George: Appointments book out months in advance, but when you do get to your appt everything is very efficient. In/out in around 15 minutes with a friendly and helpful clerk.*Have your forms and documents ready* or risk another months-long wait.

Angela Colon: Security guard gave a really negative energy. He acted as though he was being inconvenienced by the people that were using the RMV. Everyone that helped us after that were great. The Woman that helped us really helped my Daughter relax some, she even gave her tips on how to take the best picture then allowed her to take a handful. She also had beautiful nails and pink hair. My Daughter even mentioned on her way home how she really appreciated her being so nice.
Soft Light: Staff & Gustomer Service is Great ..🤩; It doesn't require much time and procedures...;to facilitate this, It's preferable to take an appointment on the website... (through my experience yesterday...).

Prasenjit Mondal: Lovely people and very much friendly. But they strictly follow rules and regulations. Remember to bring your required original documents otherwise you have to come back.Also, they are maintaining their service extremely well inspite of this unprecedented covid situation.As of April 2023, you can go and make appointment onsite but you have to wait a long. They basically have two lines-with and without appointment, everyone in the with appointment line should get the ticket first then without appointment will get the tickets for appointment. It takes so long, so it's better to have your appointment before coming! Hope it helps 🙂
Stephanie Fernandes: If I can give zero stars I would.My husband and I just moved from out of town and we walked in to transfer our registration to MA. Wait was not long.My husband and I got recently married. My vehicle I purchased before our wedding is in my maiden name. My DL was changed to my married last name before we moved but I didn't get to go to the DMV to changed my registration before we left.The African lady who helped us was absolute garbage. She refused to changed my registration to MA even though I had ALL appropriate documentation. She didn't even look at my paperwork and cut me off. Stated I needed a MA license before they change my registration to MA and to my married last name..Why in the world does that matter? My previous state DL is already changed LEGALLY. What difference and logical sense does that make?Funny thing is I went to Easthampton location this week for my DL and the DL appt was a breeze. Everyone was incredibly kind.Also, when I asked the reps there about my registration problem in Boston, they looked at all my paperwork I had (the same documents) and the lady rolled her eyes when I told her what the African lady said to me. She assured me there is no rule where I need a MA license first and that they will happily change my registration right then and there (sadly I drove my husband's car). I was furious and laughing. I can't believe I didn't go to EastHampton to begin with.Avoid this location at all costs. The employees have no clue what they are doing and it'll save you from time wasted.

I waited an hour in the outside and came in at 9am , one of their servant told me to wait outside the line after 10 guys who are came later than me(they are also walk-in). We paid these people to serve us and they treated us like they are the boss.

The lady who was a staff, helped me to register, she was friendly, sociable, patient( with my language, questions..). Her name is Majlinda, she guided me alot. I am totally satisfied. It is awesome to be able to deal with various cultures and languages in a perfect way.

mimi gu: I have been here for four times! but still can’t make any approve. I believe the first time I get racism by not permitted my document from SSN while someone else who had the exact same document but got approved! The officer in SSA get really confused while I went and ask another exact same document! The other time they asked me a document that’s not listed on the required list! While I came back to hand it on the second time, they say you have to make new appointments with cold attitude, wouldn’t like to listen to at all. Well I did make appointment but never see it says you have to confirm it in 15 minutes. The other time I came for walk-in register. But after waiting for half hour in freeze cold weather, they say you can’t enter. But the website says it’s allowed to walk-in….Why everything’s so hard!?
Eric Wang: The Asian lady is extremely rude and should be fired right away. She would leave the appointment multiple times and chat with other people and when she finally returned, she didn't even bother to work on my case and forced me to reschedule, claiming that I was late to the appointment. I explained to her that that I arrived on time but waited half an hour in the check-in line, but she wouldn't even let me complete my sentence. What a shame!!

