If you've watched any YouTube videos you may see glass cases with items for sale but this isn't that sort of experience. You should go to the website first to streamline your purchasing. You can purchase online and pickup in store. All visits are by appointment only so call their number first. The owner, Ken, was a polite and knowledgeable guy. I showed up without making an online purchase but he did have some inventory to show and sell. If you don't purchase ahead of time make sure you bring cash. I believe you can also set up a wire transfer or a check. Great experience and great service.tldr: do your homework first and call before you go.

Carrie Fuller: I would not even give them one star if i didn't have to. I found a ring i wanted to purchase so texted to store was it vintage, how many carots and is there financing. Got a message back saying exactly I CAN'T ANSWER THAT. Called the store and talked to the owner who was beyond rude and condescending then tryed to explain to me what vintage means, really? He said he didn't know who responded to me and found nothing wrong with that complete lack of proffesionalism. That was the owner! Buyer beware, do not buy from this company.

But anyway, he offered me 300 dollars less than spot for a gold eagle 1oz coin.
