Raymond L. Flynn Black Falcon Cruise Terminal: what do users think?
Stephen Kwok: Very large and organized pretty well.
Randy B.: Very congested getting in/out.
Joan Finocchiaro: It is very easy to find. Helpful staff. We got dropped off.
Thomas McGill: Crowded but lines moved well
Y: Convenient parking and easy to find.
cuong huynh: Tet In Boston event Today Organization at the Black Falcon Ave. Happy Sunday
Michael Hawes: Efficient, no thrills, checking in and screening. Bus pickup was very quick. Terminal is older, but historic from WWII. Closed in, but will be cold, if not dressed warm. Long walk to ship for older folks, but on same level after escalator.
Ricardo Calderon Camara: Personal amable y ágil, justo lo necesario para salir a tiempo.
Suzanne Armitstead Aguiar: Quick and easy cruise parking. 5min walk to the terminal. Very organized.
Rachel Hollobaugh: Our cruise began here. Would have loved to explore Boston and the area more! Seemed like a lot of things to do around the port.
Jose Luis Diaz: It was pretty cool 😎
Irene Eskett: Great Port. Easy to get to and leave.
Carl Cramm: Traffic can get messy during peak drop off and pickup times. But boarding and disembarking on the ships are a breeze!
Peter Emery: Great cruise port
Ralf Kuhnert: Übersichtlich und sauber.
Andy Hacker: Boston Cruise Terminal is very close to downtown you can take public transportation or a Boston Trolley tour for sightseeing. If you booked a hotel at sea district the distance is very walkable or take a ride with Uber.
Debbie Berkner: Very old building and checking into our cruise was crowded even though we had an appointed time. Arriving from the cruise getting our luggage was very organize and a quickly done.
jonathan alves: Easy way to cruise
John Morman: Everything was well marked and went smoothly.
Michael Sciuto: Not much to see and a bit of a walk to downtown Boston.
Timothy Meeker: This is from the perspective of someone doing pickups from the terminal: the amenities are extremely limited for people not coming off cruises , but the vending machine on the southwest side is actually very reasonably priced and well stocked enough. If I could get a good nutrition bar and energy drink out of it, though, that'd be perfect.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Port: what do users think?
Anthony Waniski: Find Daymijin. He's from South Africa, an excellent waiter on Wonder of the Seas. Take a picture and repost. His life experience alone is more than appreciated. He is very friendly yet humble. Be sure to tell him of your experience and tip all their staff accordingly. For a great challenge take a photo of him or your favorite staff member and repost why. You can find Daymijin at Windjammer. Tell him Anthony said hello. Keep Smiling it's infectious.
Rich Bentley: Smooth sailing through the terminal.
One Step To Greatness: Royal Caribbean is the worst cruise company - bad customer service over all - the manger in maimi cruise port is the worst of the worst, I have no idea who they hired her - save your money and try any other cruise company but NOT 🚫 ROYAL PIRATES CARIBBEAN _ SCAMMERS
Donnavon Duong (Donnavon): absolutely garbage customer service.any small issue you have will not be fixed by these donkeys
Scott Kennedy: Quick entry, but long line to get dropped off by Uber.
Arianna Rodriguez: Super amazing. I just went on a vacation on Independence of the seas and they were so great. Only cons were, 16-17 are minors so they are excluded from a lot of activities but they still have to pay an adult ticket. My vacation consisted of going to Cozumel, Mexico (which was amazing) and Coco Kay. Here’s the thing. My family and I bought these tickets and bought this trip JUST to go to coco kay, royal Caribbean has been advertising coco Kay EVERYWHERE in the ship and on its programs once we get there (thinking it’s gonna be the high light of our trip) ITS NOT EVEN OPEN YET. How can you advertise an amazing water park adventure land so many times and bring us to the island it’s on just to look at all the noisy and dusty construction.
Richard Mendez: Boston is nice.
