Joshua Govoni: Absolutely terrible customer service. Called several times with no answer. Left a voice mail and still haven't returned my call. They are always like this. Awful
Mr Trusted Opinion: Purchased a portable generator from them and didn't work out right out of the box, they wouldn't honor the warranty and said it would cost more to fix then generator was worth. Dragged there feet for months on getting any answers and wouldn't return calls for updates.
Michael Thomas: called every section of the sales department and got no answer... three times in a row. called the main operator and no answer.. all ring to voicemail.. it is 10:17AM !!! do you want our business? i am happy to overpay for CAT and happier to save and go with Kohler... not sure what the deal is here...

Nicholas DelTorto: Be very careful with estimates provided up front and their process. Ask for review and repair of turbo leak on my marine Deisel. Quoted $900 including trip charges. Technition on site for 1/2 hour repair diagnosed but not made and they insist the approved amount of $900 is due. That is a $800 trip charge 70 miles( labor rate has always been $150/ hour). I have been a customer for 3 years never had this kind a ripoff in the past
Dennis Pearse: had a problem ordering part by phone. Indicated same in my review. Next day recieved a call from parts mngr. Who explained why the problem. Turned out to be a phone problem on their end. He appologized for the inconvenience and stated he would address the issue. Forget his name, but he was very sincere and curtious. Will continue to do business with them as this is the only issue ihave had in over 15 years of doing business with them.

P Jaxon: Tony was helpful , Christine is too talkative and tries to over talk customer (Me), as I was trying to get clarity on what was going to happen for me about the part being shipped to my home address instead of here in Dedham ,Ma. This dealership has no parts in stock and it is sad that a Cummins Dealer doesn't have parts inventory better than this . Thx #Tony Gemba
Walnut Tree service: Very Responsive Team !! Christine at the office did beyond and above for us during our service. They will have continuing service from us.
Tom Lane: I made an appointment to get my generator in my RV repaired. I took a vacation day off and got top Dedham by 8am. Despite the fact that i had an appointment, they never even took it in to the garage. 8 hours later I left with no repair, no estimate. They did not seem to want to work on RVs. If you have an RV just take it somewhere else.

Al Smyth: Nathan Maginn helped us warranty repair a 12.5K Diesel generator for our race team in a very short period of time. They had it done in about 1 week. Their team had enough parts on site to repair the unit and did it all in a time frame that met our next racing event. Without their help it would have been a very unpleasant, very hot trip to Southern Jersey.These guys are great and dependable !! Thanks to all of the guys and girls at Cummins Northeast !!!!
