A K: Beware! This ATM has been out of service for weeks as of 10/4/22!
Scott Kirkpatrick: This ATM is convenient but now it has been down for over two weeks with no apparent effort to restore service.
Lian Lucansky: There IS an ATM down in the T station. You have to go down the escalator and it’s near the ticketing machines. You don’t have to buy a train ticket or anything else to use it. However it smells literally awful and I wouldn’t deposit or withdraw large amounts of money there, especially at night.
Joseph Ruane: The ATM is in the train station before the turnstiles. You do not need to pay to access the ATM.

Will Richards: The ATM at THIS BANK sometimes works, if you HAPPEN to get there when the 24-hr atms are actually open.
Gary Huang: I had a question that probably could have been answered in 1 minute if someone had answered the phone, other branches all pointed me to call and inquire this branch. I called all morning and nobody answered the phone, but there appears to be plenty of workers in the branch who seem to be free, and their phone does seem to be working. Now that there are other branches in the area, maybe it's time to give up this property to a competent business? I will be reconsidering if I want to remain a chase customer after this interaction (or rather lack of) and several previous experiences.

Johnny Sotomayor: I will never come to this terrible bank ever again . They charged me 10$ for a check that was from their bank. Instead of just waving it they doubled down and said that they couldn’t . They employees walk around and make fun of customers with no regard and are unprofessional while I’m doing a transaction. Darrel Taylor: Been trying to get quarters for laundry a few times over the span a few months and for some reason they are always out. That excuse was valid a few months ago and now I feel like they pick and choose who they give quarters to. Been banking with chase for over 10 years and considering closing my account. FYI to staff: I don’t need directions to another bank to get quarters from when this is my bank.

Lola Domene: Great location with welcoming and accommodating associates. Especially Liang Tan is a great ambassador that helped a lot with providing suggestions and going through the whole process of opening another account hassle free. I totally recommend this branch.

Dawn DH: It sounds like the branch staff are great! But, I give Chase Bank an F for profound corporate irresponsibility. Chase is the largest financer of fossil fuel projects in the world, funding climate disruption and disaster which has already cost much human suffering and many lives. Chase could use its enormous financial leverage instead to facilitate a rapid transition to a post-carbon economy powered by safe, clean, renewable energy. That would be worth an A.
Stephanie Murphy: The good: Staff here are really friendly.The bad: They have made a mistake every single time I've been in -- from little things like calling me "sir" (I'm a woman who does not look like a man at all) to bigger things like mailing my new debit card to the wrong address and depositing a check for the wrong amount. They always fix the problems in the end, but they are MAJOR inconveniences. They consistently seem confused, and different staff members provide very different answers to the same question. I've never had problems with Chase before, so it might just be that the staff at this branch are not well-trained.
