Lewis Bryant: Clean professional safe!
Leah Fraumeni: My huge fear of dentists and bad experiences from years ago had put me in a bad place with my teeth. My mom recommended that I see Dr. Mancini as she had been a patient of his and gave a great review. After the first visit, I had a whole plan set out that felt doable and after some big, challenging fillings and crowns, I am well on my way to getting in control of my teeth again.Besides being personable, making me feel comfortable, and at ease, Dr Mancini never put me in pain, walked me through everything he was doing, and I finally felt comfortable in the chair.I had to have two root canals done…my worst fear from having this before. I saw Dr. Koch, who did such an amazing job on my large one, that I let him do the second one right after!My fear was the worst part. Everything I have experienced before was not the way he works. I gave him an A+ for the whole thing. It honestly was a walk in the park, and this is coming from someone that almost cancelled the whole thing in fear of the first pallet shot!Thank you, thank you! I have finally conquered this fear and am back on track for my dental health. It’s been a long time coming! The front office has also helped me with the financial burden of it all and worked with me to make sure I am covered. This has been the best General Dental office I have been to and glad I was recommended.
Gawing: Dr. Antoine Hraiz is experienced and took care of my fillings with great technique. The filling is smooth and I don't feel any discomfort. All the staffs were nice and gave answers that solve my problems.
sobha pradhan: I go to Gentle Dental Cambridge only becoz dental Hygenist Liya works there. She is just amazing and knows what she is doing. Sorry to say, but service isn’t great there.

Lauren Florek: When I went into the exam room I saw 2 pairs of crumpled up gloves sitting on the computer desk on top of a notebook that looked like they had been already worn! Then after answering some medical questions on the computer the hygienist went to grab one of the already worn gloves left out on the desk! I asked that she grabbed a fresh pair from the box instead. I was a bit taken aback as this seems like common sense hygiene. I hope hands are washed before patients enter the exam room. I was so shocked by the gloves I forgot to ask the hygienist to wash their hands.

Velichety Jayant: I’m highly surprised to see this place receive a 4.6 rating. They are definitely not worthy of this. I find this place to be a rip off and extremely secretive in terms of disclosing all the treatment plans to the patient, leaving the patient in dark about the number of treatments. As a patient it’s really important to know all the treatment plans that would be administered on the patient and the patient deserves to know it. Even the doctors there don’t discuss much. I’ll definitely not go there again.
Ivette Robinson: I have been a patient at this site for over 20 years. Everyone in this office is Great. Extremely Professional from the front desk staff to the Physicians They always follow up when you leave a message. When I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed in one day and returned to work on Monday no one could even tell. They provide excellent service and would recommend them for all Dental services.
Agnes Gallant: I love Haley, my hygienist at Gentle Dental in Cambridge! She is gentle and really knows her stuff. She explains things in a way that make sense to me and encourages me to get things like a mouth guard and a water pick to help save my teeth. I don't always want to do these things, but she is persuasive without pressuring me, and in the end, I'm always happy that I listened to her. I've always had good experiences with the hygienists at Gentle Dental, but I didn't realize what a difference a great hygienists makes until I got Haley. She is the best!

Cynthia Clement: The staff is knowledgeable and efficient from the receptionist to the dentist. I came in for the first time on short notice, and was treated well. X-rays were taken. No shortcuts and my tooth is doing fine.

Harry Bullivant: Friendly staff. Not a thorough clean compared to when I've been elsewhere - I'd guess 20 mins (admittedly this time was on insurance). Did a fluoride treatment without asking if I wanted it ($50 extra). My wife found her dentist umnecessarily critical (she's never had teeth issues before and we just had our first child - give her a break...). Shonky booking system meant I automatically had a clean scheduled with visit but wife didn't.

Marissa Bihajlo: I followed Dr. Mancini from the JP location. I've always had severe dental anxiety- and after chemotherapy, my teeth were in rough shape. Mancini & team has pretty much cured my dental anxiety. I've had multiple root canals, fillings, and even an implant so far. I will never go to another dentist again. Cambridge is a bit of a ride for me compared to JP, but WELL worth it.

Sara: Drs, hygienists, and assistants are super professional, nice, caring, and know what they do. However, front desk people are super rude, unprofessional, and they made fun of my accent and English. Whenever, I go there, they make fun of me and treat me less and they also speak out loud talking about their personal stuff. Unfortunately, I had to go somewhere else although I love this place and staff who directly provide for me. I would love to come back if they change the front desk people. I hope front desk people read my review and stop being evil.

