Akshay Bhushan: Used to be great but now too packed and not enough booths. Wework needs another Cambridge location
Harry Bullivant: Tables/chairs are all one height with tables too high for even a slightly above average 6'1 person. They wouldn't pause a membership for even two weeks' parental leave. This particular location has very little (no?) shared seating with any outdoor views, so expect to feel rather cooped up.

Ari Freiser: Been a "HotDesk" member here for 4 yrs. Could not have run my "LSAT 180: The Course" training (+13 point avg increase, nrly double the industry avg; #1 on-campus LSAT Course @ Harvard for 10 yrs) w/out WeWork's brilliant, seamless support. The people, space, location, tech support, & amenities r all perfection, and all grossly underpriced (pls do NOT tell 'em I said that part if u speak w/them, thank u). IMHO, a much better value than my former co-working solution, "WorkBar," around the corner.

DrDap: Nice space. Very nice staff. Prior to covid a very vibrant/bustling common area. Post covid it has so far been rather quiet.Right next to the central square t station, which is a plus. But no assigned parking. There is pubic street/lot parking nearby, but the limit is 2 hours (strictly enforced). You can also park at the Green Street garage, a couple of blocks away for about $20 a day, but they tend to fill up.
Willy Loman: We work is a must for relaxing and getting your work done. This is the best place to network with a wide variety of like minded souls.
Nayeem: Great we work location, good interiors. Right next to central square.
Gabriele Manganaro: Nice and spacious. Very well equipped, even better than traditional corporate offices.
Evan DiLeo: Staff is awesome.
Kelly Thayer: Nice but felt it would be difficult to get privacy for getting anything done. The kitchen was close to work areas. I would find this very distracting. Comfy seats. Lots of space to meet.
Sang Lee: This location have large hot desk area. This area can get a wee bit loud. Down side is that this location is not a dog friendly location.

Andre Robinson: Last night we celebrated our's friend 30th birthday. Don't get me wrong, but that place was a beautiful and perfect place to socialize and have an event. We have a DJ to play music to celebrate, they were supposed to finish at midnight, but the owners lied to us and told us to shut the music down at 10 pm instead of midnight. It was disappointing and kind of ruined our friend's birthday party. The owners were rude to DJ. If you are thinking about hosting an event, I'll recommend not this place. Find somewhere else.

Laura Harvey: Owner completely ruined our experience with the event and was impossible to coordinate anything with once we put down our deposit. Looks nice in the photos but not worth the stress at all.

She screamed at me and flipped out and it was so scary! No one was around so I had to verbally defend myself and got blamed.Not Covid safe. Owner’s belongings are everywhere. Overpriced.

Naomi Hebert: Built is a great neighbourhood workspace. The future of coworking is really in these tight-knit community hubs, rather than corporate brands. Built has a lovely garden in its backyard. The amenities are simple but exactly what you need to get work done: ergonomic desks and chairs, printer, conference room with large screen... I hope to see more of this model in cities!

Jim Kozubek: Nice place to work and the staff is helpful.On Nov. 1, 2021, they will begin requirements to either have a Covid vaccine or a negative test to enter building. I am ethically against this, which I conceive as medical discrimination. The question is why put these restrictions in now? I have been going there for almost 4 years. They will not accept natural immunity as valid, but more importantly, I don't wish for a society in which various administrators are calling medical shots and gaining more oversight and control over us.My other complaint is that in the 245 Main Building there are two, large multi-stall bathrooms that are next to each other and they made both gender neutral. Do adult women really want me following them into the bathroom? It's awkward and invites conflict.A lot of the authoritarian "new culture" politics we are seeing does not work for me, and I am currently putting my membership on pause.

Jason A.: You don't realize how large this location is until you go inside. There are a ton of companies inside of the building and it really gives you that start up feeling. They also have a Venture Café inside of the building that has a ton of amenities. They have water on tap, bottled water, tea, coffee, snacks, an announcement area, networking area and a lot of tables and chairs to sit and hang out. Would definitely be coming here again if need be.

Yong Kyo Jung: My wife and I worked at this Staples Studio location for several months, and we loved it, and we highly recommend it.1) The space is very clean and well maintained.2) The desks are new and clean. Users have access to monitors. The chairs are comfortable.3) Free printing, sodas, coffee, and snacks.4) MOST IMPORTANTLY, this Staples Studio has the BEST office manager, Shan. He is a great manager who cares for the office community, and is always there to help. I have known Shan for several years as I frequently visited this Staples location before the co-working space was set up. I always thought that he was a cordial sales person who truly wants his customers to have a good experience, and his interpersonal skills truly shine as an office manager. He will help customers/potential customers as much as he can.If we still lived near this location, we certainly would have continued using this Staples Studio. We highly recommend it.

This is really an awesome place, with free parking and lots of amenities, but above all, a clean and safe space to work in these crazy times. I had heard about Staples Studio so I called my local Staples At Alewife Brook Parkway and experienced quality customer service from the moment I called.Shan Achhiwala, the Studio Manager was knowledgeable, helpful - and friendly. I ended up going there three times and the picture and sound on my Zoom worked perfectly. All the Staples people I met were helpful.The facilities were splendid. From now on, if the need arises, I know where to go. Tip - go in the evening if you can. - cheaper.

There are two lovely women working to keep the space looking good and organizing social events. The best part is probably the space that everyone gets. It is the opposite of cookie-cutter. Every space is unique! I would highly recommend.
Joel Dapello: This is an awesome co-working space, with a friendly and supportive community of startups and small businesses. The building is old but very cool with a lot of history. The tenants put on a number of activities like game night and comedy night or movie screenings. Check this place out if you are looking for something less corporate than the CIC and more organic than WeWork!

They have a drive trough test site in Newton MA as well.I had an appointment and I made a payment over the phone for CIC. They were the most reasonableness priced compared to other testing options. I had to do my own test. The instructions were clear to understand. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Aluna Louwa: Let me first say that I've never been here before and likely won't be back. I had to go in to the reception desk today, only to find out that the only way to get in was through their covid testing clinic. That to me is an insanely unsafe move on their part, and truth be told I didn't feel safe being there. I had to quit my job over this, because I simply cannot do orders like this any more. Thoroughly disappointed.

Diego Alves: The worse co-working space. Their system is full of bugs and they try to overcharge you for everything possible. Their had a system update and removed everyone's card info from their account than Regus wanted to charge admin and other fees if your account is pass due. But it was overdue because Regus removed everyone's card from the system. Also, I have friends who have canceled their membership and they keeping charging their cards. Be careful.
