Maddie Molzhon: I grew up on Dominos so I’m not going to be snobby about the fact that this is clearly a chain restaurant (I personally think Dominos is the best major chain pizza store anyway).My frustration is with this particular store. They completely and totally ignore delivery instructions every. single. time. I don’t recall a time that they have ever followed through the with the very simple request of leaving the items at the back door. I always let them know that we have a driveway they can use that is right next to my entrance, so it’s not like lack of parking is an issue.I know that this may sound like a small grievance, but I’ve had deliveries stolen in a matter of minutes and I’d like to minimize the risk. I just don’t understand why there’s a “delivery instructions” option if they don’t even pay attention to or care about it. I’d like to believe they just don’t see it but 1) it’s printed on both the receipt and the side of the box, so that’s unlikely, and 2) it’s part of the job.
Stephen Thompson: Online "delivery insurance" is a lie, and this location is just too hit-or-miss.We ordered a pan pizza, and it was delivered almost raw. The "delivery insurance" button on the website doesn't work - it just says "Your pizza hasn't arrived yet," and then sends us back to the tracker screen, which clearly shows the pizza was already delivered. When we contacted the store directly, they told us they could not offer a refund, and that it would take 1.5 hours to get us a replacement.Pick a different location.

I am really confused, when did domino’s get so expensive? 33 dollars before tip for one XL pepperoni pizza and garlic bread? I can get something better for less money at local stores. The fact that they don’t show the prizes in the menu there makes this even worse. The pizza itself was decent, but if you can go with any of the local shops.
Taylor Schmidt: Pizza arrived cold with a hole in the bottom of the box, half was upside down and the entire pizza was in the corner of the box. I called and the woman on the phone was helpful but now there is a 40m wait because of traffic for my replacement pizza :/

ss.kinbo Sabrina: This is the absolute worst experience I've had with a domino's. I normally love Domino's with all my heart, but this time they have failed me. I had ordered a cheese with bacon pan pizza. This pizza has caused me emotional damage. This review is not a joke. I had planned this meal all day in hopes of obtaining a tasty pizza , only to get absolutely bamboozled. The cheese on the pizza happened to be stretched grotesquely everywhere .(including onto the crust). The bacon was sporadically placed, with barely any of it at all. And the sauce itself also served to be minor problem.(too much of it). They also failed to cut the pizza.

I told him Id tip on the app after and he had the audacity to ask how much and still wouldn’t release my pizza. I feared for my safety and he ended up sitting on my pizza and handing it to me through his car window while closing it on my hand. The second time, the driver refused to do contactless while giving me a receipt to sign and glowering at me so I’d tip.

Daniel Wendel: I've eaten at many Domino's locations over the years, but this one consistently manages to somehow make better food than the rest! The pizza has just the right amount of crust at the edges, the pasta is never soggy, and the cinnamon twists are pillowy and chewy like they were given just the right amount of time to rise and bake. It's honestly a bit surprising how much different the exact same order can be from this location vs. the average. I never really differentiated between chain locations before, but I have started to really notice here. So kudos to these folks!

During the process, he carelessly hit the large pizza box quite hard on my car ‘s front window frame that caused few scratches tothe front window frame that he Shouldn’t Have & did not have the courtesy to apologize for his mistake. That’s a shame.

My order was not ready until nearly 10pm, more than 3 hours after I ordered. If you can’t keep up with the volume of orders, shut down ordering. It’s completely unacceptable to continue taking orders when you can’t fill current ones in any sort of timely fashion. No apology or discount provided by the staff when I went to pick it up. All around terrible experience.

Finally got a call from the driver, who said she’d arrived, so I told her I was on my way and to leave it at the door (as most dominos drivers DO when a contactless order is requested). I quickly left and arrived in my apartment lobby…to no pizza, no wings, no nothing. My roommate and I searched the whole complex. Nothing. I called this domino’s to complain after the driver didn’t pick up her phone. One employee gave me the run-around, before handing me off to a manager who blamed us for telling the driver to leave the order (conveniently leaving out that I said I was “on my way down”) and hung up on me. I called back and only received a refund after threatening to call the regional manager and have my credit card company dispute the charge.Completely unprofessional, rude employees, and absolutely abysmal service. You don’t blame customers for either a failure on your driver’s part or a theft outside their control. And you certainly don’t hang up on them.

