Ada Sutherland: Matt Noel and his entire crew were incredible to work with. We had some difficulties with permitting our project and they stuck with us the entire time and were very helpful in assisting us to get the issues worked through with the county. They even went out of their way to get permitted in Butler county on our behalf so we could use them. Our addition wasn’t just a straight slab either, it had some complexities with angles and the area it was being staged in and we always felt like they were on top of it and we never had to correct them or remind them of anything we were hoping to accomplish. When it came time to executing the pour the crew that came out worked all day (a lot of contractors will show up late, take long lunches and leave early- but not these guys!) when they said they’d be there, they were. We had to extend the depth of the footing and instead of complaining or delaying they sent extra guys to get it done right away. We hit some delays with weather but when they were able to work, they got it done and we were so pleased with the final product.
