William Freedberg: Not the greatest. Two employees for the whole store, and dishonest about what is in stock. The person I spoke with didn't know the item I was asking about even existed, but after a few minutes on hold said they carried it. I came in and another store associate looked around and said they didn’t have it. I later called and got the first person I talked to, she told me to come by again and she'd find it for me. It turns out she didn't know they had it in stock but the manager had just told her they probably have it. Then she confirmed she didn’t know where it was, and had me go look myself, and of course I didn't find it. Waist of stairs.

Rena Lund: Horrible customer service. Curbside pick up was a joke. I sat out there for 20 minutes with my kid in his car seat. I called three times. She kept telling me he couldn’t find me even though I was in front of the door and no one came out. This is not the first time I had problems with curbside pick up at the store. It’s a joke .

They helped me create a build that fit my needs all while not pressuring me or upselling me. The technician who built the actual pc did a great job as well. Saved me hours of time and frustration. Make sure to get the full build warranty if you chose micro center for your build. Worth every penny!!
