U.S. Customs and Border Protection: what do users think?
Olivier David: Trop peu d'agents présents et ils sont toujours aussi desagreables
Guillaume Giudicelli: Long line every single time. Don’t expect politeness or respect if you’re a foreigner.
Ul Nurkhanov: Highly skilled and intelligent people )))
evagjelos hajdari: Very kind and polite officers, even in the secondary
Sue M: Ex held for payment for taxes still in airport customs
Daid: I got my I94 extended. If you have to do the same the office is located at Terminal E
Chella Ram: I been at cbp office for i94 correctionVerified all the necessary documents and correctedReally wonderful service I had been with themThanks a lot officer 👮‍♀️
Ruturaj Pathak: Global entry.Terminal E.Arrivals ground level.Enter from door E104.Straight ahead.By appointments only.
Ayan Banerjee: Officers are very friendly and helpful, I need to correct I94, they correct it after validate all docs and visa.
Benjamin Allen: Save your pleasantries. You're just another consumer body to them.
Lindsay Goodwin: Both on the phone and in person, the staff was friendly and they took the time to explain things carefully.
Alec Desmond: Global entry- I couldn't make an appointment online, most likely because they are booked for the next year. After checking over and over a slot open and I was able to book.
N: I've been to other countries and never been treated like this I am a us citizen and the pulled me and my husband out of line and searched our bags for one reason or another I am appalled and the way we were treated when everyone else in our line got right though no issues we literally were coming back from Europe completely innocently and absolutely tired after a very long day then they decide they need to do this and getting through TSA is just as pleasant again other country treats you this way I gusss I would expect different when you a citizen of a country and not treated like your a complete stranger!!!
Datos Summer: Worst experience ever, when inspecting my bags they forgot to place back my Laptop and i realized it when I got to my destine.
Rayan Chikhi: I had a i-94 related request, and Thai at the CBP was very helpful and always with a smile.
Rev. Fr. Ronnie P. Floyd: Insane. Is it really necessary to make people walk around in circles going through a labyrinthine maze of ropes only to get to a machine that asks the same questions we answered on the plane and take a picture despite the fact that you already have our pictures on file for our passport... all that to get to 3 lines, just three lines for US citizems, in contrast to 20 for non-citizens so they can ask the same three questions again. Is it too much to ask for expidited entrance into our own country?
Ingibergur Ragnarsson: Extremely rude and disrespectful. Worst I have experienced
Mark Helms: they do not answer the phones
aniruddha das: Takes forever to get through the lines. There is usually just one counter open and 100 people standing in line no matter when you arrive.
martin hale: Zero stars. Several years ago I had a run in with Rob LaVita, a senior guy at CBP at Logan Airport Boston, MA., He is a person totally unfit for public service. He didn't like me and began yelling repeatedly, in my ear and after he knew my name; "HEY YOU. I am not finished with you". When my wife objected to his behavior he said, and I faithfully quote, "Lady, one more word out of you and you are going to jail.". This man was needlessly verbally abusive, threatening, insulting, and mean. He should be relieved of front line duty on the grounds of conduct unbecoming an officer (he is a Lt. Colonel) and a public servant.....
Edward Kasday: We arrived on the plane from London, at 7:10pm, April 18th.I have Parkinson's disease and needed a wheelchair. After reaching the customs hall, which was crowded, we were put in a line for wheelchair only. After taking 1 customer this line closed, leaving us in a line that allowed crew first, even if a wheelchair was next.30 minutes later my back was in spasm, my head ,hands and neck were in agony and I was in tears. While I do understand that wheelchairs are being abused, some of us have real injuries causing real pain.I wonder if Michael J. Fox would have been treated so badly? It took over an hour to get through, astonishing and terrible. It took 30 more minutes to reach our limousine and be slightly more comfortable.I don't expect an apology.I feel my treatment was demeaning.I intend to call my Senators office.Treatment by officials should never make people with disabilities feel less than others.Sadly, I realise that this may be my last venture overseas. There is no way I could go through this process again.
