Steven Stone: called for a service to address a hydraulic sensor. they did a fluid change which was supposed to be a $1000 and charged $1600. $600 over what was quoted.... and didnt fix the issue i called about.

Dereck Curtis: Their parts department and service have been great to work with, especially Joe in the parts department he is very knowledgeable, polite and goes above and beyond.As an equipment operator & mechanic I really appreciate when the parts & service departments will take extra steps to look in depth to ensure they're sending you the right parts & sensors, especially for these tier 4 emissions equipment, it can be so difficult to diagnose.Thank goodness for the parts department on Saturday mornings.
