Pencils, pens, markers, paints, brushes, TONS of paper (even the really nice ones in used to being used for bookmaking), notebooks, stamps, stamp-making, even interesting artsy postcards. However, the staff has changed, and the dark haired girl at the counter now is shockingly unpleasant to customers for no reason. Will be going to blicks in the future

I just walked out, my mask went down slightly (still covering my nose) and she had the worst attitude telling me to put it on. It’s not what she said, it’s how she said it. Blick across the street has the same variety with actually kind people.

Tammy Nason-Tierney: I waited in line for 20 minutes. There were 3 employees and two customers ahead of me. Two of the employees were at the register while one was working on stock. Both customers had “tricky” purchases so I waited patiently. The phone rang- it was the home office. Instead of putting them on hold or calling back one of the employees -who had been at the register took the call instead of helping me. Poor choice for customer service. I only had a couple of items, but I have spent hundreds of $ for products online. I stopped on my way back to Maine where I am a teacher. I will think twice before ordering online or shopping at lakeshore again.

I called these girls and Sylvia and her colleagues were FABULOUS!!! she listened and went to look to see if they had the brick back drop and offered to hold them for me until I could get there! I will definitely go there again and recommend to others!!

Tyler Motes: This is one of my favorite places to get simple supplies. I wish they carried more for fountain pens, but one store can’t have everything. The staff have always been extremely nice and the prices are fair.

Sahar Tariq: Best quality curated materials, they take the guesswork out of which stuff is good quality and which stuff is just children's crafty by keeping everything that is good quality, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend the store brand stuff, they're not so pricey but yet amazing professional quality. Also the staff are super nice and friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful, both in the store and at rhe printing section. It may seem a bit small but that's because they don't fill the store with junk. Also, the other art store across the street has a habit of racially profiling and being so creepy, but Blick has always been my favourite place with super nice people.

When it comes to art supplies, quality really makes a difference and at Blick they have some really quality stuff. I highly recommend this place if your just starting out (like me) or if you're a professional artist. Love it.

The staff is very helpful and kind. They are willing to go above and beyond to help. The reason for 4 stars is because the store is cramped, not much room to move around. But, will definitely be shopping here again.