Sami: A month ago I went to clean my teeth and it hurt so bad. I had done the cleaning process at high school too so it wasn’t the first time. When I got home, I check my front side and it was full of blood and looked disgusting. They didn’t clean it properly at all and they were rushing to go somewhere else when I scheduled it for my time. Few days ago, I went to the same place for an extraction and it took them TWO doctors to check and try to take one side of my wisdom teeth out and they ended up saying “my teeth are so sensitive so I have to go to a different hospital to do an oral surgery” I came home and saw that back of my teeth are all scratched and it hurts. They were able to take none out. So please I DONOT RECOMMEND going to this location at all. They doctors don’t even seem to know how to take care of their patients get rid of their problems they came for.

Dr. Ryan Lee, DDS, MPH, MHA: As far as I understand, this is the ONLY dental practice in in New England that 1) has negative air-pressure operatories AND 2) can provide point-of-care COVID-19 testing for ALL new and existing patients that need it, free of charge -- the practice is a national leader when it comes to safety for dental patients during the pandemic.

Nat Hillis: Had a dental emergency and contacted the CHA Cambridge Hospital and was directed to this Windsor street dental office. The operator immediately told me they were closed and hung up. I called the main hospital again and they connected me to the same place, the operator then told me they aren't taking new patients and are closed even though Im already a primary care patient with CHA (WITH A DENTAL EMERGENCY).Short answer, this place sucks. Try Dr.Dental if you have Masshealth for some actual service.

Julie Glover: Dr Kim and Dr Cha are both amazing. I have always been very fearful of dentistry and they both helped me overcome. A dentist is one part but a well staffed, qualified proficient office staff seals the deal. Hygentist are also excellent. I go to both Inman and central square locations.
Hanna: Dr. Cha is amazing!! She's very thoughtful, comprehensive, and really listens to your concerns. I also appreciated her proactively thinking about my insurance coverage/the cost of services and making that part of the conversation. Moritz Poll: Dr. Cha is kind and empathetic and extremely good at what she does. She has a great way of explaining exactly what is going on and why something is necessary, using arguments rather than authority and gives transparent options where she clearly points out which parts are essential and which are nice to have. She also works tirelessly to get my insurance to do its job and pay for as much as possible. Last but certainly not least, she is kind to her staff. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but I've never minded going there as little ;-) Very highly recommended.
Keri-Lynn Yonika: Iv been to alot of dentists over the years and this one is my favorite. The staff was friendly and made sure you were comfortable, they even gave me sunglasses so that I didn't have to stare in the light. They communicated well and told you everything they were doing. They even took a 3D picture scan of your teeth so you can see your x-rays and the pictures to know what they were talking about. Dr. Kim was very gentle when cleaning, I didn't have any pain with the tools. Overall I had a great experience.

The cleaning tool is practically silent and you don't even know you are being worked on!I had a implant post put in a while ago and Dr. Cha will be putting the crown on the post for me. She is treating me with Invisalign first to make room for the new crown. I have complete confidence in her practice!Keep up the fantastic, professional care!
Ezequiel Mancio: Apparently they don't know how to treat customers, they will charge you a fee if you simply try to reschedule, and I mean if you actually have to reschedule not cancel. Seriously if you're going to charge patients just for that or don't know how to properly work with patients then this business isn't worth my time and money, I'll be telling my insurance about this dental office and going somewhere else.

Shawaz: I went in for a regular teeth cleaning. I'm usually very nervous at the dentist, but Dr. Zhou's demeanor was so pleasant and informative that I was actually able to relax.And most importantly, Dr. Zhou was gentle, conscientious, and thorough throughout the cleaning.My teeth are in bad shape, but the good Doctor gave me a comprehensive set of guidelines to get back on track, and gave me a massive boost in self-confidence by allowing me to smile normally again! Thank you so much!

Jennifer Lee: First, I don’t understand people who leave bad reviews off of what they perceive to be a bad interaction with a receptionist. They're not magicians. They can’t give you the dates that aren’t available. I’ve only had positive experiences with them but honestly your experience with the Dentist is what really matters.I’ve been going to this dental office for 7 years and feel confident in saying that this is my favorite. I’ve had a terrible dentist in the past that left me with a lot of pain. I met with Dr. Khang for a consult and he took his time explaining what the other dentist did wrong and exactly how he would correct it. He’s an amazing dentist, an expert in his field really and the only person I trust to work on my teeth.

I was seen 50 minutes past my appointment time though which caused some issues as this was slotted in the middle of my work day. I do appreciate the staff making an effort to speed things up once I had been seated and told the dentist I was in a hurry.
Alexa: Avoid this place. I read the other reviews about the bad receptionists and decided to give them a try anyway. In my first visit, the hygienist was alternating between spraying water everywhere and choking me with the suction tool. Additionally, the dentist tried to convince me to get a silver crown and when I said I would rather explore other options as I wasn't comfortable with having a silver tooth, she proceeded to gaslight me, saying no one would see it.I was meant to come back today for a filling and received a call this morning that they canceled my appointment because I did not contact them to confirm. This is not a standard practice by any service provider I've encountered and they did not express that they had this policy before canceling my appointment.Believe the reviews on this one and choose another provider in the area.

