Long time friends of our daughter and son-in-law are currently experiencing the worst arbitrary decision making imaginable. It is heart wrenching. Torry Brockert: Thus far they have acted unprofessionally and even with hostility I'm trying to resolve I complaint of neglect which I made against my former partner. When asked for a supervisor to resolve the issue I was told they didn't have one at the Salem office, and was told to call the Boston office.The Boston office subsequently said that was incorrect and that I had to be transferred back to Salem. This happened twice.The agent I spoke with regarding the case was unhelpful and borderline aggressive, and was not listening to what I was saying but was simply repeating incorrect information over and over again. She also did not seem to know her mandate or the law regarding her offices responsibility and this was very concerning for me.