All those poor ratings & reviews can't be completely wrong, but I was hoping my visit would go smooth!As much as I had booked an Appt in advance, I still ended up waiting for an hour. The old lady next to me in the waiting room was crying because she said she had also booked an appt and was there for over 2 hours. Both, Female Manager in the Waiting Room & a young girl at a Counter inside who took my application and a DL Photo, were not necessarily rude, but not polite either. Their answers were in words. There was no apology or empathy from any of them.Now that I received my Real ID by mail, I realized they have my full middle name which was not on my application or on any of my previous DL's, so I just called. After being on hold for almost 2 hours I was told the Real ID requires full Middle Name. However, that can't be true because one of my friends doesn't have the middle name. The RMV staff I just spoke with couldn't answer why mine has it and my friend doesn't. Guess I'm out of luck.Only the positive note for this location is the two security guys I spoke with were polite & helpful.

I went to Fall River and surprisingly things were done much more efficiently and more professional. Most of the staff on this Braintree site literally act like bullies and treats everyone like pushovers. The staff here needs to learn to be more helpful.

Will Do: I had appt for Real ID. Bought all my documents to approve it. After two weeks later when I got it. It is not real ID. They give me the wrong ID. Went to rmv and they told me I have to reapply again. Because they mess up.
T L: Unprofessional and rude examiner. He’s a big white guy. He arrived an hour late and failed 70% of the people that day. I failed because I slow down and stop when the light turns from yellow to red while he insisted that it’s green.

She had to get a new id because someone stole her wallet and the women realized she had just renewed it a few months ago and just resent it with no charge my mom didn't have to wait around she is 68 and in pain so it made her day thanks soooo much to you guys! Joris Sia: Be prepare to fail if you get a black guy as your tester( black frame glasses, blue cap and a wearing a white old school ear piece on his right ear) who never even sign his name on the paper. His instructions was unclear, soft, rude and never pass anyone. He sat on my learner permit and don’t even bother to lift his butt, torn my permit and never apologise. Been here twice, the students who was tested by him all failed and have the same feedback.

Diane Boulay: HUGE shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk, Frank. He was absolutely phenomenal back in September 2022 in his quick desire to assist an elder I had accompanied to the registry. My neighbor on 11 Golden Drive in Winthrop Mass, Dave Christopher was in the process of transferring his veteran's plates M414 on gold cadillac to a newly purchased vehicle and despite the fact that he didn't have an appointment (he asked me to go with him knowing I had previously worked for RMV).Frank was professional, courteous, patient and kind are what we got from him (a little humor too). Dave Christopher says THANK YOU FRANK!!!!!
Paul Camron: Lousy. I forgot my social security card, and they wouldn't give me the new REAL ID because I didn't have the unit number on the 2 pieces of mail to prove my address.
Skylar Martin: My 21st birthday I made a an appt to renew my license, I brought all the stuff I needed waited in line and was told I was missing something. Got sent to go print a document from the computer and was told to get back in line, I was applying for the real ID and asked several times if the thing I was printing was an accepted document and was told yes. Then after being in line I got a different rep. Which told me I could not use the document as proof and I can either get a regular license or come back again when I have papers. My license was expiring that day and I was turning 21 and my then boyfriend was taking me out to a bar so I needed something that day. I then had to pay to upgrade again later or leave the DMV. They really need to figure their stuff out and all communicate.

L C: The only decent person is the security guy. Everyone else has the manners of a tired five year old. Terrible, unhelpful, waste of time. The guy at the front desk says he “doesn’t care” and called insurance companies “stupid”, which, okay, and the lady at the counter gave the most unconvincing apology she should receive whatever the opposite of an Oscar is. You basically wait two hours just to get denied for a reason that seems arbitrary and just might be.
Heidi Williams: The people that work here think they have so much power crotchety old ratchet women.they have nothing better to do. They think they have power over everybody if they don’t like what you say, they call security lol. I happen to know somebody that works there and they break the rules all the time for their friends and family. It’s the most gimmicky place I’ve ever went to in my life and I pray to God that when I get out of there today I don’t get exported out by putting one of those wrinkle hags in her place. They really need to look for some staff that know what they’re doing and not the ones on power trips .

Ju Martins: Very clean and organized place. I made an appointment for my learners permit (which is taken online at home only) and the staff was all so nice. I was there for less than an hour and everyone treated me well. The pictures come out well in case you care about that :) definitely recommend. I came on a Wednesday and it was almost completely empty
