Venkat Narayanan: Sorry I did not explain why I gave a 5 star rating. Here is why.I went there for a part that was very difficult to find (three different hardware stores). The staff (a lady and a gentlemen) spent like 20 to 30 minutes finding the right part for me, after browsing thru different vendors' catalogs and made a special order with overnight turn around. Service like this, is what keeps bringing business back over and over. Thanks

Jane the parts manager saved the day for us. The gentleman who answered my call was friendly and the other who ran my order outside (COVID) was friendly too.
