Leslie Wheeler: The Spanish lady with the glasses is very rude and not professional at all. I don’t think she likes her job to be honest. She doesn’t speak English well and she is very slow. She made me miss my Uber home because she was taking her sweet ole time. Today was and will be my last time going there. I don’t recommend anyone going to this location at all.

People depend on the hours of operation to these locations and is very disappointing when you get there before it closes and the employees have already left. Lights off, doors locked and nobody is answering the phone. This is very unacceptable!!!!

Jim Bob: Needed to cash my check there's a sign says no cash checks no personal accounts, the check I needed to cash was a legitimate check from a business. He explained to me because it was associated with Bank of America he would not be able to cash the check. I was very confused with his response seeing that the check was from a legitimate business and they used a well-known Bank. In my honest opinion seeing that he was counting the register and they were closing in 10 minutes it seemed to me that he didn't want to have to recount his register being in the hospitality business I have ran into those situations, where I've had to recount the drawer even 5 minutes after closing.

S Perry: Awful attitudes would never step foot in this place. Rather go to PLS check cashing on Medford Street in Medford. The woman had an disgusting attitude on the phone then she lied about the closing time. When i told her online says you close at 6, she then says o well you wont be able to cash your check anyway. Who says i was cashing a check i could been paying a bill or sending funds. I told her i wouldnt want to go there anyway. And by the way i mentioned how awful their reviews were on online.

FaceWrecked: Don't ever go to this place to cash your check. Waited over 10 minutes for them to "verify" my check, then they told me it was no good. I went to all checks and had no problem, was in and out less than 5 minutes. No wonder this place only has 2 cashiers windows LOL. Would rate 0 stars if allowed. I bet this dump won't even be there next week.

Luis Aponte: Do not use this place they are making fake checks and hacking into peoples business accounts. Also the black kid behind the glass distracted me while his friend stole my scooter outside. When I said something to him about it he didn’t even deny it and told me we could fight after he gets out of work so I left because he called the cops and I didn’t wanna go to jail for beating him up. This place is a straight scam do not cash your checks there I lost my brand new scooter and they hacked into my bosses account and stole thousands
Amanda Blake: I went to try and receive western union cash transfer this evening and the girl that was helping me at the window was so rude and had an attitude the entire time then laughing and goofing off with the other girls at other windows talking in Spanish to each other back and forth. This was the worst experience then she starts by saying oh the middle name wasn't put in by the sender have the sender contact western union to change it then I did that and I did it again after they fixed it and she gets ready to hand me the money and says oh I can't give it to you the money was refunded back to sender. This was the most aggravating experience especially when this change 2as coming from my father who is in a wheelchair that went to the place to send it to his daughter on her birthday. So thank again pls for the great customer service experience.

Nexus FX: Took an exceedingly long time (1.5hrs) for only 1 check. Service is pretty slow, more fees than expected, not sure why they make you leave your phone number. If you're going to cash a personal check you'd be better off going to the issuing bank to cash it.
