There washer and dryer would stay out of order, for weeks. They did not fix there washer and dryer, unless I would call them, and threatened to call the mayor's office.

Billy Boy: If you're looking for machines for your buildings, I'd suggest you check other options.I've contacted them at least 4 times over the last 1 1/2 years to fix the screens in our dryers. There's been a hole the size of 2 quarters side-by-side for over a year in one of them. Last time they came in, I noticed it was moved to another machine. Or someone did it. Either way, they haven't fixed it. I live in an old wood factory, converted to a location for the elderly and disabled, so I'm worried the lint getting through the screens could eventually cause a fire. They don't care. One of the six machines is usually broken, so I call a lot, You'd think they'd fix that screen while they were here.
