ldt: Yes it's in a paid parking lot, 3$ for 30mins and it goes 1$/30min after. Very very hot in that part of the garage. Follow the little Tesla signs on the beams and you will find it easily. Mall upstairs but very small but some food options

Chirag Shah: This was a bust. I went to get a charge before I left my Boston vacation. I don't want to pay for parking if all I'm there for is to charge.These should be listed as Destination chargers.There's also no signs outside even telling you there are chargers inside or where they are.Skip this location unless you NEED to park there anyway.

Suneel Nagda: Fast charging. A little difficult to find but there are small Tesla signs to help. Go past the other eV chargers and the Superchargers will be along the back wall. Worth the $3 parking fee.

Stella: This is a bit confusing to find, we paid $4 to park for ~30 minutes for a full charge so not terrible for the city but it is not the ideal place, no internet signal. Will try other options in Boston.

Alex: Confusing location. These superchargers are located on the highest level of the Cambridgeside Galleria mall’s underground so-called “lower garage”. That means in order to find them you have to enter the “lower garage” and then start driving up ramps in heightening elevation pretending as if you were going to head towards the top level exit. Once you’re at floor G1 with the purple colored posts, you’ll see the exit as well as a series of ChargePoint normal electric chargers. Explore this floor driving away from the exit to find the Tesla superchargers on a back wall. Note the garage does require you pull a timed pay ticket. The garage also has some hours I believe, it’s not 24/7. If you are desperate in the middle of the night, you can try entering via not the large entrance near the Cheesecake Factory, but instead the narrow entrance near Kimpton Marlowe hotel on Edwin Land Blvd. This alternative entrance which might have different gate hours dumps you on the lowest level on the “lower garage”, but it is continuous with the rest of the garage— you’ll have to drive several extras floors via the ramps to reach floor G1 where the Tesla supercharger is.

Jon Shilalis: Need better direction and signs to find chargers. Have to pay to charge. There are no places you can charge in or near Boston that you don't have to pay to get into.

Stephen Ives: Warning! This charging station sucks. Unless you come for shopping this is a nightmare. No street signs to tell you which parking garage to use. Easy to miss interior signs. Row of gloomy chargers. Three of them not functioning. Pathetic speed. This is the best Cambridge MA can do? Unbelievable!

Delvin H: I really like this supercharger station, with the fast charging for the Teslas, near the expressway and right off from Storrow Drive. Very convenient. Great for people who live in nearby apartments in Cambridge or Charlestown. Food and restrooms is nearby inside.

Julia Mass: NOT 24HRS!!! Came here at 3am for an emergency charge to find the garage closed . Sign said the garage closes at 1am.

Ronald Lewis: Poorly marked and confusing to find. There is also a ChargePoint located on same level. Do not confuse. Once discovered. However, very fast. Have a bite/drink across the road at the Sonesta on the Charles.