Dottie Anuskiewicz: This was the most horrendous experience I have ever had. I’ve cruised several times including international outside North AmericaThe embarkation was a tangled mess and no one knew where to send peopleWhen we were coming back to US in bar harbor it was a total nightmare. Everyone stood in line fior 2 hours waiting for immigration agents. When they finally arrived all they did was look at the passport and sent us on. What was the point of thatThen disembarking in Boston was no better. We got conflicting information from multiple staff as to where we were supposed to go. We all stood in line again over two hours waiting for the ship to be cleared. As more and more people showed up they cut in line and the whole thing was a fiascoI will Never Cruise from Boston again and very likely will never do Another Royal Caribbean cruise although I have another already bookedYour organization needs SERIOUS help
Valerie Boyle: Just returned from cruising on Serenade of the Seas out of Boston. We are Diamond members so we have alot of RC experience under our belts We live close to Boston so this trip was convenient. NOT Boston embarkement was like a cluster mess No priority treatment for Diamond Grand Suite members We pay some of the highest cruise fees and expect to receive this service It was like hearding cattle in Immegration coming back into Bar Harbor was even worse as the whole ship was now having to stand in lines that wound all around this small, aging ship due to Immigration being almost 2 hours late No additional planning was done by the captain and people were asked to be patient That wained very thin Disembarkment was an all time worst 2 and a half hours after our assigned time to walk off our concierge got us and walked us off the ship Best captain could do again was ask people to be patient as the ship had not cleared Note we were the only ship in port so the Port Authority could not have been overworked Lots of other general ship conplaints but bottom line is we will never cruise from Boston again nor book a small ship with RC
Ray Niehoff: Cruising out of Boston adds 500 to cruise minimum, due to the price to fly to Boston. Landing taxes are high.
Pest Control Pros Maryland: Enjoyed our cruise on Thanksgiving week had a great time staff if people on board were very friendly love the fact there's a lot to do and a lot of good food with a lot of good porch to visit when we are on our cruise great job Royal Caribbean.
Edward BYRON: Went on Anthem of the Seas in April, one and done. Never cruised before. Food was pretty good, that's about it. Boat constantly rocking until we hit the Bahamas. Bounce off the shower walls, things falling of shelves in bathroom.Shows: We will Rock you, being a Queen fan poor Freddy Mercury is rolling in his grave.Spectra was great for what we seen, stopped halfway through. Boat was rocking. Terry Lavalle extremely talented. The Gift good showComedy Matt Yee a riot...other than that not worth the money. Casino was constantly closed, cancelled the Coco cay island private cook out every one paid for. Was told by another passenger it was her 5th cruise and has been cancelled every time. They lost my information that I prepaid for everything 3 times. Tried to tell me I had to call my bank from the Ship phone in guest services and not my cell. I think not...most of the staff were friendly except a few. Vendors setting up in the shopping area constantly wanting you to spend money. Should have more activities for adults. The Captain: I felt he should have been in the crowd at the end shaking hands and kissing babies, doing photos etc. Instead about a 15 second speach and disappeared. More feeling like he was get off my ship so more suckers can get on. I have constantly tried contacting RCCL spoke with one or two people. Wrote emails and get no response. Like I said one and done...
Steph Bolcon: Royal Caribbean cruise line is intentionally misleading with trip insurance policy in regard to inclement weather. They tell you that the cruise is reimbursable if cancelled for inclement weather but they do not tell you that it is not for cash back it is for a 75% voucher for a future Cruise. That is just rude and bad business ! Book with a different Cruise Line.
Egon Finn: Anleger von der größten Kreuzfahrtgesellschaft. Boston ist immer eine Reise wert.
Jess Jung: Great staff! Great entertainment! Food is ok. Party boat!
Stephen Chase: World's greatest cruises!!
brittini reitz: Nice enough port. Easiest and cheapest way to get to and from here was with Uber.
Derek Samson: My family took a trip with Royal Caribbean Oasis Of The Seas ship. We had a great time, the weather was great and the cruise was fine. The Staff was helpful and very accommodating but Royal Caribbean dropped the ball at the end. There was a billing error that was discovered during the checkout. The staff recommended that we wait until the Credit Card bill settles then a credit will be posted in 24-48 Hrs. The credit never showed up and the company failed to respond to our written correspondence. Nobody likes to get the runaround or broken promises and that is why I gave them the two stars.
