D Cormier: Staples returned an unopened heavy duty Scotch mailing tape that sold for $3.95 for $0.46 -- that is 88% less than I paid for it. I no longer had the receipt but the register showed the selling price and the return price. The manager said their store no longer sold that particular style. I did not recall which Staples I bought it at. I just had too many rolls of mailing tape, and they were cluttering my shelf, so I wanted to returned one. I returned one other small thing which was unsatisfactory. It is only because I glanced at the return receipt that I caught this rediculous policy. As a large corporation, they should return all unopened things at the price they are sold at in any of their stores. I would not have had a problem getting a store credit, since I shop there regularly.

On New Year's Eve 2022, Haroun at the Alewife store went above and beyond to help me find a cable to connect two monitors to my new computer. And the printing staff at the Soldiers Field Road store were patient and amazing during a stressful time getting some stuff printed in October. 🙌

D V: I put in an order in October. Never received a call or email to pick it up, but received a call about how they were going to toss it. It’s just annoying because the last time I went next day to pick up my order from Staples, the woman told me that I needed to wait to be called…which one is it???!!!

nia: Went to a staples with my friends cause I wanted to look for a monitor and some art supplies. Was there for about two minutes when a worker came out to us and kicked us out for no reason. We were just looking. Another group of people were there and nobody went up to them. I’m not trying to overthink anything but a group of POC walk in and get kicked out but the other group of people who were white didn’t. Very interesting and I would love to know the reason for it.

While shopping, our baby became restless and in need of milk, so my wife went to our car to feed her in a more comfortable environment. Despite my explanation of the situation, the cashier (a tall bald man wearing glasses) refused to let me purchase the items, citing the lack of my picture on the card. The cashier's unprofessional behavior deeply shocked me, as he not only refused to let me make the purchase but also had the audacity to suggest that my wife deliberately excluded my name from the account, despite the fact that she could have put anyone's name on it. His insinuation was not only baseless but also insulting, especially given the circumstances of my wife attending to our newborn in the car. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in my many years of shopping at Costco and will avoid this location in future despite its proximity to our home.

The produce is very good and I like the desserts as well.They have good prepared food and a good selection of vitamins as well.The employees are very friendly and helpful. I went today with my daughter, she is just a toddler and had a hard time at the store, I thank all the employees who helped me to make this a successful trip to the store.

They sell a number of things that you may not find in the grocery store, some automotive care items, and many clothes They also sell books. Kirkland Signature brand products are great quality for the price. They had a large selection of nuts and various Easter and Passover foods today at reasonable prices

Stanley Miller: I've been shopping and using their pharmacy for at least 30 years. The store has great prices, and items not available elsewhere--only online. The place runs with surgical precision, but you may wish to avoid weekends when it's like families at Disneyland.
