job well done, a good value, and a pleasure to work with a really knowledgeable team.

The floor was never redone after the original installation and the traffic areas looked horrible.I contacted 5 companies. 2 never returned my calls and 1 gave me an estimate but did not do dustless sanding. Eco was one of the two that came out to give me an estimate.When Berj (the owner of Eco) came to give me an estimate I told him my concerns about using dustless sanding and matching the existing color.He used their dustless sanding equipment and my wife and I were blown away how it really sanded the floors without creating any dust.Berj also took some sample pieces of flooring back to his shop and was able to match the color perfectly using state of the art products that dry quickly and are environmentally friendly.They just finished up two days ago and our floors look BEAUTIFUL!I can’t recommend Berj and his crew enough.
