Nicolai Cauchy: Thank you to our current CPD! A 35-year resident of Cambridge, I've visited half a dozen times in the past two years and I have always felt welcome at the front Police desk, as much as at that for Civil issues.Among other things, I've come to inform Officers about a small neighborhood gathering that we host twice a year and since this pro-active initiative, we have never again been threatened by an officer coming onto the private premises (one year a young gung-ho cop had even put his hand to his pistol in our back yard, sending fifty adults away in disproportional and extremely concerning circumstances).Whether due to a new management or new facilities, the current attitude seems to be one of true community, in which 115000 persons including Police Officers (and other officials) all work together for a better world. Let's hope things stay this way.Many thanks! 🙏

Alicia Bella: A couple years ago I called in ahead to see if my three-year-old could visit the police station. They were very nice and said it was an excellent time because it was slow. The officers made such a good impression on me and my son that he still talks about it today at six years old. He has a high respect for our heroes and it was nice to be able to show him the inside of it because his father is a firefighter so he gets that end but he didn’t fully understand the police station Work so now when he plays he can take his imagination one step further thanks to the nice officers that made a difference

Derek Wedge: They gave me a stop-work order for not having workman's comp on a brand new employee and then when I provided the policy number they ignored it and continued to fine me and told me that I can't file an appeal because it's not their fault that I didn't have insurance even though I proved the insurance to them they still kept fining me saying that they never received the policy number despite time stamps proving they did. Just a bunch of crooks like the rest of the government.
John Almeida: I'd give a zero star if I could, called them 5 times on Monday and left a voicemail. It's now Thursday with no response and Iv'e called twice today and the second time someone answered and hung-up.It's insane how garbage the customer service is when it's state money on the line, the level of mediocrity is insane. Now my testing submission is just paused when a buddy of mine who submitted his two weeks prior to me already has his test date. Makes zero sense and it is unfortunate they are employed to their position.

Katie Howard Roos: No Stars. Have been trying to reach them since August 2022. Looking to report them to Board of Regulation and standards. They are not doing their job. Can not renew a CSL, they dont respond to emails, phone calls...NOTHING. Awful awful customer service!