Atusa Fattahi: Loved using dominos app till recently, since this store makes the shiftiest pizza ever. No cheese no topping. Horrible horrible. They don’t pay attention to any settings and you can count the number of toppings on your pizza. I will never order dominos again
Prof John: It was my 7th time and the last time visit to that store. Whenever I went there, the African woman (having bread hair) always in a bad mood and treated very bad. I always ignored and got scared from her. Today, she shouted at me in an insulting way when I told her not to put sauce on my pizza. I also got angry and had arguments with her. She put the yellow sauce on my pizza, which I told her not to put!!!!!Last time when I was there, she gave me wrong pizza topping pizza and since I was scared of her due to her arrogant, rude and unprofessional behavior so I didn’t say a word and took that pizza. However, today was the day when she shouted again as usual. It was an awful experience for me and I will tell all my friends, office colleagues and everyone in my circle not to go to that store only and only because of her rude, arrogant, impolite, insulting, unbearable behavior.!!!!! She should do anger management course and also have to do some other courses to learn some manners to deal with customers. Never to that store again!!!!! I am loyal customer of Dominos and will remain but will not be going to that store again only because of her bad and rude behavior. She is always angry and always in a bad mood.

Jen X: Tonight my take-out was excellent! I order at this Dominos often for me and my kids. It's right near my home. It's clean and ingredients are always fresh. Sometimes I order and my friend picks up for us. I do not always see who cooks it or who is managing, but consistently I find that Friday nights have been particularly delicious food nights with attention to all the details that I appreciate. I think it's the manager and who he has cheffing and working on his shifts makes the food the best. However, I order many different nights of week and it is good to great food. I always tip when I carry out bc I appreciate great food, clean environment and great service with respect. I recommend this Dominos.

Maybe it’s my fault for continuing to order it, but I grew up with Dominos and truly enjoy it. My experience for the last 3 experience include a pizza being delivered to the wrong side of my condo building even though I noted the entrance was by the waterfront, a pizza which included olives even though my order did not include olives and the last time I got a meat lovers pizza instead of a Hawaiin. Michael Kit: Some of the nicest folks working here. We love this domino's location because they're always putting out consistent pizza each time we order. I usually order carryout since I live down the street. It's economical and less expensive than most pizza places and fast food joints. I've messed up and arrived for my pickup order past their closing times on certain days. They are super professional and don't make me feel bad about being a numbskull. They work hard and promptly for their customers. Anyone who's ever worked in restaurant industry will know how much effort goes into it. Order often and tip well for the folks here

Angelis Pena Tejada: I wish I could put zero stars. I have ordered so many times from this location and it progressively gets worse. The drivers never seem to find the building when it’s on a Main Street. The workers attitudes are very rude. This last encounter I had with them was by far the worst, they stated my ordered was delivered when it wasn’t then when I called and requested an update on it the worker was very rude. 30 mins went by after that and they stated they were outside calling and waiting and nobody responded when they weren’t calling my number. The whole time they stated they were outside waiting I was outside waiting aswell and seen absolutely nobody for the whole entire time. The lady them continued to argue on the phone with me about my order and then when I finally received my order it was cold. Definitely will not be ordering from there again.

After more than an hour had passed we checked the tracker and it stated that the order had been delivered. No order had been received. I called the store and the employee who answered the phone stated that the order was indeed delivered. I disagreed. He then proceeded to put a different employee on the phone who also stated that the order was delivered. She said that the driver sat in the car and called the number listed on the order multiple times and when we didn't answer he left. I asked why would the ordered be marked as delivered if it was not delivered. She place the phone down and I could hear her talking to her coworkers in the background. She then came back to the phone and attempted to argue that the driver does not drive a Dominos branded vehicle and that he called and since there was no answer he left. I posed the question of why it was not actually delivered, meaning, brought to the door, as we paid for the delivery fee and indicated on the order that we wanted a traditional delivery. NOT CONTACTLESS. The employee stated over and over that she would cancel the order. I expressed that I ordered to eat not to pay for someone to call me and leave with my food. The main issue I had is that by no means did the delivery driver make the effort to "DELIVER" my order. Any other establishment that delivers will bring the food to the door at least. My business is not a small place. It sits on the main road and has a large marque with large glass doors. The employee refused to provide her name or managers name and proceeded to hang up after stating "never to call back here again". This by far was the WORST experience I have ever had from a Dominoes. Let alone a food establishment in a nicer area of MA. I expect better.

I called the store and the lady said that her driver says he delivered the pizza. I have seen some shameful acts but this is an height of shamelessness. My calls were put on hold, and I never got the food. I have never been a fan of Domino's but I never knew they have hired cheats who steal their customers food late night. Even on high volume nights like the Super Bowl and NYE they are still pretty fast and on a normal night I’m always surprised how quick delivery is, how happy the driver is and how the food always seems to be made with care. I read the one star reviews within the last year and what they describe is so hard to imagine given that I’ve ordered AT LEAST once a month for the past two years. I know first hand how hard staffing is for food service workers and despite that this place consistently delivers a high quality product.

Dharmesh Patel: I was long time customer there, according to owner sons I am not huge spending customer like others who spent more than me. Don’t want to get in dollar amount but one day I was on road and forgot to place order online and I asked online price but he refused to charge me that price, I walked out without pizza and didn’t pay, he was okay to throw pizza away.