Alisha Aquilino: I moved to MA 5 years ago from philly and I found it really difficult to find a dentist that I felt comfortable going to. I met Dr.Piya and she was considerate of my timing and my tight schedule. She even worked with me the past year through my Invisalign and my teeth look better than ever. The Invisalign was affordable and I am really happy with my outcome. Initially I had a few bumps with reception but when I communicated that to Dr. Piya I never had that issue again. I also initially felt like my dental assistant wasn’t the best at communicating the impression process but then when I came in for my last impressions she did such a great job walking me through the process and helping me understand what she needed from me. I’m really proud of how far this office has come and I am disappointed that I will be leaving them to find a new dentist down in NC. I highly recommend Dr Piya to anyone looking for a new dentist in MA.
Michael Naughton: Wouldn’t recommend. I had some tooth pain from a root canal I had gotten a few years back at another place, went in expecting to talk about my options either to redo it or pull the tooth. The the doctor didn’t say anything other than he wanted to pull it. Didn’t explain anything he was doing.A few minutes after I got my tooth pulled I was asked to sign a paper saying He had explained the repercussions of having a tooth pulled (which he hadn’t ). I have a lot of regret and wish I had gone somewhere else. Everyone seemed to be in a rush
Jody Swindle: I love Dr. Kang, but today, the receptionist was so rude. I had a call confirming my appointment on April 1st for April 8th, and change my appointment from 1 to 11, which was better for me. The minute I walked in, the receptionist asked if I had an appointment, I said yes at 11 am, she she said she didn't have anything for me and it had been rescheduled. I told her they confirmed it a week ago. She then said...people don't understand what they are telling them...I told her, I understood perfectly well. What am I stupid? I felt insulted by her demeanor, who the hell talks to someone that way. I will be sure to tell Dr. Khang. I am very upset will her attitude after driving all the way there and not even being told that they rescheduled my appointment.
rebecca helga: Wow. Walked in for my appointment and took a mask since mine had fallen on the subway floor. The masks were on the public side of the partition. The Asian receptionist looks at me and said "you should have asked". There was no sign saying please ask. And no cheerful greeting. I left.

Sandeep satapathy: Stay away from the admin team! I was visiting this clinic for a year. While Dr. Piya is extremely nice and friendly to work with, but the reception/admin team is at their worst. They always quote me wrong prices and I had to be very vigilant to avoid being overcharged. Recently they told me to pay some ~ $150 extra due to their short staffing and wrong calculations. I checked with my insurance company and they said there is no such record on my dental policy and asked me to avoid paying this forceful fee! So be very careful when you visit this place, especially with the payment.
Jaimie Jamieson: I have been going to Prospect Dental since it opened; when I lived just around the corner in Cambridge. I now live in Soughton and I am still going there! Service is first rate, staff is professional but caring and the dentists are very good.
ACTPOHABTa: Had a deep cavity between 2 molars developing for months. I have no insurance but they gave me free x-ray. Dr. Jesbina Piya worked fast and precise, in 30 minutes they fixed my issues for a few hundred dollars. Everyone was kind including reception girls and assistant. 5/5 They don't force you into unnecessary procedures, and work clean with good Covid-19 protocols and work ethic. Will definitely visit again, for routine check. :)
Angela Delatorre: Fantastic dentists 1st moment and throughout the visits , always been treated very good, I am someone that is very nervous of dentists, but this place I trust, I got a crown done , from a missing tooth, and results was perfect , only slight pain for a couple days , and price was affordable, and 1 set price, I appreciate it.

Christopher Chang: I’ve gone here 3 times now and everyone is so friendly and helpful and makes sure I am comfortable and understand what is going on. They’ve helped me with a broken permanent retainer, getting a new plastic retainer, and with a cavity. Would absolutely recommend going here!

He was very diligent in explaining every step of the process which help me out to make the decision of moving forward with this procedure. Victoria was also great when I came here for a cleaning. She was very gentle and detailed when cleaning my teeth. The place is very clean and Ben (manager) did a great job helping me out dealing with my health insurance provider.

Lij Biruk: amature hour at it's best. It is the biggest throw up in town. It feels like they learned there life and professional skills from watching outdated movies.the practice's glory days are well behind it, there is a strong chance they will cause a new problem to embezzle your insurance and if they are caught on the act they will try to cover up and become petty. Management and accountability has left the building a long time a go. Don't ask questions it is like talking to a politician, the answer is going to be corrupted and manipulated better to get a second opinion. There should be a negative star for place such as this.

Joanna Carber: I've been coming here a few years now. Initially visited since they were walking distance from my apartment, but even after having moved further away, I still continue to go there. The staff are all really nice; they recently performed an extraction for me and were excellent at helping me handle my anxiety around the procedure, clearly communicate why it was important to do so, and help ensure that my recovery and healing all go as planned.
