Sigrid Squicciarini: Don't waste your time with this company/brand. The representative I spoke to, Isabel, pointed fingers and sent me useless links. The venue I had tickets for did not let me in because my purse was larger than the size of my hand (few inches x a few inches). The person in charge of scanning tickets told me to call or email Live Nation on a business day, and that a refund would be easy to get because my ticket wasn't scanned. Then Live Nation told me I was supposed to request a refund while the event was still going on. Total money ploy to steal money from customers, and not take responsibility for their and the venue's mistakes.

It has been taking 5-25 minutes, then loads a page which when you click continue, asks if you want to open or save. It never completes the sale.I called the corporate offices to let them know that they are having issues with their website. They told me I called the wrong number and sent me to Customer Service. As an IT Director for a company, I would have thought that Corporate would have wanted to know that their website was experiencing issues (particularly when ALL THEIR SALES ARE DONE ONLINE).Not impressed.
