Ethan Tucker: I was really hopeful that this company would help but at the end of the day after more than a year and a half they were a complete waste of time and money. Moreover, it seems that there is a disconnect between agents, one will tell you one thing and another will tell you something completely different a month later. I would receive letters from creditors, stating that the process in which key credit repair is submitting disputes is not accurate. So in a sense, they were not submitting disputes correctly, Which resulted in months of wasted time.

A couple mos went by and nothing, I called back and that guy said they couldn’t remove it that I could negotiate a pay off with the collection myself. This after $400 and my collection payoff is $200 … dont waste your money with this company.

I had to reach out to my bank to stop them from billing my account at $416.00 a month, although I was told $104.00 a month. Terrible service, did absolutely nothing, with the exception of charging my account, don’t waste your time…

I paid 150$ to send out 3 letters what a joke . Then they said it takes 30-60 for a response so i”m paying them another 2 months for them to sit there and do nothing. I requested a refund and they are giving me a hard time . Stay away from this company.
