Tiffany Zhou: The service here blew me away. I was really stressed because I needed an urgent shipment sent overseas. The woman at the counter was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, and she even helped me save $100 by repackaging my shipment into a smaller box. I wish every service experience could be this pleasant!

Jia Bloom: I went to this location to ship a lightweight package (about the size of a tissue box) to Indiana, and he told me it would cost $86!! That is simply ridiculous. The package is tiny and should cost about $10 maximum to ship. I'm not sure if the worker made a mistake on the computer, but I am appalled.

Hanna Mogensen: Francheska at the Somerville DHL is truly the best. She went above and beyond to help me package and send my shipment. I ended up needing to follow up a number of times due to complications and she was always available to help. In every interaction she was courteous, kind, prompt, and extremely knowledgable. I have to be honest, my experience with other DHL employees has not always been so positive, but I will come back and ship with them again just because of Francheska- she can fix any problem!

Randy Mujo: Some piece of bacon sits behind the desk.mumbles about everything. Gasses coming out of every exhaust, was so gross.Quoted me double the price than a competitor. Packages do sit infront of store easy access to grab and run. He looks like he has the reflexes of a dead cat so I doubt he’ll catch anyone.

Melissa Pelletier: It’s a small place but convenient for me as I live in the apartments right in the back. I’ve never had a problem. I never got a receipt as I’ve seen most of the reviews say the same. I’ve never seen the man smoking on the shop. I’m not sure why no one is responding to the bad reviews on here. There are more bad than good reviews. The packages are just out on the side not behind the counter so I’m sure that package could be stolen. I’ve never had any issues myself.
